Regarding her business model, Toni is a stickler for a process and she has a spreadsheet for everything. She lives by the principle that If you do it properly to begin with, you won't have to go back. Save 20% of all your income because when you make a decision to be self employed, you're making a decision to be in control. It's important to understand your business and your money.
