Parce que chaque semaine qui commence est un nouveau départ, j'avais envie de vous lire une histoire alors je vous propose le bijou comme un bisou du dimanche soir. Aujourd'hui je vous propose un entretien avec Simon-Pierre Rosset-Gaulejac car à travers son histoire de famille de joaillier, il incarne toutes les histoires que reçoit un joaillier des familles. Son père l'a mis à l'atelier vers 15 ans comme cela se faisait à l'époque. Il s'appelait Alain Rosset et avait développé sa joaillerie au coeur du quartier Saint Germain. C'est lui qui a lancé la Maison grâce à son savoir faire et à sa proximité avec sa clientèle. Il transmet à son fils son goût pour les gemmes et son don pour la joaillerie à la française. Quand Simon-Pierre décide de créer sa propre entité, il choisit d'associer le nom de son père et de sa mère et ouvre sa Maison au nom de Rosset-Gaulejac. Il décide de se lancer sur un produit qui lui semble porteur : les boutons de manchette. Il a raison, les collectionneurs s'arrachent ses créations aux inspirations multiples, du bestaire à l'automobile, il ouvre un champ créatif infini. Quand son père se retire, Simon-Pierre reprend l'adresse de la Maison et hérite aussi de certains clients. Pour ne rien vous cacher c'est lui qui m'a reçu et a guidé ma main sur toutes les techniques quand je passais mon MBA Management du Luxe à l'ING. Et je me souviens encore des jeunes gens qui venaient chercher la bague pour leur fiancée et se recommandait de leur parent. Simon-Pierre reconnait qu'un lien très fort s'est instauré depuis son père avec cette clientèle dont il partage avec amitié les meilleurs moments de vie. Depuis Rosset-Gaulejac est une adresse que l'on se confie en famille comme entre amis, qui est reconnue pour son savoir faire joaillier d'excellence comme pour son attention aux envies de sa clientèle : un joaillier de famille.  Je suis Anne Desmarest de Jotemps et je donne une voix aux bijoux chaque dimanche. Même les collaborateurs s'accordent à dire “On a passé des moments de vie dingues, j'ai jamais retrouvé ça ailleurs”. Priceless.Des moments qui donnent des frissons, des moments qui font dire “J'ai bien fait de monter Viareport juste pour ça.”Viareport c'est une société d'édition de logiciel comptable et un cabinet de conseil fondés par Emmanuel Amon, notre invité du jour. Après 15 ans à la tête de l'entreprise, Emmanuel la cède au groupe américain Insight Software pour une fourchette de 20 à 30 millions d'euros.Pas simple de vendre une entreprise et 2 activités distinctes d'une pierre deux coups. Et ça Emmanuel l'a compris très tôt. En 2017, fatigué, il a besoin d'une pause, il essaie de vendre une première fois sans succès. “Tu peux avoir le meilleur business model du monde, si le marché veut pas, il veut pas”.Changement de stratégie donc, il enclenche une scission pour vendre le cabinet de conseil dans un premier temps. Mais la machine américaine ne lui laissera pas le temps.Après “l'un des voyages les plus surréalistes de ma vie” à Londres, le process est amorcé. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Management) from Southwest Texas State University, and her MBA (Management) from Webster University. She is currently finishing her Doctorate of Education degree with a specialization in Higher Education and Adult Learning. Her dissertation topic, "The Need for Financial Literacy in Higher Education", is proving to be another avenue of service for many. Melissa’s professional management background includes banking, academics, real estate, and entrepreneurship.Spiritually speaking, Melissa is a strong woman of faith. Her Christian walk has led her to become an ordained Apostle and Pastor who wears a prophetic mantle. She has a heart for all she serves. Melissa is an also avid equestrian. She began riding at the age of 3 and received formal instruction at Fort Sam Houston’s riding academy. She rode Hunter/Jumper Pentathlon horses for 7 years before “earning” the privilege of having her own horse. Today's guest is Dr. Melissa WeathersbyBioMelissa Weathersby grew up at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Management) from Southwest Texas State University, and her MBA (Management) from Webster University. She is currently finishing her Doctorate of Education degree with a specialization in Higher Education and Adult Learning. Her dissertation topic, "The Need for Financial Literacy in Higher Education", is proving to be another avenue of service for many. Melissa’s professional management background includes banking, academics, real estate, and entrepreneurship.Spiritually speaking, Melissa is a strong woman of faith. Her Christian walk has led her to become an ordained Apostle and Pastor who wears a prophetic mantle. She has a heart for all she serves. Melissa is an also avid equestrian. She began riding at the age of 3 and received formal instruction at Fort Sam Houston’s riding academy. She rode Hunter/Jumper Pentathlon horses for 7 years before “earning” the privilege of having her own horse. Switching disciplines from English riding to Western riding, she was a former high school rodeo queen, and a member of the Southwest Texas State rodeo team. She continues to ride and is looking forward to enjoying her Foundation-bred Quarter Horse mare much more once her dissertation journey is complete.
