Prospect Tournament Reviews So many tournaments, so many prospects that we can’t cover everyone, so we stick to the games we managed to watch and talk about the players that stood out. From the Traverse city Tournament one of our favorite prospects Alex DeBrincat (70%) was doing Alex DeBrincat things, like scoring the OT tournament game-winning goal. From the Penticton Tournament the players Paul and Peter focus on include NCAA free agent signees Spencer Foo (45% Fantrax Owned), and Joe Gambardella (6%). We also discuss some defensemen in Tucker Poolman (10%), Ethan Bear (33%), Ziyat Paigin (10%). Pre-season Preview The pre-season has begun and we watched the Vegas Golden Knights first real game and there were several impressions from that game. Who is Tyler Wong (14%)? We give you a good background on Wong who had a monster game scoring the Knights first hat-trick and added a beauty assist. Tomas Hyka (5%) also made a strong impression in the game and could be a potential sleeper pick. On the Canucks side, Brock Boeser (80%) showed he is NHL ready and worthy of all the hype and lip service we have given him, he was dominant. Peter also speaks about Jake Virtanen (47%) and how his profile needs a market adjustment and how you can take advantage of that in your fantasy league. Looking forward we discuss potential line combinations and opportunities some prospects will be getting, look for the following lines in training camp for Zach Aston-Reese (44%), Alex Kerfoot (26%), and Jake Debrusk (35%) Zach Aston Reese – Evgeni Malkin – Phil KesselAlex Kerfoot – Nathan MacKinnon- Mikko RantanenJake Debrusk – David Krejci – David Pastrnak Interview with Ryan Wagman from McKeen's Hockey Ryan Wagman from McKeen's Hockey joins us for his third appearance on the show and reviews his formula he and his scouting team at McKeen's apply to scoring and ranking prospects, and the extended coverage of prospects in their yearbook.
