This week on The Less Stressed Life Podcast, I am joined by Clara Artschwager we dive into all things relationships like having a relationship without losing yourself and how relationships affect how we present in the world.KEY TAKEAWAYS:"Your mess becomes your message"Reading the room & the effects of being an empathCommon denominators in things around relationshipsHow relationships with people and emotions keep us stuckNeural pathways in how we exhibit things in our behaviorRelationships are about perfecting you.GUEST SHARED HELPFUL TIPS ON:Rewiring experiences & seeing the way in which we hold patternsAttracting healthy loveUsing writing for your self-healing worthABOUT GUEST:I'm a dating and relationships coach and a writer. I often say I'm like the dating coach for folks that would never hire a dating or relationships coach, largely because I don't actually believe marriage or relationships are the be-all-end-all. Are we wired for connection? Absolutely. But do I feel that comes in a variety of forms? Indeed.I wanted a relationship, to be sure. But I also wanted a way of seeking it that didn't feel me with anxiety and dread (or the notion that I had to treat dating like a job). And once in a relationship, I wanted a partnership that didn't rob me of my own life.I found most dating and relationships rhetoric— from five-step plans to Get the Guy to Instagram tropes on how to love myself (and now!)—to fall flat. Really flat. I wanted a more nuanced conversation around love and partnership. Why did I want it but also, in a way, fear it? What made it so uniquely hard for me? And so on and so forth. Women, and yes, some men, who jive with that conversation, are the ones who thrive in my programs and work.WHERE TO FIND :Website : https://www.ithinkilikeyou.co/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ithinkilikeyou.co/https://www.ithinkilikeyou.co/apps.10% off my online product WHERE TO FIND CHRISTA:https://www.christabiegler.com/On IG:instagram.com/anti.inflammatory.nutritionist/Shop our Favoriteschristabiegler.com/shopLoving the podcast? How do I co-create a life with another without losing myself? What if I'm not even sure if I *want* a relationship in the first place? And so much more.

I’m very excited about today’s episode, because I really get to put a face and a voice to this name that I have been sharing with you guys for months now. I have invited Clara, who is the head of marketing over at Aaptiv to come on the show today. We’re going to chat more about this amazing online robust fitness community. I am personally a user, a huge fan, and I’m so excited to pick her brain, learn more about Aaptiv, and tell you guys more about this really wonderful way that you can fit fitness in, that slides really nicely in with your lifestyle. So welcome to the show, Clara! Clara: Oh, hi! I’m so happy to be here Cassy. We’re such fans. Cassy Joy: Oh {laughs} thank you so much. It’s mutual. {laughs} I’m a fan of you guys. Clara: It’s just nice to work with good people, you know? Cassy Joy: Yeah. Clara: I always say; we could be; well, I love what we do, but I could be selling, I don’t know, whatever, and it’s all about the people. Cassy Joy: It really is. Clara: So it’s great. It’s really great to work with you. Cassy Joy: Oh my goodness; likewise. And the listeners here have known for a while, but I’m the same way. There are companies that I love, I will like their product. But when I get really, really excited, it’s usually because I’ve gotten to know the people and the faces behind the brand, and there’s a lot of depth there, and it makes me even more excited to share your resources with the listeners here. So thank you so much for being a part of the podcast. Clara: Yeah! Cassy Joy: And thank you so much for making time to come onto todays show. But I was wondering if you could just kick things off; set a little background information; tell folks a little bit about yourself and your roll at Aaptiv. Clara: Yeah, totally. So like you said, I lead marketing and communications for the brand, and my entire career background is in marketing PR, digital marketing, social media, that type of thing. I sort of fell backwards into this fitness/wellness community. I actually started out as a blogger in 2011. The remnants of it are still online, and I ran a blog. It was more of a food and lifestyle blog. And then a consulting business from 2011-2014, and that’s really where I honed my skills in digital, social, and influencer marketing. I carried more of the traditional elements of corporate B to B,...
