MINI EPISODES are back — and this one pulls no punches. In the second instalment of this new short, sharp series, Ben Law — The Financial Bloke — tackles one of the biggest myths holding family businesses back: that being “nice” keeps the peace and holds things together. It doesn't. In fact, being liked might be the very thing that's keeping your family stuck. Ben shares a raw story from his early career that revealed the difference between being respected and being effective — and lays out four practical strategies to build real influence (even if your family avoids every hard conversation). You'll discover: Why “being nice” is often the weakest leadership strategy The difference between rapport and real influence How to earn the right to challenge your family — without blowing things up A powerful one-liner that can unlock even the most stuck conversations If you're in a farming family where everyone “gets along fine” — but nothing ever changes — this episode is for you.-----------------------Ben spent over 20 years working with successful business owners and farming families which allowed him to unearth the timeless principles on how to successfully grow, protect and maintain wealth. If you want to learn the principles of how to grow your family's wealth throughout the generations, then you might consider joining The AgriCoach Podcast each fortnight for more Wealth & Wisdom.Disclaimer: The information contained in this podcast is general in nature and for education purposes only. It's a new theme called Misdemeanor Mondays! Mini-episodes for when we are TIRED, HONEY, but still want to chat crime. Lauri shares the (possibly) misrepresented story of Shellyne Rodriguez, and Maria shares the true story of Chloe Stein. Mini-Episodes will help Bloody be able to do proper coverage for the rest of the weeks in a month, plus there are few things funnier in true crime than receiving a misdemeanor, as it CAN mean no one was actually hurt but someone definitely made a fool of themselves. Welcome to the first ever ‘Who Would Watch This' Mini episode, as Carl has decided to explore the world, we were faced with a grim reality…pause the podcast? Oh no, we could never, we are stuck in this hell of a hobby. But also pre recording 30 weeks of ‘content' was something we didn't want to do…so we decided every fortnight we would be doing a mini episode where we discuss the general plot, some fun facts, and have a cheeky chat about films we didn't want to talk about for an hour. We hope you all like this format, this week's first movie is the new Cheaper by the Dozen (disney +) and offt.... it's a movie!

This introductory episode kicks off a whole WEEK of short, mini episodes where we dive into each of the seven feminine archetypes pioneered by Carl Jung. We give a brief background of where these archetypes came from, what they are, and how you can use them as a tool for self awareness and personal growth. Don't identify as a female? That's okay, there's still some great information that transcends sex and gender roles. Tune in to learn more!Support the show
