Hard News on Friday with Tara Green and Rama Arjuna and guests Crystals, Cosmic Calendars, and the Bridge Between Science, Spirit, and Cooperation Opening the Circle With Mayan Time and Galactic Directions In this episode of Hard News on Friday, Rainbird, Tara, and Rama open by welcoming listeners to BBS Radio Station One and setting a sacred tone through breath, heart-space focus, spirit teams, ancestors, totems, and the seven galactic directions in the Mayan tradition. Rainbird then reads from the Mayan record of days, beginning with 12 Ahau, the yellow crystal sun, and the start of what the transcript identifies as the “Barbarous Basket.” The opening frames the evening through cooperation, enlightenment, Christ consciousness, universal fire, and the movement toward wholeness. The Week Ahead, Wayeb Days, and Support for the Shows Rainbird continues through the upcoming Mayan calendar energies, including Imix, Ik, Akbal, Kan, Chicchan, Cimi, and Manik, while connecting each day to themes such as creation, dream time, self-determination, forgiveness, healing, and the release of ego or struggle. He notes Rama's birthday during the week and the approach of the Wayeb days leading into the Day Out of Time. Rainbird then shifts into program support, explaining the weekly funding needs for Hard News on Friday and the Saturday show The True History of NESARA and Our Galactic Origins, providing donation instructions and expressing gratitude to listeners for keeping the programs going. Tara and Rama on the Fifth Dimension and Living Crystals Tara and Rama describe the present moment as one of rapid dimensional shift, saying they are witnessing the fifth dimension unfold “in real time.” They speak of crystalline DNA activation, miracles, animals, crystals, the Schumann resonance, and the quantum field reaching out through silence, vibration, and living energy. They also mention prayers and mantras for victims who have “gone over the rainbow,” including the Om Mani Padme Hum mantra, while connecting the spiritual work to global suffering, Gaza, ICE, Saint Germain, and the need to send “terabytes of love.” Kryon on Crystals, Frequency, Coherence, and Healing Rainbird introduces a recorded Kryon teaching on crystals, which blends science, metaphysics, and spiritual interpretation. The excerpt describes crystalline wafers storing vast amounts of data, crystals as always in atomic motion, and quartz-like substances as carriers of frequency, memory, and vibration. Kryon explains that crystals are not “evil,” do not simply absorb negativity, and are better understood through coherence, resonance, harmonics, and overtones. The teaching connects crystals to watches, piezoelectric properties, Royal Rife, healing templates, and the idea that clusters of crystals can vibrationally come into coherence with one another and with their owners. Channeled Mother Segment and the Shift of the Ages The show then moves into a channeled Mother segment with Tara and Rama, framed through the Christ office, Saint Germain, and the idea of the “shift of the ages” unfolding in real time. The segment emphasizes love, diversity, equality, inclusion, divine government, and learning to get along across race, creed, color, and planetary difference. It criticizes war, violence against children, and political abuses, while also describing galactic forces, archangels, the violet flame, sapphire blue ray, emerald green ray, and feminine energy as tools for cooling conflict and helping Earth move through a cosmic schedule. Gregg Braden and Bruce Lipton on Science and Spirituality Rainbird introduces a recorded conversation with Gregg Braden and Bruce Lipton about science, spirituality, quantum physics, consciousness, and the mind-body connection. The excerpt argues that ancient cultures did not separate science, art, spirituality, and daily life the way modern society does. Braden and Lipton discuss the separation created by Newtonian models, the bridge offered by quantum physics, the idea that humans are energy beings connected to the field, and the need for language that can make spiritual ideas accessible to scientific-minded people. Their conversation frames spirituality not as dogma but as relationship: to self, community, Earth, and the larger invisible forces shaping life. Cooperation, Mutual Aid, and a New Human Story The closing excerpt focuses on the urgency of human evolution, ecological crisis, the sixth mass extinction, and the need to move beyond separation, competition, and powerlessness. Braden and Lipton criticize the misuse of Darwinian “survival of the fittest” thinking and instead point to cooperation, mutual aid, and garden-like interdependence as deeper models of nature. They discuss younger generations, global vision, self-empowerment, peer-reviewed science, and the possibility of building a more compassionate future by integrating modern discoveries with ancient wisdom. The episode ends with gratitude, blessings, “honey in the heart,” and a closing spirit of peace, long life, and continued connection.

The Food Professor
Jacques Duhaime, Owner of Duhaime Gourmet, on Building a Global Jam Business from a Quebec Family Orchard

The Food Professor

Recorded live on the final day of SIAL Canada, this bonus episode of The Food Professor brings hosts Michael LeBlanc and Dr. Sylvain Charlebois face to face with Jacques Duhaime, owner of Duhaime Gourmet — a Quebec fruit-spread and jam company that Sylvain has wanted on the show for years. The conversation traces four generations of agricultural evolution in Saint-Germain, near Drummondville, Quebec, and shows how a small dairy farm became one of Canada's most distinctive low-sugar jam and fruit-spread producers. Jacques walks listeners through the company's origin story: founded in 1945 as a dairy farm by his grandfather, expanded into orchards and vegetables by his father in 1948, and refocused entirely on produce after the dairy herd was sold in 1960. Jacques took over the farm from his parents in 1981, when the operation was running roughly 200 acres of vegetables. A tough vegetable market in 1995 pushed the family toward jam-making, and a pursuit of naturally low-sugar recipes led Jacques back to school at ITA to develop the reduced-sugar techniques that still define the brand today. A pivotal trip with Groupe Export in 2000 opened the door to Japan, where Duhaime Gourmet's low-sugar spreads found immediate demand — at a time when the company already supplied roughly 400 boutique stores across Quebec. The business went on to export to the United States for a decade, supplying jams, spreads, and fruit pairings for cheese, while also building a substantial private-label business across Quebec, Canada, and Japan. Jacques also opens up about the structure of the business today: the orchard remains family-owned and is now run by his son, marking a fifth generation on the land, while the processing side of Duhaime Gourmet was sold roughly a year ago to Bertrand Marquis, a fellow Saint-Germain entrepreneur who previously worked in the wood industry. Jacques reflects candidly on international trade shows — from an early appearance at a golf show in Dubai to lessons learned about race-to-the-bottom pricing in that market — and on how the company's trade show schedule has grown from roughly 10 shows a year before the pandemic to as many as 30–40 today. The episode closes on Duhaime Gourmet's newest product: a 90%-fruit spread sweetened with just 10% organic sugar, containing less than three grams of sugar and no pectin — a launch aimed at diabetics, families, and babies alike, debuting in strawberry rhubarb and headed for Metro shelves soon. A warm, detail-rich conversation for anyone interested in Quebec food manufacturing, family business succession, food innovation, and insights into global trade show strategy in the specialty food sector. https://www.duhaimegourmet.com/en/ About UsDr. Sylvain Charlebois is a Visiting Professor in Food Policy and Distribution at McGill University and a Professor in Food Distribution and Policy in the Faculty of Management at Dalhousie University in Halifax. Sauce Béarnaise: The Classic French Sauce That Isn't From Béarn | Food Tour de FranceSauce béarnaise — one of the great sauces of classical French cuisine, named after the Béarn region of the southwest and associated with the city of Pau — was not actually created in Béarn at all. Today's Food Tour de France episode finishes in Pau and tells the full and rather wonderful story of a sauce invented in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, just outside Paris, by a chef called Jean-Louis-François Collinet who looked up at a bust of Henri IV on the wall — the king who was born in Pau — and named his accidental creation after the king's hometown on the spot. A hot emulsified sauce of clarified butter, egg yolks, shallots, tarragon and chervil that became one of the defining preparations of French gastronomy. Named after a place it has nothing to do with. Which is, in French food history, not even slightly unusual. The episode covers the full origin story of béarnaise — the failed shallot reduction that became a classic, the involvement of Alexandre Dumas as possible co-inventor, the specific role of tarragon that makes béarnaise béarnaise and nothing else — and the technique that Fernand Point, whose episode we covered earlier in the main Fabulously Delicious series, described with characteristic precision. A béarnaise, he said, is nothing but an egg yolk, a shallot and a little tarragon — but it takes years of practice before the result is perfect. The episode also covers the small family of derivatives that béarnaise has spawned — sauce Choron with tomato, sauce Foyot with meat glaze, and the sauce paloise of the Basque country, where mint replaces the tarragon and the result is served with lamb. The Food Tour de France is a daily series running alongside the 2026 Tour de France on Fabulously Delicious — one episode for every stage start and finish. Pau gets two episodes in the series — yesterday's garbure episode covered the great slow-cooked cabbage and duck stew of the Gascon tradition, and today the béarnaise completes the picture of a city whose name is attached to two of the most celebrated things in French food culture — one of which it actually produced, and one of which it definitely did not. In this episode, Pauline and I continue our visit to a historic Parisian fan house, where Inès — who works at the boutique — walks us through the different collections, materials, and craftsmanship behind each fan. It's part of my ongoing series of real, unscripted conversations recorded in Paris — made for learners who want to hear authentic spoken French. This episode works well for B1 through C1 learners, though for different reasons. For B1-B2 listeners, the value is in following a guided explanation — new vocabulary (materials, techniques, collections) introduced naturally and repeated in context, which makes it easier to absorb. For C1 listeners, the real payoff is in the unscripted back-and-forth between Pauline and Inès: overlapping questions, spontaneous clarifications ("on appelle ça comment ?"), and the kind of cultural subtext — like the historical "language of the fan" — that rarely comes up in graded material. Hard News on Friday with Tara Green and Rama Arjuna and guests Fireworks, War, Earth's Greatest Enemy, and the Power of Peace A Sacred Opening With Rainbird and the Mayan Calendar This episode of Hard News on Friday opens with Rainbird guiding listeners into heart space around a symbolic council fire with guides, ancestors, spirit teams, and totems. She identifies the day as 11 Kimi, the White Spectral Linker of Worlds, and describes its themes of release, liberation, equalizing, opportunity, and death. Rainbird then walks listeners through the energetic qualities of the week ahead in the Mayan calendar, including Manik for healing, Lamat for vision, Muluc for a new wave, Oc for unconditional love, Chuen for playful magic, Eb for human service, and Ben for strength and dimensional focus. Donations, Community Support, and the Talking Stick After a drumming journey, Rainbird gives housekeeping information for listener support, including BBS Radio fees and direct assistance for Tara and Rama. She explains how listeners can donate through BBS Radio, PayPal, or mail, and she names specific practical needs such as utilities, living expenses, and phone-service costs. Rainbird then passes the symbolic talking stick to Tara and Rama, describing it as filled with Fourth of July imagery, fireworks, flags, feathers, fairies, Native American symbolism, and soccer balls representing the world coming together. Saint Germain, the Founding Fathers, and a New Heaven and Earth Rama and Tara begin by connecting the nation's 250-year celebration to spiritual history, saying the Founding Fathers were helped by Saint Germain and, in Rama's telling, that George Washington had contact with Galactics at Valley Forge. They frame the Fourth of July not only as a national anniversary, but as part of a larger spiritual story involving a new heaven, a new earth, and the evolution of democracy. Rama then shifts toward “hard news,” introducing a recorded interview with Abby Martin on the U.S. military, war, empire, environmental destruction, and the documentary Earth's Greatest Enemy. Abby Martin, Project Censored, and the Military as Earth's Greatest Enemy The longest news segment is a recorded interview from the Project Censored Show with Mickey Huff and Abby Martin. Martin discusses her film Earth's Greatest Enemy, which argues that the U.S. military is one of the planet's most destructive forces through emissions, toxic contamination, nuclear weapons, Agent Orange, fossil-fuel enforcement, military bases, and war-related ecological damage. She connects militarism to capitalism, climate destruction, Gaza, Iran, Okinawa, police militarization, Cop City, and the normalization of endless military budgets. Mickey Huff adds historical context involving Smedley Butler, the permanent war economy, Iran, Guatemala, the CIA, and the way corporate media often hides or flattens that history. Anti-War Solidarity and the Call to Act The Abby Martin segment also focuses on what people can do in the face of militarism, propaganda, and despair. Martin says the answer is solidarity, love, humility, support for trustworthy independent journalism, local organizing, and movement building. She urges people not to doomscroll themselves into helplessness, but to join organizations, support divestment campaigns, host screenings, and use the documentary as a tool for consciousness expansion. The interview closes with Martin encouraging people to support both Earth's Greatest Enemy and her film Cuba After Castro, while Huff congratulates her on receiving the Izzy Award. Mother Sekhmet on Peace, AI, and the Power of the People After the interview, Tara invokes Mother Sekhmet, who speaks through Rama with a message about peace, compassion, unified consciousness, and the people's power. Mother Sekhmet says the old systems are obsolete and that humanity is being asked to choose love over war. She criticizes corporations, artificial intelligence, and what she calls hive-mind or Borg-like systems, contrasting them with living spirit and the temple of the human body. Tara and Mother Sekhmet also discuss social democracy, younger political leaders, Bernie Sanders, AOC, Trump, the violet fire, Lady Liberty, Lady Freedom, and the ascended masters as part of a larger spiritual transformation. Kryon, Crystals, Frequency, and the Closing Blessing The final segment features a recorded teaching from Kryon titled “What Do You Know About Crystals?” Kryon speaks from the Wagner Crystal Mines in Arkansas and explains crystals as holders of frequency, energy, consciousness, and benevolent Gaia-based resonance. The teaching connects crystal sets, radio reception, consciousness as energy, programming crystals, healing frequencies, and the idea that science may one day better understand how crystals store and transmit frequency. Rama and Tara close the program with aloha, namaste, peace, and a reminder that listeners can join them again the next day.

In this episode, my friend Pauline and I head to a historic Parisian boutique to discover a summer accessory that's been spotted everywhere in the city this past week. It's part of my ongoing series of real, unscripted conversations recorded on the go in Paris — made for learners who want to hear authentic spoken French, not textbook dialogue. This episode works well for B1 through C1 learners, though for different reasons. For B1-B2 listeners, the value is in following Pauline explain and justify her choice out loud — why the object interests her, why it would make a good gift. For C1 listeners, the real payoff is the natural rhythm of an unscripted two-person conversation: overlapping turns, mid-sentence reformulations, and the kind of cultural subtext (what "une maison" implies versus "une boutique", the weight of a date like 1827) that rarely comes up in graded material. I was also delighted to be joined by a very special player & person and that is 2x LET title winner Jana Melichova. Jana's story is heartwarming after winning 2022 Czech Ladies Open, there was a very emotional victory at Dutch Ladies Open in 2024 not too long after the unfortunate passing of her mother and when she was coming down the stretch in Netherlands all Jana could think about on her mind was her mum. We caught up with Jana on how she is finding returning to Golf after a serious back injury over the past couple of years but Jana seems to be nearly at 100, percent fitness. Such a lovely person and it is so great to Jana back on Tour!  Thank you to both Natalie & Jana for chatting!

Birthday Message from St GermainTHE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AT 250Interviewer: Joel D. AnastasiChannel: Phillip Elton Collins St Germain is humanity's spiritual guide for the new spiritual age which began in 2012. His message here is best understood within the context of what he has taught about the spiritual origin and mission of planet Earth and the role of the United States in Earth's mission.(See The Refounding of America, Amazon.)SPIRITUAL MISSION OF PLANET EARTH AND THE USAThe universe is an infinite creation system endlessly expanding divine perfection. Planets are a vital part of that creation system. Most planets are seeded by one star-system. Planet Earth was designed to be the ultimate experiment in the universe because it was seeded by 12 star-systems which contributed their highest consciousness to prepare Earth to be, teach and do love--the building block of allthere is. The diversity offered by the 12 star-systems created the rigorous curriculum needed to prepare humanity for the enormous challenge and privilege of being master teachers of love and oneness in the universe. The challenge presented to humanity was to work through the great diversity represented by 12 star-systems to discover that we are allexpressions of the one God; therefore, we are all one. This is the contract we human beings have made which St Germain describes as “one of the greatest adventures in creation.”Love thrives and grows in a culture of freedom and equality (democracy). St Germain inspired the founding fathers of what became the United States of America to create a democracy which would serve as a nursery for freedom and equality, which would then spread to the rest of the globe. That, essentially is America's spiritual mission. Now, 250 years after our nation's founding, here is St Germain's assessment of how we as a nation are fulfilling our spiritual mission:Our intention for the soul plan, the mission, of the United States being a beacon of light for the world is not being met.Possessing multiple military bases throughout the planet in order to control other nations is not the purpose of your nation. Telling others how to be and do is not your purpose.Your purpose is to lead by example as a beacon of light of freedom, equality, harmony, balance and love, which is the building block of all that there is. Allow that to be your messenger, not bullets and bombs. If you elect those with no concern for the common good, who worship money as their God, who have little interest or understanding of the true purpose of your nation, you will have the situation you have now.You are being challenged now to truly study and apply the principles within the founding papers and to once and for all fully execute them and not allow the hidden forces to continue to control the world. Their goal is to control and monetize their power. By knowing who and what these forces are, you will uncover them in your life. That will allow the true intention of this nation to come forward.Regarding those checks and balances, the founding fathers never anticipated that all three branches could be corrupted simultaneously. So, if you choose, amend those documents to assure that what is currently taking place never happens again. The founding father papers were never intended to be an end all and be all. They were meant to expand and grow along with your nation.Saint Germain's birthday greeting to America:“I love you. You are loved beyond your comprehension. You came from love. You are love, and the whole cosmos surrounds you on this 250th anniversary and appreciates and honors each and every one of you who has incarnated in challenging times, present and past, and have often sacrificed your lives and sacrificed your intentions for the good of the common man. I honor you. I love you. Happy birthday, America!”THE PURPOSE OF THESE PODCASTS IS TO BRING A HIGHER REALM PERSPECTIVE TO OUR LIVES, OUR NATION AND THE WORLD.

No bairro do Marais, o novíssimo espaço Sabiá Arte & Cultura reúne música, artes visuais e intervenções urbanas. "Vamos apresentar várias disciplinas nesta edição do evento.

Hard News on Friday with Tara Green and Rama Arjuna and guests Star Family, Dimensional Shift, and the Golden Amber Path Into Higher Light Rainbird Opens the Council Fire In this episode of Hard News on Friday, Rainbird opens by welcoming listeners to the program and inviting everyone into a grounded spiritual space. He guides the audience through gentle breathing, a movement into the heart, and a gathering around a virtual council fire with guides, guardians, ancestors, spirit teams, and the drumbeat. He then calls in the seven galactic directions in the Mayan tradition, invoking wisdom from the east, north, west, south, above, below, and the center source of the galaxies. The opening frames the entire episode as a ceremony of mutual love, planetary harmony, and spiritual alignment. The Mayan Record of Days and the New Moon Portal Rainbird then reads the Mayan record of days, beginning with Three Chicchan, the Red Electric Serpent. He explains that the serpent energy is a warrior aspect connected to survival, instinct, life force, change, body sensing, and transmuting energy. He walks listeners through the week ahead, including White Self-Existing World-Bridger, Blue Overtone Hand, Yellow Rhythmic Star, Red Resonant Moon, White Galactic Dog, Blue Solar Monkey, and Yellow Planetary Human. He highlights the coming new moon, portal days, Juneteenth, and the importance of releasing insecurity, fear, control, self-doubt, procrastination, mistrust, anger, and ego blockages while embracing healing, forgiveness, unconditional love, play, star-gate awareness, and human freedom. Housekeeping, Gratitude, and the Talking Stick Rainbird shifts into housekeeping, explaining that Hard News on Friday is listener-supported and sharing how people can donate through BBS Radio to support the Friday program and the Saturday show, The True History of NESARA and Our Galactic Origins. He also gives donation information for assisting Tara and Rama with weekly living expenses and bills, including PayPal, email, mailing address, and the Rainbow Roundtable website. After expressing gratitude, he describes the talking stick as filled with fairies, feathers, magical beings, dolphins, whales, unicorns, dragons, boxing outfits, and playful satirical energy before passing it to Rama. Rama Points to Disclosure Day and the Energies Around D.C. Rama begins by sending love to all the situations happening in the world and says love, not violence or war, is the answer. He recommends that listeners see the film Disclosure Day, saying he has heard highly credible and positive stories about it. He also references the East Coast and Washington, D.C. as a convergence point around 19.5 degrees, describing it as a portal or vortex where certain activities are not aligned with the Office of the Christ. Rather than dwell in fear or conflict, Rama moves the discussion toward light, cosmic alignment, and the need to send more love. Kryon on Humanity's Dimensional Shift and Galactic Future Rama plays a Kryon message titled around humanity's dimensional shift and galactic future. Kryon explains that Earth is entering a new energy in which people can command inappropriate energies to leave and more consciously direct their bodies, fields, and personal reality. The message distinguishes between ordinary extraterrestrials and ascended star family, emphasizing that not all beings from the stars carry the same vibration. Kryon says intelligent life exists widely throughout the galaxy, but that humanity's star-seeded biology connects specifically with ascended, angelic star family rather than every extraterrestrial race. The Grays, Emotion, and the God Within Humanity The Kryon message focuses especially on the Grays, describing them as intelligent extraterrestrials drawn to humanity because humans carry compassion, emotion, love, and what Kryon calls the God within. According to this message, the Grays do not possess that same divine emotional lineage and have studied humanity in an attempt to understand or acquire it. Kryon says some hybrids may exist, but that the God-within quality cannot simply be passed biologically to another race. The message suggests that contact with non-ascended extraterrestrials may come before humanity openly meets its ascended star family. A Star Field Filled With Ascended Worlds Kryon then guides listeners into a visualization beyond Earth, outside the atmosphere and solar glare, where the stars can be seen with unusual clarity. In that space, he invites every ascended planet in the galaxy to make itself known, and the star field lights up with hundreds of worlds aware of Earth's dimensional shift. The message says humanity has crossed a membrane into the beginning stage of ascension, and that emissaries of spiritual enhancement, help, and protection are on their way. Kryon emphasizes that Earth cannot go backward into devolution, even if appearances suggest otherwise. Star Nations, Gemini New Moon, and the Temple of Living Radiance After the Kryon segment, Rama says the star families are already here, the Grays are here, and the central issue is love and compassion. Tara then invokes Saint Germain, the Violet Flame, and the energies of the ascended star nations. She speaks of the new moon in Gemini, the Venus-Jupiter conjunction, the quantum field, the temple of living radiance, and the importance of imagination, thought, and consciousness in manifesting reality. Tara encourages listeners to sit in orbit around Earth in consciousness, experience the stars, and realize that everything needed is contained within the living temple of the body and the oneness of creation. Amber, Excalibur, and the Ancient Tree Wisdom Tara introduces a transmission from Steve Nobel focused on golden amber, explaining that amber is fossilized tree resin carrying ancient wisdom. She connects that to deep time, ancient trees, Devil's Tower, Steven Spielberg's Close Encounters of the Third Kind, and beings who have been here since the beginning of the story. The tone becomes one of ancient planetary memory, sacred minerals, energetic healing, and the idea that there are beings yet to be met who have remained present since the earliest movements of Earth's spiritual history. The Angels of Golden Amber Transmission The Steve Nobel meditation guides listeners into the breath, the body, and the present moment, inviting light into the physical body and energy fields while releasing lower energies back to the universe. The meditation calls in the higher self, angels of golden amber, and the archangels Raphael, Michael, Gabriel, Ariel, Metatron, and Sandalphon. The golden amber energy focuses on the solar plexus and throat chakras, clearing blame, criticism, judgment, scarcity, and lack from this lifetime, ancestral lines, and other lifetimes. It strengthens boundaries, courage, confidence, abundance, authentic voice, and creative self-expression. Beaming Up Into the Light As the meditation closes, Tara invites listeners to remain with the higher frequencies that came through and says it is “time to beam up.” The program ends with blessings, thanks, and the passing of the talking stick back to Rainbird. Rainbird expresses gratitude to Rama, Tara, BBS, and everyone listening, looking forward to the next day's gathering. The closing holds the same tone as the opening: ceremonial, grateful, cosmic, and focused on rising into the light.

Hard News on Friday with Tara Green and Rama Arjuna and guests Solar Fire, Indigo Children, and Holding the Light Through Uncertainty Calling the Circle Around the Council Fire In this episode of Hard News on Friday, Tara opens by welcoming listeners, inviting them into two grounding breaths, and guiding everyone into the heart space around a virtual council fire. She calls in the seven galactic directions in the Mayan tradition, invoking wisdom, transformation, right action, planetary peace, the ancestors, the Earth, and the center source of the galaxy. The opening sets the show's spiritual tone, framing the evening as a gathering of guides, guardians, ancestors, totems, and galactic energies centered in mutual love. The Mayan Record of Days and the Energies of the Week Tara then walks through the Mayan day energies for June 5 and the week ahead, beginning with Nine Etz'nab, the White Solar Mirror. She describes the day as a warrior aspect focused on groundedness, honesty, self-understanding, and seeing through illusion. She continues through the coming days, including the Blue Planetary Storm, Yellow Spectral Sun, Red Crystal Dragon, White Cosmic Wind, Blue Magnetic Night, Yellow Lunar Seed, and Red Electric Serpent. Each energy is described as an opportunity to release fear, separation, stagnation, self-judgment, hesitation, and ego blockages while embracing transformation, Christ consciousness, abundance, creation, spirit, and body wisdom. Housekeeping, Support, and the Sacred Talking Stick Before passing the talking stick, Tara gives the show's housekeeping details, explaining how listeners can support Hard News on Friday and the related Saturday program through BBS Radio. She also shares donation information for assisting Rama and Tara with weekly basics and bills, including electricity, network, and gas expenses. Tara directs listeners to the Rainbow Roundtable website for information on NESARA, related history, and resources connected to Rama's work. She then passes the talking stick to Rama, describing it as lit up with universal law, ascension waves, fairies, feathers, magical beings, elementals, whales, dolphins, and dragons. Rama Reports the Solar Storm and the Rising Energies Rama begins by greeting Rainbird and the audience, then shares information he says came from Tom, Larry, Furlimoe, and Sweet Angelique about intense solar activity. He describes the end of Solar Cycle 25, “panicking solar flares,” and a rare cannibal coronal mass ejection expected to affect Earth through June 5. According to Rama, two powerful solar eruptions merged into a stronger storm that could create auroras farther south than usual and may affect satellites, GPS, and radio communications. He links these solar events with ascension symptoms, high Schumann resonance, earthquakes, and the need to stay in the heart while moving slowly, gracefully, and intentionally. Kryon and the Awakening of the Indigo Generation Rama then plays a lengthy Kryon message about whether age has anything to do with enlightenment. Kryon explains that in earlier decades, spiritual awakening often seemed to come later in life, after people had time for introspection, but that pattern is changing. The message focuses on the Indigo children, first discussed in the late 1990s, who are now reaching adulthood and entering social media, education, medicine, law, politics, and other systems. Kryon frames this generation as wiser rather than simply smarter, deeply sensitive to dysfunction, and poised to bring compassion, reform, and new ways of thinking into institutions that have long resisted change. Young People, Social Media, and Compassionate Reform The Kryon segment emphasizes that many young people are now becoming influencers, professionals, doctors, attorneys, teachers, and future political leaders. Rather than rebelling in the old sense, they are said to be responding to dysfunction with wisdom, compassion, and a desire for truth. Kryon suggests they will challenge broken educational systems, bring natural remedies and compassionate care into medicine, and push governments away from hatred and toward more compassionate structures. The message presents this as part of the larger planetary shift, with younger generations helping seed new systems across the world. Love Instead of War, Diversity Instead of Fear After the Kryon message, Rama reflects on how the solar flares, high Schumann resonance, and planetary energies are waking people up quickly. He connects the Indigo, Crystal, Rainbow Crystal, Baby Boomer, and younger generations to a larger cycle of heroes and prophets arriving at the time of change. Rama says the answer to conflict in Gaza, Iran, Russia, Ukraine, and elsewhere is not retaliation but love. He frames galactic society as rooted in diversity, equality, inclusion, telepathic connection, heart communication, and love at the highest levels. Saint Germain, the Violet Flame, and Becoming Crystalline Light Rama moves into a prayerful invocation, calling on Saint Germain, the Violet Flame, cosmic law, Sananda Kumara, Lady Master Nada, Helios and Vesta, and other ascended energies. He describes the incoming solar frequencies as more than plasma, calling them love in the cells and light that carries balancing codes for DNA. He says humanity is being transformed into crystalline light bodies and that people can stand in the eye of the cyclone without being consumed by the storm. This section presents the current instability as a transfiguration of the body, the planet, and reality itself. Holding the Light Through Uncertainty The show then features a meditation from Patricia Cota-Robles on holding the light through uncertainty. The meditation acknowledges collective fear, anxiety, grief, anger, and emotional heaviness, while encouraging listeners not to spiritually bypass those feelings. Instead, it invites them to honor emotions with compassion without becoming consumed by them. The practice guides listeners to imagine luminous light descending through the body, calming the mind, opening the heart, dissolving fear, and forming a violet protective field that harmonizes energy without closing the heart. Its core message is to witness without absorbing, care without collapsing, and nourish healing rather than hopelessness. Pleiadian Libraries and Holographic Knowledge Later, Rama plays a short segment featuring Emery Smith and Lana Morrow, PhD, in which Lana describes her contact with Arcturian and Pleiadian guides. She explains that her Arcturian work is more medical and technical, while her Pleiadian contact involves learning in a vast, elegant scientific library near Alcyone. She describes the Pleiadians as tall, beautiful, golden-skinned, blue-eyed beings who value beauty, kindness, joy, pleasure, and knowledge. The library is described as holographic, serene, golden, filled with columns, and organized through consciousness rather than ordinary physical mechanisms. The Akashic Records and the Closing Blessing Rama connects the description of the Pleiadian library to Lady Master Lea Nara's holographic library and the Akashic records, saying that knowledge from across the galaxy is being brought forward. He says this is a wonderful and challenging time to be alive, requiring people to stay centered and send love to those who are struggling. Rainbird closes with gratitude, saying it has been a wonderful evening and that everyone is “in for a ride” but should enjoy it. The show ends with the hosts promising more the next day and closing in the light.

For our latest “site-specific” episode of Time Sensitive, Spencer meets Sheila Hicks inside her courtyard in Paris's Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood, where she has called home for more than 60 years. The 91-year-old Nebraska-born artist—widely known for her vibrant, sculptural textile and fiber works—resists any firm classification of what she does, as her multifarious output reflects. Currently, Hicks's work is on view in a solo exhibition at SFMOMA through Aug. 9, and a two-person exhibition, “Material Matters: Sheila Hicks & Shi Hui,” at Shanghai's West Bund Museum through Aug. 2. Last year, Knoll Textiles reissued her classic Altiplano collection from 1966 in an updated palette, and a major Milan retrospective, her first in Italy, will open on Nov. 16 at the Padiglione d'Arte Contemporanea. On the episode, Hicks discusses her lifelong relationship with textiles, weaving, and perception through materials and environments; her formative travels in South America, Morocco, India, and Japan; and how chance encounters can shape one's life. Hard News on Friday with Tara Green and Rama Arjuna and guests Solar Light, Planetary Ascension, and Healing Beyond the Old Timeline Gathering Around the Council Fire In this episode of Hard News on Friday, Rainbird opens the program by welcoming listeners and guiding them into a meditative heart space. She invites the audience to gather symbolically around a virtual council fire with guides, guardians, ancestors, totems, and healing teams, then invokes the seven galactic directions in the Mayan tradition accompanied by drumming. Rainbird continues with a reading of the Mayan energies for the present day and the week ahead, describing themes including integrity, flowering, transformation, forgiveness, unconditional love, play, cosmic consciousness, and releasing fear or stagnation. She then gives program-support information and asks listeners to assist with BBS Radio fees and the needs of Rama and Tara. Rama Arjuna on Incoming Energies and the Shift in Consciousness After Rainbird passes the talking stick, host Rama Arjuna speaks about what he describes as unusually powerful spiritual and electromagnetic energies arriving from the sun. He discusses an astrological conjunction involving Sedna, Uranus, and the Pleiades, connecting it with solar flares, earthquakes, volcanoes, and accelerating ascension frequencies. Rama says humanity is being stretched into a new way of being, while what he calls the “dark side” or “old power crowd” attempts to distract people from the incoming light. He also comments on current politics, Congress, the Epstein files, the events of January 6, military power, and his view that humanity should move away from war and toward peace. Caroline Oceana Ryan Questions History, Power, and Palestine Guest speaker Caroline Oceana Ryan joins Rama in a discussion focused on Israel and Palestine, historical power structures, and the beliefs that influence modern conflict. Caroline asks Rama whether the present situation connects with ancient control systems or bloodline-based claims of superiority. Rama responds with his view that the conflict reflects exclusion, racism, Zionism, suppressed history, and longstanding power structures. He also makes historical claims concerning Palestine, Israel, the Khazarians, and early American leadership. Caroline encourages listeners to call in with questions, emphasizing that the program is intended to examine what the speakers regard as hidden history and concealed political or spiritual realities. Messages from Lady Nada, Mr. X, and the Galactics Rama then reads a series of updates he says he received during spiritual visits to natural locations where he sat with deer, birds, owls, bobcats, and other animals while performing the Adi Shakti mantra. In these accounts, he reports receiving encrypted messages from figures he identifies as Lady Nada, Mr. X, Darby O'Dell, and other members of “the crew.” These messages describe a new moon opening the way for light, the fading of an old timeline, possible X-class solar flares, radio blackouts, and healing rays of violet, emerald green, and sapphire blue light. Rama also relays a message that galactic beings are sending nourishing rays of light to people in Gaza and throughout the planet to support human bodies and raise spiritual energies. Standing Armies, Arrests, and Healing the Planet Following the break, Caroline asks Rama further questions about Saint Germain's teaching that standing armies are unnecessary in times of peace, the influence of solar energies, and the alleged actions of the old power structure. Rama argues that military spending, black-budget technology, corporate power, and entrenched political systems serve interests opposed to peace and planetary awakening. When Caroline asks about reports of possible arrests in Washington, D.C., Rama says he has been told that members of Congress are working through the rule of law to remove the person occupying the Oval Office and members of that administration for alleged constitutional violations. Throughout this portion, Rama frames the way forward as compassion, forgiveness, meditation, divine government, galactic assistance, and the replacement of conflict with love. Mother's Message, the Sun, and Expanded Chakras Near the conclusion, Rama channels a being referred to as Mother, who speaks about radiant light pouring in from the sun, transforming human cells and helping people awaken into higher states of being. The message encourages listeners to go into the heart, connect with sunlight, meditate, and recognize themselves as living bodies of radiant light. The program then plays part of a message attributed to Kryon, discussing an expanded chakra system moving from seven to twelve chakras, including a grounding chakra below the root and additional chakras above the crown associated with the soul and galactic connection. Caroline closes by describing the present time as intense but potentially joyful, encouraging listeners to notice nature, reclaim their power, and return for Rama's Saturday broadcast.

Hard News on Friday with Tara Green and Rama Arjuna and guests New Earth Timelines, Solar Ascension, and the Awakening of Inner Light Opening the Council Fire and the Mayan Record of Days In this episode of Hard News on Friday Night, Rainbird opens with a ceremonial grounding, inviting listeners into breath, heart space, guides, ancestors, spirit teams, and a virtual council fire. She calls in the seven galactic directions through the Mayan tradition and then turns to the Mayan record of days for the current week. The day is described as One Kabon, the red magnetic earth, beginning a new wave centered on purpose, synchronicity, navigation, and evolving with the Earth. Rainbird walks through the upcoming days, including the new moon, storm energy, sun energy, dragon energy, wind energy, night energy, and seed energy, framing the week as one of transformation, intuition, navigation, and new beginnings. Donations, Community Support, and the Talking Stick Rainbird then shifts into practical support for the radio programs and the people behind them. She explains that listener-supported donations help cover weekly BBS Radio expenses for Hard News on Friday Night and the Saturday program The True History, The History NESARA and Our Galactic Origins. She also shares specific financial needs for Tar and Rama, including bills, rent, and living expenses, and gives donation instructions through PayPal and mail. After expressing gratitude to the listeners and community, she passes the talking stick to Rama, describing it as filled with universal laws, essential ways, and the intention of peace on Earth. Rama on Timelines, Ascended Masters, and the New Earth Rama speaks about the rapid movement toward NESARA, Saint Germain, ancient wisdom, and the return of founding principles connected to the ascended masters. He describes a shift in consciousness in which timelines are diverging, with one prominent timeline becoming the “new timeline” of heaven on Earth. He references beings such as Arcturians, Lady Master Lea Nara, Babaji, gnomes, fairies, elves, hobbits, deer, crows, cats, and magical Earth beings as part of a living spiritual reality. Rama also discusses global events, including Gaza and southern Lebanon, calling for violet fire and more love in response to suffering and conflict. Two Timelines and Staying Calibrated A major section of the episode features an extended recording from Dana Stovern about functioning as a human being while two distinct timelines are active on Earth. Dana explains that after significant ascension shifts, especially around mid-April 2026, many people are now walking in a newly hatched ascended landscape while another lower-frequency reality continues to generate fear-based events and information. She urges listeners to check in each morning, ask which timeline they are calibrated to, talk with their spirit team, and stay aligned with their highest and best path. Her core advice is to catch triggers, ground, breathe, center, and ask whether a given headline, fear, or event truly pertains to one's timeline, region, and spiritual path. Solar Frequencies, Violet Flame, and Inner Alchemy Tar and Rama continue by emphasizing that the sun, the Great Central Sun, solar flares, ley lines, dragon lines, and interdimensional energies are affecting the Earth and human consciousness. They describe ascension frequencies pouring in and upgrading people into higher-dimensional awareness. The episode then moves into a guided teaching on the violet flame of inner alchemy, explaining that transformation does not come from forcing oneself to change, but from expanding awareness and allowing dense or contracted energy to be met, softened, and reorganized. The meditation invites listeners to sense a luminous violet presence in the heart, allowing emotions, memories, or contractions to be held in a field of transformation. Ancient Egypt, History Before History, and the Creator Within The episode closes with a recording from Kryon speaking at Abydos in Egypt about ancient history, the Osirion, and civilizations that may predate commonly accepted historical timelines. Kryon describes the structure as older than Egypt and connected to “history before history,” suggesting that future technologies may reveal forgotten civilizations and deeper human origins. The message emphasizes that many civilizations have recognized the Creator because the divine is intrinsic to human biology. Kryon links ancient Egyptian spirituality, reincarnation, old souls, and the compassion of the Creator to the new energy coming to Earth, saying that old souls who remember the wisdom of ancient Egypt are important for helping manifest a more compassionate future.
