Reports of Vince McMahon returning to WWE creative have been denied by multiple wrestling reporters but why has the story now been reported on two separate occasions? WWE has also released Wrestlemania 39 promotional material that has fans questioning his status in the company as well. The rumors started circulating online on Wednesday, but Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp consulted with WWE sources "that would be in the position to know" and stated that "these fears are unfounded." Vince McMahon had returned to WWE in January as Executive Chairman, but Paul 'Triple H' Levesque is currently the head of creative, with Vince deferring to him.
