The Colorado Supreme Court removed former President Donald Trump from the state's 2024 presidential ballot on Tuesday after ruling that he engaged in an insurrection with his actions on January 6, 2021. Former President Donald Trump was ruled ineligible to be president under the 14th Amendment by the Colorado Supreme Court on Tuesday, but Colorado may not be the last state to rule against Trump. Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was the target of an ethics complaint regarding her husband's income. Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was not immune from controversy in her first full year on the high court, making headlines for her opinions and actions in 2023. Alongside a U.S.-led naval task force that includes British, French, and Spanish warships, the Washington Examiner can report that the United States and the United Kingdom have moved other sensitive air and naval assets near Yemen. These movements indicate preparation for possible strikes against Houthi forces in that country. A group of Democratic and Republican operatives intent on preventing a second Trump administration is turning its attention to the No Labels party, which could still nominate a candidate, adding more chaos to the 2024 mix. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, President Biden has unleashed a war on American energy independence and the leftwing alliance for electricity (disguised as climate change activism) is ideological and insane. The country doesn't have enough electricity to go around, especially since it takes fossil fuels to create electricity in the first place. Biden's horrific policies on energy have driven Saudi Arabia into an alliance with Russia and will drive up the cost of fuel in the United States. This will seriously damage the lifestyles of Americans on fixed incomes and Biden will simply blame the oil companies and gas station owners for his man-made disaster. Then, American voters must be diligent in defeating the Democrat power structure. We're either going to vote them out or they're going to take our power. Democrats are focused on strengthening the power of the state by destroying the relationship between parents and children, dismantling law and order, and our economic system. Later, Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson claims the founders approached the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments in a race-conscious way, but in fact, they approached it from the perspective of equal justice under the law. Brown-Jackson's legal reasoning is going to make Justice Sotomayor's opinions look like Oliver Wendell Holmes's. Sadly, the civil rights movement has adopted the leftist Marxist agenda and if you don't embrace it, you're a racist. Afterward, US Sen. Mike Lee joins the show to discuss his re-election race and how it's never been more important for Republicans to have a majority.  Learn more about your ad choices. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, July 4th, 1776, didn't just happen it was carefully planned. A lot of blood was spilled to achieve independence from England. There were protests and then massacres over taxation. In the Spring of 1774, following the Boston Tea Party, laws were passed to pay for the housing of British soldiers and demand restitution for the lost tea. Next, the British planned to take the gun powder of the militiamen and this led to Paul Revere's famous midnight run warning that "The red coats are coming!" which set off the Revolutionary War. Then, Judge Ketanji Brown-Jackson has been sworn in as the newest Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. By her own admission during her confirmation hearing, Brown-Jackson wouldn't commit to a philosophy of natural rights or rights that are endowed to us by God our creator. Later, President Biden was embarrassingly asked if America was going backward while he was in Spain and trashed the US Supreme Court in the process. Biden's misstatements embolden the radical culture of death perpetrated by the left. Afterward, Fox News Anchor Maria Bartiromo joins the show to explain how the Democrats' economic policy is hurting America. Bartiromo added that the Chinese Communist Party has gained tremendous influence in the United States, particularly with the Democrat Party. Learn more about your ad choices. Today we start by discussing the crazy moment from last night's Oscars when Will Smith smacked Chris Rock in the face for a joke he made about Smith's wife. Then, we talk about more of the red flags surrounding Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, this time the support she's getting from "libertarians" and "conservatives" in Washington, D.C. Joining us to explain things is Jon Schweppe, director of policy and government at the American Principles Project. Jon talks about how high-level Democrats and Republicans seems to be in sync when it comes to supporting Biden's far-left, soft-on-crime nominee for SCOTUS, and the reason for that seems to be a shared obsession in D.C. with "Criminal Justice Reform." We discuss what the D.C. elites want from those reforms, and almost none of it would actually benefit regular people. However, knowing that many allegedly right-wing organizations support criminal justice reform, even though it really has nothing to do with conservative values, explains why these groups are silent about KBJ or are outwardly supporting her. --- Timecodes: (0:00) Introduction (1:38) The slap heard around the world (10:30) Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson's judicial sentencing record (19:37) Interview with Jon Schweppe --- Today's Sponsors: Z-Stack is formulated to help combat any & all variants as well as the common cold & flu. Russia's attacks on the Ukrainian city of Mariupol continued through the weekend, with missiles striking an art school where 400 people had taken shelter. Russia is claiming that a bombing it carried out on a Ukrainian ammunition storage site was done with a hypersonic missile, and if this claim is true, it could mark the first use of this kind of weapon in combat. Confirmation hearings for Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson begin this week. If confirmed, Brown Jackson would be the first Black woman to sit on the Supreme Court, joining the most conservative reactionary court in decades.
