A Kinahan mob prison party to celebrate the birthday of a dangerous criminal is held behind bars in an Irish jail. An inmate uses his smart phone to upload a video where suspected hitman Trevor Byrne jokes with a Limerick criminal about high powered weapons and Later he poses with pals giving the thumbs up to the camera and in his cell where he shows off his muscle. But are the jailhouse antics serious cause for concern or are they simply a face saving exercise for embattled lags. Today I'm talking to journalist Eamon Dillon about contraband, convicts and the pressure on the Irish Prison Service.
We have our pal Trevor Byrne of The Bucket Seat podcast on the show this week. We talk about how the world has changed from an automotive point of view, and a couple of new projects Trevor has on the go. Tune in!

I've watched a ton of their content, and feel like I haven't even scratched the surface. They have hundreds of videos, millions of subscribers, and nearly hundreds of millions of video views. And, their content is quality. They're really funny, they've got great chemistry, and most importantly, they really know their shit. Check out @thethrottlehouse just about everywhere on the interwebs for their content!
On this episode, I have Benjamin Hunting as my guest.Benjamin is an automotive journalist, and an very impressive one at that. From the pages of Super Street to some of the most detailed pieces of work you'll read in hagerty classic car, accomplished is an understatement. In conjunction with all of his writing, he is also the co-host of his own weekly podcast with Sami Hag Assad, called The Unnamed Automotive podcast…..and if you have't listened to it, you should.
In this episode I speak with well known Canadian Drifter, fellow ginger, and extremely nice guy, Riley Sexsmith. He and I discuss how his deep love for automotive began, life as a pro drifter in Canada, how the pro vs grassroots drift scene shapes up, and what he has in store for 2020.
In this episode I speak to someone I have come to think of as a modern magician…. Sasha Anis is the mastermind behind both mountain pass performance, and on point dyno. I spoke to him nearly two years ago right when he launched MountainPass, an EV oriented performance company with a deep rooted history in motorsport. You'll hear stories of Sasha's exploits in racing with his lightning fast Model 3, his groundbreaking build of a hybrid race car and its mission to set Mosport lap records, and how he sees the electrified future of automotive shaping up.
I'm bringing you an episode I recorded back in late summer of 2019, with a group of amazing individuals from a company named LBI Limited. These guys are really the shining example of what most of us car nuts have always wanted to do, but never did..... and Adolfo and Keith from LBI are the ones that for over a decade, have been hunting down and selling some of the most incredible vehicles in north america. I was lucky enough to have sat down at their stunning facility in Pontiac Michigan to have this chat, and as you'll hear, it was during a party they were throwing for none other than, Radwood Detroit. The place was buzzing with car nerdery and particularity of the 80's and 90's vintage era.... it was epic in many ways.
It's episode 63, and long time friend Laurance Yap is back on the show. He's here this time to share a glimpse into the fascinating world of current day IMSA racing. If you don't know what IMSa stands for, listen in to the first moments of the show and you'll have your answer. I''m really lucky to have someone like Laurance continue to share some of his experiences with us all. The education continues in this episode.
In this episode I speak with Brendan Fallis. You can find him everywhere on Instagram and Youtube, but if you're lucky enough, you'll find him where he's most at home, behind a mixer and turntables. He's a man of many passions, and has made his way into the automotive world in NY over the last few years. His design taste is resoundingly apparent in all facets of his business, ranging from fashion and spirits, to architecture and automotive - a fascinating man in so many respects.
In this episode I speak with the one and only, Christopher Pagani. If you don't already recognize his name, this show should give a pretty well rounded understanding of what his business is, what they do, and just how special the things they make, are.
I am very excited to share with you the story of Peter Klutt. Peter is the founder of Legendary Motorcar, and I've wanted to speak to him since the day I first started this show. In fact, I wanted to have a good excuse to speak with him LONG before The Bucket Seat existed. So, I hope that you're settled in, and are ready to be taken for a journey down the path of LMC, with the legend himself, Peter Klutt.
Keiron is an automotive photographer who ended up on my radar solely through his work. I'd certainly admired it through multiple media outlets, but really zeroed in on him through his work for speedhunters. Finding him online is easy, seriously, just google Keiron Berndt - and you'll be overwhelmed by the combination of volume and quality that he has produced over the years. He has an photographic style that you can't deny, and a eye for those moments where we all wish we had camera in hand. It's behind the scenes, but from the front lines..... for as much sense as that makes.
Gary has an incredibly interesting background in the automotive industry, and has been around some of the most interesting cars that have been built, found, and restored in this country - so it's no wonder he ended up behind the wheel of an incredibly fast one, as a professional race driver in the NASCARnext series.
In this episode my guest is Olivia Scaffidi, a super talented automotive photographer, writer, and complete gear head. She takes us through the things that inspire her in the automotive world, the impressive body of work she's developed relatively quickly since beginning her time as a photographer, and how she's been able to work here way into the tightly knit muscle car community to shoot & document some seriously cool cars across north america.
In this episode of The Bucket Seat Podcast, I have the one and only Laurance Yap back on the show, for a whopping 4th visit - and this time he is back to let us know what it is like to experience the Goodwood Festival of speed, firsthand.PS. my reference to hosting a Bucket Seat K1 Karting date has been postponed due to a nearly identical Trillium BMW club event - which I am participating in. Stay tuned for a future Bucket Seat karting hang!
I had the pleasure of speaking with Adi Desai. the editor in chief of DoubleClutch.ca. Adi has a ridiculous collection of cars, he co-hosts his own automotive podcast, and is generally a source for endless automotive conversation, in a good way. What I loved about our conversation is how Adi has a finger on the pulse of new cars in North America - but he's also quick to give you a history lesson on old benzs, hondas and lexusesssssssesssesssss....... Enjoy!
Enjoy the breakdown of the Paris Motor Show with Jodi Lai, Editor-in-cheif at Autoguide.com. It's a great conversation about the show, what you'd expect to see there, and who you wouldn't see there. We also nerd out on our love for wagons, and I drool over the fact that she rolled up to the recording in a HELLCAT!
Happy New Year! I'm in a remote location, and forgot my hard drive full of my guest interviews, so the first of this year is going to be a return to the $15,000 Used Car Challenge. Back to your regularily scheduled programming next tuesday! Enjoy.
Ryan is an incredibly interesting (and Canadian) individual who I came across in another automotive podcast, (go figure), called Maximum Driftcast - a show that you can very easily find yourself being lead down the rabbit hole of drifting. So Ryan came up as a person of interest to me through a lot of conversation about his involvement with the FIA and how its role plays out in the motorsport of drifting.... his clout in this role comes from years upon years of judging drifting across the globe, piloting his own drift car once-upon-a-time, and generally being a celebrity figure in the drift scene due to his tremendous knowledge and experience. If you've ever wanted a peak behind the curtain of drifting, from one of the most qualified to reveal it, this is certainly going to be an episode for you.
Having the opportunity to sit down with the founders of Radwood was humbling, gratifying, and inspiring all at the same time. These guys have put so much on the line to make Radwood such a phenomenon, and although I tried not to pour my heart out about it, the commitment they've made to stoking the fires of automotive enthusiasm should continue to be celebrated - just as they've done, with Radwood. Radwood Guests: Lane Skelton - DWA!, Art Cervantes - DWA!, Warren Madsen - DWA!, Rick Deacon - ClutchKick, Mikey Kepler - ClutchKick, Bradley Brownell - Writer Extraordinaire
This week we’re honoured to have Trevor Byrne in the studio. Trevor is the mastermind behind the Bucket Seat podcast and is a connoisseur of all things automotive. He’s also a closet Subaru fanboy but has a long history with older tuned Hondas. In the garage this week is some great machinery including the Toyota Corolla Hatchback, the new Lexus LS 500 F-Sport, the BMW M5 Competition, and the Range Rover Td6 diesel. We also say farewell to one of our colleagues, a regular podcast teammate.
I give a pretty clear description once the episode begins, so I'll leave it to you to stay tuned for episode 49, on Oblivion: The 80's and 90's Car and Culture show, being held on August 25th in Milton, Ontario. You'll recognize Justin Sookraj's voice from a previous episode back in September 2017 - but we have a completely different topic this time around....... we're going back.
I'm here with another episode, and in this one, I'm live on location at Drift Jam with Jover, and Devo. Drift Jam is without questions, one of the best events I've attended. Motorsport, or not. If you love drift, haven't ever experienced drift, or run events every week, you can't miss what these guys are putting on - its epic.
In this episode I chat with Kyle Patrick, Editor in Chief of GTPlanet. As the name probably leads you to believe, GT being Gran Turismo originally, this episode is about the online world of cars, racing, and the tremendous amount of enthusiasm that is had for them around the world. We touch on trends in the gaming world, how the online world is integrating some pretty incredible technology to give drivers in simulators, some of the same feedback we experience in the real world. Force feedback wheels are one thing, but beginning to feel understeer in a wheel set up is pretty damn cool if you ask me. We finish with what Kyle and GTPlanet have evolved into, which keeps its roots in Gran Turismo and the gaming world, but is now impressively crossing over into how cars are behaving in the real world too.
This past weekend I was on location for the second time, at Fitted Toronto's 9th annual event. Serious kudos to David Soo and Arthur for the near decade of running such a successful event. While at Fitted my first two guests are Senior Editor Micky Slinger, and Associate Editor Adam Gordon from Performance Auto & Sound Magazine (PASMAG). These guys undoubtedly have an endless supply of cool car stories, and that was apparent after the first few minutes of talking to them. So I tried to dig into some top level topics about the magazine, and then as I always do, get to know what it was that got them into cars in the first place. A quick apology for the wind noise and fluctuating volume levels of this episode. I was working with a brand new rig, made a rookie mistake and didnt have proper wind covers for my lav mics...... as a result I ended up fighting to regulate the levels the whole time.
An indulgent episode. I'm back] with a very good friend of the show, Laurance Yap, and we're all set to talk about Laurance's experience at the somewhat newfound pilgrimage to california for an air-cooled love fest many of you know as Luftgekühlt.
I have a returning guest, Mr.David Soo, to discuss the topic of car shows. In particular we discuss a show that David's been curating for nearly a decade. The show, and the brad are called Fitted, and through the many years it has been running, David has learned a ton. And, just that Ton is what I wanted to talk to him about on this episode. So, stick around as we start at the beginning, and then dig into David's views of past, present, and future auto shows and events through the lense of his youthful yet veteran eyes. Enjoy!
Jodi is the Editor-in-chief for AutoGuide. NO big deal. From coming home from the hospital in a 911SC, to a first article about a Honda Fit, to wheeling a Panamara Sport Turismo next week..... shes never stopped surrounding herself with cool cars, and I think we should all be thankful for that. So, enjoy getting to know Jodi, how she got into cars, Journalism, automotive journalism, and the journey that got her there.
In my conversation with guest Faisal Huda, we focus heavily on one specific vehicle of his..... known simply as The Toronto Commission. It's a seemingly innocuous name, but to those who understand the magnitude of this simple naming convention, know that it wreaks of the names Porsche, Singer, and it's founder of legendary status, Rob Dickinson. In this episode we discuss having a 911 reimagined by Singer Vehicle Design. It is glorious. Thanks for listening, and be sure to rate, review, and subscribe!
I know we're still quite far off from realizing just that, but still, right now may end up being the ideal time to locate and buy a fun car for the approaching spring weather. Someone may have been hanging on to their machine for the winter, and become fed up with the slow season... or, someone may be proactively listing their carving machine now that the first signs of spring are starting to show their face. In either case, now may be a great time to find a deal on fun car, and this episode is intended to find whats out there today! So, stay tuned for episode 41 of the bucket seat podcast, where I embark upon another $15 thoussand dollar used car challenge. In this particular challenge, I'll be focusing on vehicles that I think would be great for a spring drive, and a summer project. And I'll give fair warning, I'm not going to say no to my beloved Subaru's just because of their all-wheel-drive..... we all know, that all-wheel drive is just as effective in the spring and summer, as it is in the winter and fall.
Its episode 40 , and on the show I have a chance to chat with Dave Thomas from Stance is Everything. From random celebrations of DEHC kits for fox bodies being Canadian, to the truth about MazdaSpeed 3 torque steer, the definition of stance, what Stance is Everything..... IS and ISNT...... and great discussion about automotive photography. Dave is a wealth of automotive knowledge, Dave is also the epitome of calm and collected, and his commitment to celebrating what automotive enthusiasm represents through his own very unique perspective, is what this love for cars is all about. I hope that some of Daves passion and love for cars rubs off on all of you listening, as I think we'll all be better for it.
in this episode I Have Sasha Anis on the show. Sasha has had such a cool history in automotive. In motorsports, in the analytics and tuning of races cars and road cars, and now, it's no exaggeration to say he's breaking ground in the electric sports car world. Sasha and I start where we always do, with the beginning. Where it all started and what it was that got Sasha into the automotive world....from there we dig into Sasha's mainstay business, OnPoint Dyno. That's his mobile dyno tuning business which has thrived since he started it, but then we get into one of his project cars. It's named Blue Lightning, and has been named as a bit of a throw back to his imaginative childhood. This piece of engineering wizardry is based on a Lotus Evora, and completely powered by a Tesla electric motor. You'll want to stick around for the tail end of the episode for some news Sasha shares about an exciting new business venture he's launching in 2018, named Mountain Pass Performance...... I have a feeling we'll be seeing a lot of it in this, and the coming years.
In this episode I embark upon another $15k Used Car Challenge. I take 15 minutes to find 15 cars for $15k or less. To remind everyone, the reason I'm doing this is because I'm always told that fun cars are SO expensive. Guess what, $15k isn't a drop in the bucket, but it also isn't an absolute fortune - and there are many cars to be had for this budget! Enjoy!
I had Jover Poppa-G and Devo Dunbar on the show to talk about what they've been up to with Vice, Scraped Crusaders, and a wicked new event they're working on for 2018, called Drift Jam. As we have been doing, we start with where Devo got his spark for cars, we did the same with Jover back in episode 16 so check that out to hear the same for him. In a bit of a new twist, this time we end with where Jover and devo think the whole future of the industry is going - they've got a finger on the pulse, so stick around for their predictions. I really loved shooting the shit with these guys, so I hope you enjoy the show.
I had a chance to sit down with Lane Skelton of Driving While Awesome, the day before the most epic of car shows I've ever been to, and it goes by the name of Radwood. This was only the second, of what I expect to be many. The cars were staggeringly cool. Some wildly rare in their vintage, and others simply badass mementos to a generation some of us hold near and dear to our hearts. In this episode you'll get a chance to understand Lanes perspective on how he, and the DWA crew have approached Radwood, Cars & Coffee, the Costal Range Rally, and of course their very own very awesome, twice weekly podcast. Lane and I were sitting down at Cerveteca, a patio bar in Venice Beach, so you'll get a distinct ambiance that I think was fitting for this one. I was also rolling off a wicked cold, and into a night of brutal flu - so bare with me!
Mark was on the show for episode 19, which ended up being two parts. Throughout that episode we learned about how Mark got into cars, and how Targa Truck evolved into the beast that it is. In this episode, we get a glimpse into 3 major events that Mark had visited and documented just recently; The Optima Ultimate Street Car Challenge, Pikes Peak, and Sema. To end it off we hear a bit more about that crazy machine of his, Targa Truck.
In this episode I embark upon another $15k Used Car Challenge. I take 15 minutes to find 15 cars for $15k or less. To remind everyone, the reason I'm doing this is because I'm always told that fun cars are SO expensive. In this chat with Laurance we start out with the move he recently made at Pfaff automotive, to become Creative Director. Some of the inspiring things Pfaff is doing these days thats influencing the companies direction, are now under Laurance's careful control. We move on to discuss the great vehicles he's recently been in.... the likes of a McLaren 720s, and the Pfaff Commissioned 911 by Singer. And then we move completely in a different direction, and talk about the $10k race car challenge they've put on for the various Pfaff Auto dealerships across Ontario.Lastly we talk about Radwood2, LA, Singer, Icon, Magnus Walker - and Laurances connection to all those great folks!
This is episode 32 of The Bucket Seat podcast, and I have my first discussion with automotive journalist Its Sami Haj-Assaad!Previously the Features Editor at AutoGuide, but on the eve of this recording, Sami is officially the Road Test Editor for Autoguide. On top of that gig, he's also the co-host of his own podcast, The Unnamed Automotive Podcast. Highly recomended! In this episode Sami gives us a glimpse inside the life of an automotive journalist. We get into how he started into journalims, who he looks up to, and then some really valuable tips on how he digs for and shares stories. If there are any ambitious listeners out there that want to become a journalist, this is certainly an episode to listen to, start to finish.Enjoy!
I've started a quick fire impression format, and this is the first of what I hope are many, Jaguar F-Pace R-Sport......I wasn't in love at first, but listen in to find out how the romance evolved.
In this episode I had the opportunity to speak with Justin Sookraj of Wells Auto. Justin is a fascinating guy, with a very clear passion, for unique things in the automotive world. Tune in to learn about his exploits in the world of the Delorean DMC-12, and a few great Hondas and Acuras he has. Wells Auto knows what they're up to!Find Justin: www.wellsauto.caIG: @wellsauto.ca
I'm lucky enough to have the one and only Laurance Yap back onto the show for the second time. I was nervous enough the first time I had him on the show that I forgot to start where I start with everyone: The spark that got them into cars.
In this episode I have Friend of the show, Phil Oliveira, back on for a chat about what they're up to these days at drivermod, This includes some of the reviews they've done (including the highly acclaimed Golf R), the basics of how to get into LeMons or Chumpcar in Canada, and a full update on Phils EcoTec Miata. We end the episode off on the topic of Safety and driving aids, and how they are beginning to effect high performance driving days in the BMW community. I'ts certainly something we'll see more and more of as cars are adorned with the nannies we've come to hate, and love.
In this episode we bring back the fifteen thousand dollar used car Challenge. However, in this one, we solely focus on convertibles. Most of you know that drop tops aren't my fave, but after many years of searching, I have to admit that you can find some pretty good value in them if you look closely.
Back with Part 2 of the chat with Pat Cyr. We go deep on CyriousGarageworks and Pat's latest collaboration with Toyota Canada. Enjoy & sorry for the delay on this one.
In this episode I get the chance to speak to Pat Cyr; owner of Cyrious Garageworks, builder of badass machines, and super talented drift pilot.Super educational drift ep!
I'm back with Part 2 of the Laurance Yap episode, and am excited to to say that we focus in on Laurance's time as an automotive journalist. It's no secret that I'm a big fan of Laurance's, so getting to this part of the episode was really gratifying. Enjoy learning from one of the pros! (Laurance....certainly not me)
The Laurance Yap episode. It ranges from stories of the Carerra GT press launch with Walter Rohl, Hurley Haywood, Rick Bye, and Tony Morris Sr., to Laurance's role in Urban Outlaw and how it inspired him to get into his own 911. We even get to the TranSyberian Rally; an epic journey. Enjoy!
Episode 22 features good friend Lief Sorensen, and I've split it into 2 parts for you. We start by talking about a brand that I normally don't talk a lot about, but with some exciting product on the way, Lief and I chat about the new Kia Stinger that took the autoshow circut by storm this year. Once we've covered off the Stinger, we get into autonomy, and what it takes to be a great dealer. In part 2 we go head to head in a $15,000 Used Car Challenge... so stay tuned, and subscribe for updates!
In Episode 21 of the Bucket Seat podcast, and I speak to Chris Richardson, founder and owner of Touge Tuning here in Toronto. Chris's shop does a ton of work building fast Subarus, are experts in forced induction, and they know what it takes to build road going track cars of varying degrees.
In this episode I have a fascinating conversation with insurance expert Jeff Charles about the current, and future states of autonomous driving. In particular, we talk about it through the lense of the insurance industry, and Jeff's unique, decade plus experience in thinking about the future state of an industry. A total change of pace from previous episodes. I hope you enjoy the conversation as much as I did.
Now that we've heard about Targa Truck's path to Newfoundland, we resume the episode with Marks in depth look at where Targa Truck is going, and what that build is shaping up to become. It's crazy, legitimately, and the lengths that Mark is going to with this vehicle are absolutely astounding.
Targa Truck, Part 1 with my guest Mark Bovey. In keeping with my favourite line of questions, we start off the episode with the things that got mark into cars (and trucks in this case). Land Yachts, and restorations at the mere age of 16 - its pretty damn impressive. We then move through to the genesis of Targa Truck, all the the set up, and race at itself at Targa Newfoundland. There are few who can say they've raced the Targa Newfoundland, fewer that can say they were competitive there, let alone end up in the position Mark & Miles finished.
In part 2 of 2 I continue speaking with Tamir Moscovici. In this episode we really focus in on the making of Tamir's films, and spend a considerable amount of time on Urban Outlaw. We also chat about another one of his great feature length films after Urban Outlaw, Kaz. This is certainly one of the highlights of my short time building The Bucket Seat, it was truly an honour and a privlage to having Tamir on the show. Enjoy!
In part 1 of 2 I speak with Tamir Moscovic. Many of you will know him as the man responsible for Urban Outlaw, Kaz, Ayrton's Wish, Painting Coconuts, and many other great pieces of auto and non auto film.In this episode we delve into the moments that inspired Tamir's interest in cars, then move into some of his past and present personal vehicles. A 1974 911 RS which was heavily inspired by the '87 RUF CTR Yellowbird, and a 914 that Magnus Walker set him up with. Warning: these are drool inducing moments. The Porsche Passion runs deep with Tamir, and I love it. Part 2 will focus primarily on the making of Urban Outlaw, and Kaz. We also get a peak into Magnus Walker's life, and his friendship with Tamir. Stay tuned !
Kicking 2017 off with another $15k used car challenge! This time I start off with a bunch of vehicles that would be fitting for our current Canadian climate - for once, a manual transmission wasn't mandatory, but AWD was. The BRZ's are coming, the BRZ's are coming! That's right, I'm finally starting to see the BRZ and FRS creep into this sub-$15k category - and everyone should be excited about that.
Getting to know a few of the Toronto car scene's finest in this episode; David, the Head Honcho at Fitted (the auto lifestyle brand in Canada, and host to thousands of car fans yearly at his events), and Jover the Drift Aficionado (an official AE86 OG).We chat about what it means to be enthusiastic about cars, and what rewards you can reap when you put in your time. I'm just getting started with The Bucket Seat, but was honoured to have these guys in for the first of many chats. Apologies for the shite audio quality on Jover - but it does have him sounding fittingly elusive.
The $15k Used Car Challenge is back, and this time i find everything from the master of torque steer (MS3), to a Fox body, and an Audi S6 Avant... with a billion Km's on it. Cars don't have to be boring... if you're willing to put in some time. Enjoy
The Art of ... Awesome. In this episode of The Bucket Seat, Josh and Trevor recount their trip to the Art of Performance driving experience. They got a bit of seat time in the F-Type R, F-Pace, and XE, which seriously opened their eyes to where Jaguar is going. And, they locked themselves in the back of a Range Rover Autobiography. (For those paying any attention you'll notice that I'm superstitious, so I've skipped ep 13 altogether)
Miles Markovic pays The Bucket Seat a visit to talk about building, rebuilding, and racing track cars - specifically his Super 7. Then, they discuss what it takes to become a driving instructor, and what programs to consider. Plus, a few stories about blown turbos in a BMW.
This is the beginning of my quest to find the Ultimate Family Machine. I'll be reviewing, and giving my opinion on as many family friendly vehicles as I can. In the first of what will be many reviews, I take a specific look at vehicles that fit my current stage in life: Family with two kids in car eats. I firmly believe you don't have to give up on the enjoyment of your vehicle because you have a family. So with that in mind, my first reviews are of vehicles I have access to: Chrysler Aspen Hybrid, '12 WRX Hatch, and a '15 Subaru Crosstrek.
Finding an interesting car while on a budget can seem like an uphill battle, but it doesn't have to be. This is another instalment of the $15,000 used car challenge. A solo episode, where Trevor actually gets through 15 cars, for under $15k, in under 15 minutes. Bonus: He nerds out on 944's at the bottom of their depreciation curve in Canada.

Homegrown (Canadian) automotive journalist Phillip Oliveria explains what his new site drivermod.ca is all about. And, takes us through what crazy Canadian builds he has featured, and what the plans are for the future of the site. Outside of drivermod Phillip shares his plans for his MX-5 build (spoiler alert: motor swap), his opinions on the Mazda RF, and the Fiat 124. Check out all of the content we discuss in this episode on www.drivermod.ca
Finding an interesting car while on a budget can be seem like an uphill battle, but it doesn't have to be. This solo episode is a random smattering of what's available for $15k or less, today, on the Canadian market. Note: Despite the episode intro, I edited out the majority of the vehicles - sorry, all 15 aren't in there. If I can get quicker at it, I'll eventually do 15 in 15
Josh and Trevor recount a recent visit to listen to Giorgetto Giugiaro speak to his history in automotive design, the role key Canadian designers have had in the automotive industry, and a Fiat Zagato Abarth.
Short & solo episode from my hotel room in Tokyo, while on a trip to visit the home of Subaru.
Lief Sorensen visits The Bucket Seat podcast to share his journey from washing cars at a dealership, to owning and operating one in Canada's biggest city.
In this episode Josh and Trevor get a bit more comfortable with their mic set up, discuss a new wagon from Kia, the Volvo XC90, and begin a potentially regular segment finding $15k used cars in 15 minutes.
Trevor, and Josh discuss the search for, evaluation of, purchase, and delivery of a car from the U-S-Of-A into Canada. They discuss the common myths of problematic border crossings, complicated paperwork, and "Canadianizing" a vehicle that once resided in the US - and it just so happens to be an E30 Touring that was imported from Germany.
