I start the show off in a true NY fashion, with classic winter anthems from out Brooklyn native. FOREIGNER - FABOLOUS GUESS WHOS BIZACK - FABOLOUS BALL DROP - FABOLOUS FT FRENCH MONTANA (00:00-05:44) On today's episode I talk about my christmas experience from being with family and the gifts i received. I then ask y'all about y'all resolutions for the new year and if we're actually being consistent this year along with the lessons that 2023 taught us. From there we get into a classic debate that no one asked for which is do you think Shottas is better than Belly. i know i know doesn't even complete. Also i discuss about these out of towners making demands for ock, you gotta talk to the manage Senor Cateo. (05:45-51:50) i than jump into The Cool Report for one last time for the year. I go in on a vigilante that felt she was in the right to take a man's life for no better reason than either that she was bored. Her name is Hannah Payne and is now serving a life sentence for her actions. (51:51-01:01:21) We then step into a new segment where the listeners ask me 3 questions about myself. They get a bit personal in this one from asking me about my guy crush, new segment ideas, asking if I'm passing down my genetics (weird) and one get highly disrespectful asking of i know mathematics like i was not top of my class. (01:01:22-01:22:09) Then we have 2 fans ask me questions for PTL where we get asked the tough questions where we place ourselves in their shoes. Like trying not to shatter your girls confidence when it comes to these New Years Resolution. Along with supporting your girls new profession after she gave up on her onlyfans. Besides financially how much moral support can one give. (01:22:10-01:38:14) i than enter another new segment consideration, it still needs modifications but this is the growing pains of trying new things. i come up with an idea of an original movie masterpiece called "EGGFACE" tell me what you think. (01:38:15-01:50:37) THE FIN I say my goodbyes with y'all to 2023, and give hope for the new year for big changes in our lives and close the show out the voice of an angel. Hannah Payne Convicted & Sentenced. Super Karen shot a black man and killed him and now will be serving life for her careless act.
When you see a car accident on the side of the road, you usually look because you're nosy, hope for the best, and go on about your day. Maybe if you're a nicer person you'd get out and check on the people in the crash. But you probably wouldn't kill the person who caused the accident. Hannah Payne shot and killed Kenneth Herring because she thought he was drunk driving. She was never involved in the car accident, but like most Karen's do she inserted herself. In a verdict that left Hannah Payne in tears, the 24-year-old Georgia woman was found responsible for the killing of Kenneth Herring during a citizen's arrest gone fatally awry several years ago. The verdict was delivered in a courtroom overseen by Judge Jewel C. Scott after approximately 90 minutes of deliberation by 12 Peach State jurors. Kenneth Herring, 62, was shot and killed following a minor traffic accident assumed to have been caused by him on May 7, 2019. Payne faced multiple charges, including two counts of felony murder, three counts of possession of a weapon during a crime, and one count each of malice murder, aggravated assault, and false imprisonment. She was found guilty on all counts. During the state's closing arguments, the lead prosecutor emphasized that Herring, who was unarmed and minding his own business, was chased down, detained, shot, and murdered. The prosecutor stated, "You don't get the death penalty for committing a traffic offense." In her defense, Payne admitted to never drawing her weapon before the day of the incident but claimed she never intended for the gun to fire. She argued that Herring shot himself during a struggle for the weapon. The incident began with a minor traffic crash involving Payne and a semi-truck. According to earlier testimony, Herring, the alleged at-fault driver, left the scene after 15 to 20 minutes. Payne, who was not involved in the crash, called 911 and waited for law enforcement to arrive. Despite a witness suggesting that Herring might be experiencing a medical emergency, Payne believed he was drunk. She pursued Herring against 911 advice, intending initially to gather license plate information. The prosecution argued that Payne aggressively approached Herring, threatened him with her gun, and shot him immediately. Payne claimed a different sequence of events, stating that Herring grabbed her, ripped her shirt, and dragged her with his car before the gun went off. The trial revealed conflicting accounts, with the state relying on witness testimony and recordings to assert that Payne was the initial aggressor. Payne was initially charged with one count of murder, made bond, and later faced additional felony counts with her bond revoked. District Attorney Tracy Graham Lawson emphasized at the time of the initial murder charge, "She's using deadly force; she wasn't faced with deadly force. You cannot claim self-defense and use deadly force unless you're not the initial aggressor—she is." Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? Hannah Payne is the founder and designer behind Luba, a high-end ready-to-wear line where every sale goes back to support women through her charity, the LOVE Foundation. In her junior year of college, Hannah secretly "studied abroad" in Florence - little did her parents know, she was taking drawing and sewing classes to further her passion into a tangible business. While doing research for a school project, Hannah was disturbed to find out that there were more animal shelters than women’s shelters in the US. She was even more shocked to learn that shelters turned down 30 women and their children everyday, due to lack of space. Hannah decided that she wanted to create a business where she can not only pursue her love for fashion, but also give back and empower women.About Luba:Luba is a ready-to-wear women’s label that offers high end, quality made garments.
