Những ký ức, địa danh, dấu vết chiến trường được các nhân chứng lưu giữ trở thành manh mối quý, góp phần đưa các liệt sĩ trở về.Năm 1968, khi mới khoảng 9 tuổi, ông Đỗ Quang Trung, trú tại Tổ 1 Hòa Tây, phường Bắc Nha Trang, từng chứng kiến nhiều chuyến xe chở thi thể những người đã hy sinh đến khu vực gần Chùa Hoa Quang, dưới núi Cô Tiên. Hơn nửa thế kỷ trôi qua, ký ức ấy vẫn được ông lưu giữ và chủ động cung cấp cho cơ quan chức năng tỉnh Khánh Hòa:“Tôi coi cả một buổi, rất lâu. Có rất nhiều chuyến xe ra vào chứ không phải chỉ một chuyến. Xe của lính chở người chết đến chôn dưới chân núi Cô Tiên và Hòn Núi Nhỏ. Xe lùi xuống một cái hầm dài. Ở đó có một máy ủi màu vàng, sau đó dùng máy ủi lấp lại. Hướng tôi nhớ tương đối chính xác là khu vực lùm chuối đó, chạy lên và xung quanh khu vực ấy thôi, từ trên núi Cô Tiên xuống sườn giữa”.Từ ký ức của ông Trung và nhiều nhân chứng khác, lực lượng chức năng có thêm cơ sở để rà soát, xác minh. Đáng quý là nhiều người dân không chờ đến khi được hỏi mà chủ động nhớ lại, cung cấp thông tin, thậm chí trực tiếp dẫn đường cho lực lượng tìm kiếm đến những khu vực hiểm trở.Tại xã Suối Dầu, ông Nguyễn Văn Dũng cùng gia đình đã báo tin cho cơ quan quân sự về khu vực núi Hòn Nhọn, nơi được cho là có những người con của đất nước nằm lại. Thị trường xe hơi và nay là xe điện (electric car-EV) của Anh có truyền thống bị quốc tế hóa từ lâu, với các tập đoàn Nhật, Hàn, Pháp, Đức và Trung Quốc. Nhưng gần đây, sự xuất hiện của xe Trung Quốc và xe nhãn hiệu châu Âu nhưng do công ty Trung Quốc đầu tư sản xuất trở thành hiện tượng nổi bật. Các dòng xe Trung Quốc vào Anh tăng nhanh tới mức nào và tại sao người Anh ưa chuộng xe Trung Quốc? Theo các tạp chí chuyên ngành, từ năm 2024 đến hết 2025, xe hơi mới do Trung Quốc sản xuất đăng ký sử dụng ở Anh đã tăng gần gấp đôi, từ 100 nghìn xe lên gần 200 nghìn, chiếm khoảng 10% xe hơi đăng ký mới ở Anh (2 triệu xe). Điều đáng nói là số bán rất ngoạn mục thể hiện ba điều đặc biệt. Một là các nhãn hiệu xe Trung Quốc từ chỗ mấy năm trước không ai biết đến mà nay đã rất phổ biến. Các tạp chí xe, chương trình TV, mạng xã hội đều tham gia quảng cáo xe Trung Quốc rất mạnh. Thứ hai là xe Trung Quốc rất đa dạng về chủng loại, về nhãn hiệu chứ không phải chỉ có vài loại từ một nước. Ví dụ như Pháp thường bán sang Anh xe Peugeot, Renault, Nhật thì có Nissan, Toyota, Mazda...Xe Trung Quốc ngay lập tức có ít nhất hơn 10 loại, từ các tập đoàn khác nhau. Thứ ba là Trung Quốc dẫn đầu về số xe điện EV đăng ký ở Anh. Nếu tính xe Trung Quốc và cả các dòng xe châu Âu nhưng thực tế là sản xuất, lắp ráp, đặt pin ở Trung Quốc, thì tới 27,9% xe EV bán ở Anh là đến từ Trung Quốc. Cụ thể hơn, các dòng xe Trung Quốc đang ồ ạ vào Anh là gì? Sức cạnh tranh là nhờ rẻ hơn xe các nước khác, hay có gì nổi trội nữa? Tạp chí xe Motorpoint nêu ra 26 nhãn hiệu xe Trung Quốc hàng đầu đã và sắp vào Anh (26 Chinese car brands coming for the UK market), trong đó có tới 18 nhãn hiệu đã được bán ở Anh. Nổi bật nhất là 4 loại xe: ·       Chery Tiggo 8: Được trang Carwow ở Anh bình chọn là Xe của Năm. Chiếc SUV gia đình hybrid cắm sạc (PHEV) này gây ấn tượng với khoang cabin cảm giác cao cấp, tính thực dụng và mức giá cạnh tranh. ·       MG4 EV: Được trang What Car? khen là xe điện nhỏ tốt nhất. Các chuyên gia đánh giá là lái ổn, giá rẻ và phạm vi dùng pin khá rộng. ·       BYD Dolphin Surf: Được Auto Express nhấn mạnh là một trong những xe điện đô thị hàng đầu, có cabin rộng rãi, trang thiết bị phong phú và giá khởi điểm chưa tới 19 nghìn bảng Anh. ·       Jaecoo 7: Từng bị phê phán trên các tạp chí xe hơi Anh, chiếc SUV gia đình dẻo dai này đã trở thành cơn sốt doanh số lớn ở Vương quốc Anh nhờ kiểu dáng sắc nét và khoang cabin công nghệ cao.. Ngoài ra còn Xpeng 6, Changan, SkyWell là các nhãn mác khác đang dần vào Anh... Xe TQ cạnh tranh tốt nhờ giá thấp, từ 3-5 nghìn bảng mỗi chiếc xe mới cùng hạng. Xin so sánh một chút: Những ai sử dụng một số đồ điện như nồi cơm điện của Xiaomi và đồng hồ điện tử của hãng này nên biết là Xiaomi cũng làm xe hơi động cơ điện và xe này sẽ tới Anh nay mai. Hàng điện tử, từ loa đài, điện thoại thông minh, đồ gia dụng Trung Quốc bán ở Anh đều rẻ hơn 10-15%, đôi khi 20% so với hàng châu Âu. Xe hơi và xe điện cũng vậy. Ví dụ, MG HS của TQ cạnh tranh đồng hạng với Kia Sportage, nhưng bán với giá rẻ hơn, từ 6 đến 8 nghìn bảng. Người Anh nay đã biết nền tảng cơ khí và công nghiệp Trung Quốc quá mạnh, nên một công ty làm điện thoại, đồng hồ cũng có thể chuyển sang làm ô-tô chỉ trong một vài năm. Người ta nói ở Trung Quốc sản xuất xe hơi nay như làm bánh mì vậy. Tại sao ngành ô-tô Trung Quốc chọn Anh? Lý do đầu tiên là thương chiến Mỹ-Trung và Liên Hiệp Châu Âu (EU)-Trung Quốc. Anh là nước duy nhất không áp thuế cao lên xe EV của Trung Quốc nên khi bán vào Anh, các hãng Trung Quốc có biên độ lợi nhuận khác hẳn với việc bán vào Hoa Kỳ và EU. Ví dụ, xe điện Trung Quốc bán vào EU chịu thuế nhập khẩu từ 7,8% tới 35,3% tùy phần trăm vật liệu và công nghệ, còn ở Anh thuế chỉ có 10%. Lý do thứ nhì là thị trường xe hơi Anh trên thực tế đã lọt vào tay các tập đoàn nước ngoài sau đợt tự do hóa từ mấy chục năm trước. Ở Anh, ngành xe hơi hiện có trị giá thị trường 100 tỷ bảng, tuyển dụng hơn 700 nghìn người, nên là một mũi nhọn của nền kinh tế, nhưng từ lâu nay đều là do các tập đoàn nước ngoài của Nhật, Đức và các nước khác đầu tư và sản xuất. Sự có mặt của các công ty Trung Quốc là chuyện bình thường. Chỉ có điều là họ vào quá nhanh và bán quá tốt. Lý do thứ ba,  các công ty Trung Quốc lâu nay đã mua lại các dòng xe châu Âu, như MG, Lotus của Anh hay Volvo của Thụy Điển. Tôi đi xe Volvo nên biết rằng Geely từ Chiết Giang  làm chủ hãng này, xe sản xuất ở Bỉ, lắp vô-lăng tay lái nghịch theo hệ của Anh để bán sang Anh. Chi tiết đó cho thấy tiền đầu tư của Trung Quốc đã có ở châu Âu, gồm Anh, nhiều năm rồi. Tới đây, Geely sẽ bán sang Anh các dòng xe Geely, Zeekr, Farizon, bên cạnh Polestar, Lotus, Smart, Volvo, LEVC đã có mặt. Ví dụ nữa, MG là tập đoàn truyền thống của Anh được công ty SAIC của Trung Quốc sở hữu và triển khai khá nhiều nhãn hiệu xe ở Anh. Điều đáng nói là một số tạp chí xe của Anh không coi MG là ‘xe Trung Quốc' nữa mà xếp vào mục xe Made in the UK – Sản xuất tại Vương quốc Anh. Chiến lược tới đây của các tập đoàn xe Trung Quốc với nước Anh ? Thị trường Anh được cho là ‘phòng thí nghiệm' cho công ty xe hơi và xe điện Trung Quốc. Ngoài lý do thuế quan thấp, các công ty xe hơi Trung Quốc có hai chiến lược thâm nhập thị trường Anh. Một là các nhà chế tạo xe ở Trung Quốc đã làm chủ các thương hiệu mạnh thì họ sẽ nhấn mạnh vào tính truyền thống, như thể họ đã làm một phần của văn hóa xe hơi ở Anh và châu Âu. Ví dụ MG bán xe theo phong cách Anh. Leapmotor, công ty khác của Trung Quốc, thì hợp tác với Stellantis và trình bày hình ảnh họ thuộc đại gia đình xe châu Âu gồm Vauxhall (ở Đức là Opel), Peugeot, Citroën, Fiat… để bán xe ‘quen thuộc' với người Anh. Từ đó, họ sẽ bán xe sang các nước nói tiếng Anh, dựa vào dòng thông tin tiếng Anh toàn cầu. Đó là một phần của chiến lược marketing và giành thị phần toàn cầu mà Anh Quốc là mắt xích quan trọng. Hai là chiến lược của các dòng xe rất mới, tên khá lạ, từ Omoda tới BYD, Changan, Xiaomi, Chery, Skywell, GWM (Great Wall Motor-xe Trường Thành)...thì chọn hẳn tương lai của ngành xe điện, trình bày sản phẩm thuộc thế hệ mới, xe EV, plug-in hybrids, bán pin có thời gian chạy được lâu. Hiện nay, xe điện mới chiếm chưa tới 50% xe hơi mới bán ra ở Anh, nên tiềm năng của thị trường Anh còn rất lớn, nhờ chính sách thúc đẩy chuyển đổi năng lượng xanh của chính phủ. Các công ty TQ đang chờ sẵn. Có những ý kiến trái chiều nào về xe Trung Quốc ở Anh ? Có những bài bình luận nói một số loại xe EV của Trung Quốc khi trời lạnh, pin bị hao nhanh hơn mức được quảng cáo. Có loại xe bị chê là vỏ quá mỏng, sơn chưa đạt nên chóng hoen rỉ. Còn theo nhà báo Stuart Masson viết trên trang The Car Expert, nhiều xe mới của Trung Quốc bị chê là có quá nhiều màn hình (screen-heavy), màu sắc nhấp nháy, và thiếu ‘cảm giác châu Âu' (European feel) khi lái. Vô-lăng xe có khi như là bộ phận đồ chơi điện tử. Xe Trung Quốc cũng nổi tiếng với nhiều tính năng giải trí bên trong, có các app, phần mềm và màn hình nhiều hơn so với xe châu Âu. Nhưng kiểu thiết kế đầy ắp các chức năng điện tử thế chưa chắc đã được người châu Âu thích. Vì thế, Trung Quốc sẽ thử bán ở Anh, thu thập ý kiến khách hàng để cải thiện sản phẩm. Chúng ta biết dân châu Âu đã có cả trăm năm chơi xe hơi nên cách lái, cách ứng xử trong xe là cả một bề dày văn hóa. Đó là thứ người Trung Quốc chưa làm được. Nhưng Masson viết, sau khi ông đi thăm các nhà máy xe ở Trung Quốc về, phía Trung Quốc hiểu điều này và học rất nhanh cách khắc phục những lỗi sản xuất. Với họ, việc đem vào Anh nhiều loại xe khác nhau, đáp ứng các nhu cầu khác nhau của người dân trong cuộc sống là cách ‘thí nghiệm' để sau đó cải tiến và bán sang các nước nói tiếng Anh trên toàn cầu.

Last week, TRISO-X announced tentative plans to create some 1,140 new jobs in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The company hopes to invest hundreds of millions of dollars in equipment to build a new fuel facility and R&D center at Horizon Center Industrial Park, according to the state's Department of Economic and Community Development .TRISO-X is unique in that it is the first company to receive a license from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to build and operate a commercial-scale facility for producing high-assay low-enriched uranium fuel in the U.S. The company's parent, Maryland-based X-energy, is trying to make advanced small modular reactors, accelerate commercialization of advanced nuclear technologies and strengthen the U.S. supply chain for critical nuclear fuel.Founded and based in Oak Ridge, TRISO-X broke ground in 2022 on what was, at the time, North America's first commercial advanced nuclear fuel facility.The company said it received an $11 million economic development grant from Tennessee. TRISO-X specified that the funding will support continued development of its current campus in Oak Ridge, as well as a potential second commercial fuel facility and a dedicated R&D center. If everything goes according to plan, TRISO-X expects to have three facilities designed to establish domestic, commercial-scale manufacturing and research capabilities for the company's proprietary tri-structural isotropic (TRISO) fuel. TRISO particle fuel is considered the most robust nuclear fuel on the planet, according to the U.S. Department of Energy. The first facility, known as the TX-1, is anticipated to be the first purpose-built commercial TRISO fuel fabrication facility in the U.S. TX-1 is currently under construction.TX-2 will be a second, larger fuel fabrication facility to significantly boost capacity, with enhanced automation and production efficiency based on TX-1 operational experience. This is where the more than 1,000 new jobs would come into play. Finally, TX-L will be a dedicated fuel fabrication laboratory facility focused on fuel innovation, testing and continuous improvement of the  manufacturing processes.When completed, the campus is expected to establish one of the world's largest commercial-scale nuclear fuel fabrication campuses, with the capacity to produce enough fuel to support 55 of X-energy's Xe-100 advanced small modular reactors. Le 25 juin dernier, le Parisien a raconté la renaissance d'Audrey, une jeune femme de 28 ans qui a survécu à une maladie rare grâce à un don de moelle osseuse.En 2021, alors qu'elle n'a que 23 ans, Audrey apprend qu'elle souffre d'une aplasie médullaire idiopathique, une maladie qui se caractérise par l'incapacité de la moelle osseuse à remplacer correctement certaines cellules sanguines comme les plaquettes, les globules blancs et les globules rouges. Concrètement, son sang coagule mal et elle risque l'hémorragie à la moindre plaie. Pendant plusieurs mois, elle doit se faire transfuser régulièrement à l'hôpital Saint-Louis, situé dans le Xe arrondissement de Paris. Mais au printemps 2022, une greffe a tout changé. Désormais, Audrey a retrouvé une vie normale et elle a pu entrer en contact avec son donneur, un homme qui vit en Italie. Pour Code source, elle revient, quatre ans après sa greffe, sur cet épisode qui a bouleversé sa vie. Elle raconte ses mois d'errance médicale, ses allers-retours au bloc opératoire, ses doutes, ses peurs, et sa vie après la maladie. Nous sommes le 19 avril 1839, à Londres où les grandes puissances européennes ont décidé d'en finir avec la “question du Luxembourg”. C'est ainsi que Royaume-Uni, France, Prusse, Autriche, Russie signent un Traité stipulant que : « Le Grand-Duché de Luxembourg sera désormais un État autonome et souverain, placé sous la garantie des Grandes Puissances. » Le traité de Londres impose aussi la division du territoire, une partie devenant la province belge de Luxembourg, tandis que le reste forme le Grand-Duché actuel. Avec des origines remontant au Xe siècle et des princes ayant porté la couronne du Saint Empire romain, le pays a vécu sous diverses souverainetés européennes avant d'accéder progressivement à son autonomie au XIXe siècle. Sa création par le congrès de Vienne en 1815 et le partage définitif de 1839 ont finalement dessiné ses frontières actuelles et consolidé son indépendance nationale Parallèlement à cette quête de souveraineté, le Luxembourg a connu une révolution industrielle fulgurante grâce à l'essor de sa sidérurgie, devenant l'un des premiers producteurs mondiaux d'acier à la veille de 1914. Après les épreuves des deux guerres mondiales, l'État abandonnera sa neutralité pour devenir un membre fondateur de l'Union européenne et le siège permanent de nombreuses institutions communautaires. Aujourd'hui, l'image du Grand-Duché est étroitement associée à son rôle de centre financier international de premier plan. Dès le début des années 1860, Victor Hugo, alors en exil, découvre la région qu'il décrira dans ses carnets, évoquant un « paysage de Vianden (…) grand, sauvage et charmant », des « vallées profondes (…) composant « une nature fantastique », un « refuge pour l'âme et pour la pensée ». Ashaña eventually returns to the group with tea and snacks, and begins to instruct Elaith on ways to use the Everdrake Root.and what uses it can have. Xe shares that they use it for dreams that allow him to remember those xe loved who are now lost. As Ashaña does so, Rou and Trix notice an odd reaction on Umé's face. VOV1 - Xung đột kéo dài tại Trung Đông đang làm gia tăng áp lực lên Chương trình trợ giá xăng RON95 của Malaysia trong bối cảnh gánh nặng bù giá từ ngân sách nhà nước ngày càng lớn. Từ ngày 1/4, Malaysia sẽ bắt đầu siết hạn mức mua xăng trợ giá nhằm ứng phó với rủi ro an ninh năng lượng.Thủ tướng Malaysia Anwar Ibrahim hôm qua cho biết, Chương trình trợ giá xăng - Budi Madani RON95 có những điều chỉnh tạm thời trong thời gian chờ chuỗi cung ứng xăng dầu toàn cầu ổn định trở lại cũng như các điều kiện kinh tế phục hồi.Theo đó, trong khuôn khổ chương trình trợ giá, xăng RON95 vẫn giữ ở mức cố định 1,99 ringgit/lít (khoảng 0,5 USD/lít). Tuy nhiên, hạn mức mua tối đa với mỗi công dân có giấy phép lái xe sẽ giảm từ 300 lít xuống còn 200 lít/tháng. Riêng đối với dịch vụ taxi và gọi xe công nghệ vẫn được giữ hạn mức 800 lít/tháng để phù hợp với đặc thù công việc. Cùng với điều chỉnh này, Malaysia cũng áp hạn mức cho mỗi lần tiếp nhiên liệu theo từng nhóm phương tiện. Theo quy định mới, xe cá nhân, phương tiện vận tải công cộng và vận chuyển hàng hóa hạng nhẹ được mua tối đa 50 lít xăng mỗi lần tiếp nhiên liệu. Xe có tải trọng dưới 3 tấn được mua tối đa 100 lít/lần, còn xe trên 3 tấn là 150 lít/lần.Ông Anwar Ibrahim kêu gọi người dân chia sẻ và hợp tác để ứng phó hiệu quả với những tác động từ cuộc xung đột ở Trung Đông. Ông nhấn mạnh các biện pháp mới sẽ góp phần đảm bảo nguồn cung ổn định và phân bổ nhiên liệu công bằng, kịp thời tới toàn bộ người dân, đồng thời hạn chế nguy cơ tích trữ và buôn lậu xăng trợ giá.Theo số liệu mới công bố của Bộ Tài chính Malaysia, trong bối cảnh giá dầu thế giới tăng mạnh, chi phí để triển khai các chương trình trợ giá nhiên liệu của chính phủ hiện ước tính đã lên tới khoảng 4 tỷ ringgit/tháng (khoảng 1 tỷ USD)./.VOV Thái Lan  Trạm xăng ở Malaysia. Aujourd'hui, le Bluetooth est une technologie banale. Mais saviez-vous que derrière ce nom singulier se cache une histoire étonnante, qui commence non pas dans les laboratoires de la Silicon Valley, mais en Suède, dans les années 1990.À l'époque, l'ingénieur suédois Jaap Haartsen, travaille chez Ericsson. Il cherche une solution pour remplacer les câbles entre les téléphones portables et leurs accessoires. Avec son équipe, il met au point un protocole radio à courte portée, peu gourmand en énergie, capable de connecter facilement plusieurs appareils. Et ça fonctionne dès 1994. Ensuite il est rapidement adopté par d'autres grands noms comme Nokia, IBM ou Intel, désireux de créer une norme universelle de communication sans fil.Ce protocole c'est bien sûr le Bluetooth. Mais pourquoi l'avoir appelé ainsi ? Ce nom peut sembler étrange pour une technologie high-tech ! En réalité, c'est un clin d'œil historique. Plus précisément un clin d'œil à un roi ! Harald Ier de Danemark, roi du Xe siècle, et surnommé "Dent bleue" en vieux danois. Pourquoi ce surnom ? Deux hypothèses : soit parce qu'il avait une dent morte ou cariée, qui paraissait noire ou bleuâtre ; soit parce qu'il raffolait des myrtilles. Quoi qu'il en soit, quel lien avec le Bluetooth ? Parce que ce roi est célèbre pour avoir unifié les tribus danoises et norvégiennes sous un même royaume, sans faire la guerre. Il était donc vu comme un unificateur. Or, la nouvelle technologie d'Ericsson visait précisément à « unifier » les communications entre ordinateurs, téléphones et périphériques. Le parallèle était parfait. Aujourd'hui, le Bluetooth s'est imposé comme un standard mondial. Pourtant, il n'est pas la seule technologie sans fil à courte portée. Une autre s'est développée en parallèle : le NFC (Near Field Communication). Les deux reposent sur des échanges radio à très faible distance, mais avec des objectifs différents. Le Bluetooth sert à créer un lien continu entre appareils, par exemple pour diffuser de la musique. Le NFC, lui, privilégie la simplicité et la rapidité d'échange : un contact bref suffit. Là où le Bluetooth nécessite un appairage, le NFC fonctionne souvent « par simple toucher ».Et c'est justement cette simplicité, presque instinctive, qui a permis au NFC de trouver sa place dans des usages du quotidien, en particulier dans la mobilité urbaine. The latest episode of Going Nuclear welcomes Dr. Benjamin Reinke, Vice President of Global Business Development and Deputy Chief Commercial Officer at X-Energy. X-Energy is a leading American nuclear reactor fuel design engineering company focused on developing the Xe-100, a generation four high temperature gas cooled small modular reactor. The Xe-100 is powered by proprietary TRISO-X fuel, engineered to be melt-proof, ensuring safe, clean, and scalable energy for electricity and industrial process heat applications. Reinke explains that the reactor's high operating temperatures expand its use cases beyond traditional base load power, offering opportunities like providing high-temperature process steam to heavy industry. This capability was first realized through X-Energy's partnership with Dow Chemical, marking the first industrial sale of nuclear power from a vendor to a global commodity producer. Additionally, X-Energy recently made headlines with its landmark deal with Amazon, which invested heavily in the company and committed to off-take power from a minimum of five gigawatts of Xe-100 reactors by 2039. The company is also pursuing fleet deployment internationally, having partnered with Centrica, the largest UK-owned utility, to target a six gigawatt deployment in the United Kingdom. The guys from Dawgman.com - Kim Grinolds, Chris Fetters, and Scott Eklund - got together after day three of fall camp to break down what they saw, and what they saw was a lot of competition. There was one-on-ones, 7-on-7, and full team competitions mixed with the normal periods where they focused on individual and special teams work. To start, the guys focus their attention on the offensive side of the ball, where Demond Williams clearly showed he's the leader of this year's attack. The running backs, led by Jonah Coleman, were also featured today in a few different scenarios, and he continues to show his improvement as a pass-catcher, as well as his extra explosiveness. They also talk about the offensive line, is there much of a competition now that the places in the two deeps have been pretty solid for most of spring and moving now into fall, and just how much improvement on the line should be expected by fans? After a quick break, the guys move to the other side of the ball. Anterio Thompson continues to rip things up on the defensive line, and there's plenty of other linemen right behind him having a strong start to fall. It's a little harder to gauge on the edges, but is this where we'll see Ryan Walters help them out via scheme? And just how much bigger has Xe'ree Alexander gotten since spring? He definitely looks bigger. And both true frosh Donovan Robinson and Zaydrius Rainey-Sale look the part for being so young. How much will they play this year? And the same could be said of another true frosh, Dylan Robinson? Is he already the heir apparent to Ephesians Prysock and Tacario Davis looking ahead to 2026?
