Send us Fan MailPeaches is back with the Daily Drop for 1 June 2026, and this one hits Army modernization, swift water rescue training, Navy port calls, carrier deployments, Pacific Partnership, Marine “special operations capable” clarification, Air Force T-38s returning to flight, F-35 additive manufacturing, Space Force graduates, Coast Guard cave rescues, and Pete Hegseth doing PT with the troops. The big theme: the military is moving, but the battlefield is changing fast. Long-range fires and next-gen combat vehicles are great, but if the Army isn't taking counter-drone warfare seriously, we're going to have a bad time. Also covered: SAIL 250 in New Orleans, USS Nimitz hosting Caribbean leaders, Southcom counter-narcotics strikes, AUKUS Pillar 2 projects, and CENTCOM maintaining posture after the 2026 Iran conflict.Drop a comment if you have thoughts on “special operations capable” Marines. Send us Fan MailAaron and Peaches are back in the team room for a public episode, and this one goes exactly where you think it's going: military fitness standards, Pete Hegseth, the UFC, fat troops, fake plate outrage, human performance, AI, bad tactical training, Marines getting yelled at in public, and yes… somehow the Vandenberg UFO incident. They get into why physical standards still matter, why people are suddenly pretending government officials need to be elite athletes, how human performance is finally becoming a serious military priority, and why some “tactical” training videos on the internet are basically just paid auditions for disaster. They also hit AI tools, admin dominance, general officer career paths, Space Force weirdness, and a woman trying to debate Marines during Fleet Week.Drop a comment with your take: are standards coming back, or are we still pretending being out of shape is fine?Like the video, subscribe to Ones Ready, and hit the notification bell so you don't miss the next one.Join the members-only side on YouTube, Spotify, or Apple for early access, extra episodes, and fewer rules.Merch restock is coming soon at onesready.com. In this New Year's first podcast episode, I'll break down “THE FOUR PATTERNS THAT PREVENTED MOMS FROM TURNING AUTISM SYMPTOMS AROUND IN 2025.” I'm pretty sure numbers 1 and 4 will surprise you (a lot). We're talking about….The mindset traps. The strategy gaps. The spiritual blockers……..that I see happen over and over again. Based on 70+ audits - working with intelligent, driven, and faith-based (or curious) moms like you.You need to know this to set up a strategy that actually works this season, not just temporary, fragile results. You know a lot about nutrition and diet. You have a spiritual or faith-based approach to healing.But. You have changed. You're no longer the same as when you first suspected that your child was different. You have outgrown the strategies, most of the moms, and the practitioners you used to rely on. Your family, siblings in the shadow, husbands - are no longer able to hold the pressure, and it's threatening to steal the childhood and the life quality for all family members. Something HAS to change. NOW.You're probably sensing a big shift where the ambition has changed. We no longer “just want to remove symptoms”; we want future independence, life skills, and emotional intelligence.Adding more tools or therapies, thinking that the more you do, the less symptoms you will see - has the opposite effect (long term).Let's change that…But there are massive root causes preventing this turnaround. You cannot "head on a stick" your way out of this. You can't abandon yourself and save your child at the same time. Why should you listen?

Thanks for joining me. I'm pretty sure that you are not driving anyone up the wall but you likely have at least one coworker who has you pulling out your hair. I have a few suggestions but no good solutions to getting other people to behave more to your liking. With that disclaimer, let's first take a look at a work area where people are definitely driving each other nuts. Following that, I have a set of actions and behaviors that I think we can all agree are deal brakers if our goal is workplace harmony. None of us wants to be guilty of these interpersonal blunders. Finally, I do have some suggestions for managing those coworkers who are far less fun to be around than us. Chaos at Work Jared was the first to arrive at the office. Every day, he would come in early and get right to work. He had a lot of enthusiasm, and he was eager to make his mark on the company. However, many of his coworkers had taken a disliking to him. They called Jared a jerk, claiming that he was too competitive and wouldn't settle for less than the best. He could also be quite cocky and was always trying to prove his intellect. Roaming around the office, Jared would look down on those who weren't working as hard as him, and the mere sound of his voice would make most of his coworkers recoil. Little did Jared know, his attitude was actually having an adverse effect on the team. He was extremely loud and it made it difficult for everyone else to focus. He definitely had his strengths, but his attitude was making it hard for others to appreciate them. This created tension among the team, and it was becoming a problem. Caroline was the polar opposite of Jared. While everyone else was hustling, she was loitering around. Management had no idea what she was even doing, because she had no intention of getting anything done. She was your typical ‘coast when you can' type of worker. Everyone on the team talked behind her back, but to her face, they were civil. Emma was the team's gossip queen. She had her finger on the pulse of the business, and she knew everything that was going on. She was always trying to stir up drama, gossiping about her coworkers behind their backs and in the office. The whole team felt uncomfortable around her and openly wished she would find something better to do with her time. Clyde was the newest addition to the team. He was fiercely opinionated, and his coworkers found him intimidating. Nobody wanted to admit it, but they were actually scared of him. He had a way of bulldozing through conversations, and he regularly spoke over the top of anyone who dared to disagree with him. Dave was the team's resident worrier. He was constantly worrying about his performance and how he looked to others. He was always late getting things done and was always making excuses for his tardiness. His indecisiveness meant that he frequently had to ask his teammates for help, and this made everyone on the team resent him a little bit. Victoria was the team's party girl. While everyone else was hard at work, she would be chatting with friends, checking her phone, or even playing online games. She hadn't been that productive since she joined the team, and everyone was starting to feel that she was taking advantage of her colleagues. Finally, there was Jason. He was always rude and inconsiderate to his teammates, and he regularly disregarded their feelings and opinions. Whenever his coworkers needed a little help, he was nowhere to be found. He had no intention of helping them, and the rest of the team felt betrayed by him. As time went on, the issues between the team members began to worsen. They increasingly felt disconnected from each other, and all of their differences were coming to the forefront. The work environment was getting more and more hostile, and it was obvious that something had to give. Something Has to Give The tension in the office had reached its breaking point.

When I look for subjects to talk about in my podcasts, I search for topics that are in the news, current fads, seasonal changes and other issues that have an effect on the healthy lifestyle that my listeners are trying to achieve. When the same issues keep coming up with different people, I know that I have found a good topic to talk about or to pull in interviews with other professionals. I find that when I bring these topics to light everyone can relate to the subject and benefit from helpful information. This week I have a client who has had a major shift in her life and is suffering with falling back to a difficult stage she thought she had left in the past. She is not handling it well and is, in fact, a “hot mess”, although she will tell you she is FINE. In reality, FINE stands for Freaked out, Insecure, Neurotic and Emotional about her situation. This podcast is about what to do if you find you have slid back to a time when you didn’t have control of your life. But there is a twist to this story. The client who needs help is me! I realized that the best way to handle my situation was to step back and look at it from a different point of view. Looking at it from outside the emotional center of the problem I can objectively and calmly advise myself about how to handle this setback. As the proud new owner of a two-month old, one-pound puppy, my life has been completely upended. I am back to the newborn stage of no sleep, concern over the welfare of a tiny being that I am responsible for, and messy potty-training issues. This is compounded by the everyday needs of an active family and business. Just like when I had newborn babies, my sleep is much too little and broken up and I feel emotionally unstable. All I can think of is, “How am I back here? I thought I had put this kind of crazy tiredness behind me”.Although I can use my wise mind and know that this will be much more short-lived than a new baby, it’s hard to see out of this stress and out of the hard moment when I am living in it.So, this is my advice to my client-self:1. Ask for help.2. Put on your own oxygen mask first! You can’t help others if you haven’t taken care of yourself.3. Take sleep where you can find it.4. Take it one day at a time.Apply this example to what fits you. If you were to step outside of your body, your life… what would your advice to yourself be?Today’s episode is also a prime example of the fact that we can’t do everything; “Something Has to Give”. I go into detail about this in chapter 10 of my book, Direction Not Perfection. If you are feeling overwhelmed, check out the book or listen to my Podcast 19, published May 17, 2019, where I discuss the chapter “Something Has to Give”. Remember to put on your own oxygen mask first, and let others know they are allowed to remind you of that.Resources:www.facebook.com/houselifestyleswww.healthaccountabilitycoach.com

Fine Music Radio — It’s EARTH DAY on Sunday. I’m never too sure about these ‘day’ things, but it does provide a hook to hang many feelings, ideas, wishes and enthusiasms on, and it is generally seen as a Good Thing. You may recall – probably not – but you may recall we had Earth Hour a little over a month ago, it was a Saturday night, always is Saturday, and the idea there is to switch off the lights for an hour, pull out the electric plugs, just take a deep breath and enjoy the quiet and the dark. Sometimes if the local council can be persuaded to turn off the street lights in the city, you can even see the stars a little brighter maybe; even the Milky Way. That makes amateur astronomers happy, and there’s an International Dark Sky Association that applauds that, as they are intent on working against the inexorable advance of artificial light which as they say is taking the mystery and wonder of the night from us suburban dwellers. I didn’t notice much of a difference during Earth hour, but as with birthday presents, it’s the thought that counts. So too with Earth Day. There will be a lot of focus on the environment, where we’re at and where we’re going, by many prominent VIPS, educators, politicians, entertainers, right down to the important audience, the youngsters. The theme this year is plastic and how to reduce its impact, particularly in the waterways and oceans. Not surprising that, we’re hearing more and more about it, and we all have a feeling, Something Has to Be Done.
