t's finally here—Super Bowl LX—and somehow the coaching carousel still hasn't stopped spinning. We kick things off with the latest NFL shakeups, including Todd Monken landing in Cleveland, Mike LaFleur taking over in Arizona, the Raiders waiting patiently for Klint Kubiak, and the Vikings making a surprise move in the front office. Plus, the Saints head to Paris because… of course they do.Derek dives into the Kubiak legacy and what it's meant for the AFC West, while Caleb lays out why offense continues to be the fastest way to land (and keep) a head coaching job in today's NFL.Then it's time for the main event: a full-blown Super Bowl prop bet draft, courtesy of DraftKings. Coin tosses, touchdowns, punts, safeties, Gatorade colors—if it can be bet on, we probably argued about it. This is less “sharp analysis” and more “educated chaos,” which feels right for Super Bowl week.We wrap things up with X-factors on both sides of the ball—from Cooper Kupp and Kenneth Walker III to Devon Witherspoon, Hunter Henry, and the specialists who might quietly swing the game—and finish with our final score predictions for Seahawks vs. Patriots. One last preview before the confetti falls. After this, it's just football, commercials, and regret over the props we didn't take.Theme music by The Riley Brothers Band. Ryan dives deep into the 2026 Senior Bowl results and what they mean for the Packers' draft strategy. With the American team defeating the National team 17-9 in brutal weather conditions, the defensive prospects absolutely dominated, reinforcing the narrative that this year's draft class favors the defensive side of the ball. The episode kicks off with significant NFL coaching news, including the Eagles potentially losing Vic Fangio and notably considering Jonathan Gannon as a replacement, Raheem Morris landing with the 49ers, Mike LaFleur becoming the Cardinals head coach, and Sean Duggan departing Green Bay for Miami's defensive coordinator position. The bulk of the show breaks down Senior Bowl standouts position by position. Defensive MVP Zion Young out of Missouri emerged as a legitimate target at consensus pick 50, while small-school edge rusher Nadami Tucker looked virtually unblockable. Ryan explores the intriguing shift back toward speed rushing in Green Bay's philosophy following the Colin Oliver selection. On offense, running back Jaden Ott rehabilitated his stock after missing nearly all of 2025, and the interior offensive line group continues generating excitement with multiple mid-round options. Ryan also addresses the underrated need at wide receiver given Dobbs and Wicks' contract situations, highlighting 6'4" Notre Dame receiver Malachi Fields as the prototype Green Bay might covet. ️ Rams LAFB Show | Deep Dive: Rams vs. Cardinals (feat. Pierce DeLuna) On this episode of the Rams LAFB Show, we're doing something a little different — a full deep dive into the Rams' dominant win over the Arizona Cardinals. Ryan is joined by Pierce DeLuna of the 1st and Tuna Podcast for an extended breakdown of what really stood out beyond the lopsided final score. We dig into why this Rams team looks like the most complete group in the NFL when they're clicking, starting with Matthew Stafford's MVP-caliber play and how the offense has been unlocked by heavy usage of 13 personnel. The guys break down how Sean McVay and Mike LaFleur are scheming advantages, why the rushing attack exploded, and how spreading the ball around has made this offense so difficult to stop. Defensively, we examine what the Cardinals game — and recent matchups — reveal about the Rams' strengths and potential pressure points. From the impact of Quentin Lake's absence, to the communication challenges in the secondary, to which offensive styles can stress Chris Shula's defense, nothing is off limits. Pierce shares insight on why teams willing to commit to the run and quick passing game pose the biggest threat moving forward. The conversation also looks ahead, discussing which NFC contenders could give the Rams trouble in the playoffs, including Philadelphia, Seattle, and Green Bay, and what matchups matter most as the postseason approaches.
