The book is a charming mixture of personal anecdotes and advice tailored towards finding and monetizing your passions. Specifically, this book covers how to use the internet to create a personal brand centered around your passions. It emphasizes strongly the importance of passion. Vaynerchuk continually states that if you are not truly passionate about your work, you will not be able to be successful in what you are doing, saying that “skills are cheap, passion is priceless.” He lives and breathes this lesson, which is evident both in his background and in his book. Vaynerchuk is a popular internet persona. Dripping with charm and charisma, Vaynerchuk was able to fully take advantage of the platforms that different social media sites provided, and skyrocket his way to success. Before he was an internet persona or an author, however, Vaynerchuk was known for his expansion of his family's wine business. This expansion was his first foray into the world of the internet. He rebranded the shop and launched online sales, then began hosting an internet webcast surrounding wine. This webcast was hosted on YouTube, and this is where Vaynerchuk got his start in social media.

How to stay focused while reading In a fast-paced world crowded with technology and all its means, most of us are probably experiencing the loss of focus when reading which leads us to re-read sentences over and over again for them to make sense. According to science, this occurrence may be due to the fact that the brain takes a lot of cognitive energy to put us in the zone for proper functioning. Every time we are interrupted, we get lost and the brain has to take some time to boot up once more. The globe is currently facing a crisis – the COVID-19 situation – which requires us to work from home and stick with online education. Under the flexibility of time and the comfort of our own homes, we might just have all the distractions that can hinder our concentration. In order to remain as efficient as possible, here are some tips to maintain great focus while reading. 1. Meditate. Studies in both the human and natural sciences show that mindfulness training can actually create and strengthen new neural pathways that may lead to the enhancement of our cognitive processes. With a clear mind and within a space of no disturbance, our attention can be placed on reading. 2. Read in short intervals. Finishing a book in one sitting is not always ideal as it can lead to the exhaustion of our cognitive abilities and decrease our comprehension abilities. It is said to be more effective to set chapter or page goals within a given time frame. The importance of taking breaks has been supported by psychology to aid in the recovery of our mental resources and the improvement of our performance. It can also rest our eyes from the strain! 3. Put calming music on. Researches have provided evidence that music can enhance concentration. Just make sure that the songs you play are instrumentals such as classical and jazz music – or else there can be a disturbance between your visuo-spatial and phonological working memory that may yield it impossible for you to understand and remember what you are reading. 4. Use the reward system. What's in store for you when you accomplish your reading goals? After setting multiple intervals, you should assign rewards for each chapter that you finish. Studies attest that the reward system can motivate individuals and drive them to focus more on what they are doing. 5. Be healthier. Your diet and lifestyle can actually alter your memory. It might be a great idea to exercise before reading because this leads in increasing levels of dopamine, noradrenaline, and serotonin in your body which regulates the mood and improve memory retention. Eating foods with low sugar and greater protein amounts can also fuel your brain to prime you to concentrate on your readings.

Can't Hurt Me by David Goggins (Summary)

CAN'T HURT ME by David Goggins This book revolves around the story of an extra ordinary man David Goggins who is an ultramarathon runner, athlete and motivational speaker. He is retired US Navy SEAL and is a former USAF Tactical Air Controller. He has not achieved all of this in easy. His life is a journey of hardships that he faced and earned him all of this. His journey starts from an over-weight and depressed soul to record breaking athlete, inspiring and motivating person. 1st Lesson: ACCOUNTABLITY MIRROR; Set goals for yourself and make yourself accountable for them daily. Tell yourself to work hard to get the results. Be truthful to yourself. If you are fat you tell yourself that you are fat. Stand in front of a mirror and tell that person that he has to run whatever the circumstances are. He is fat now but if won't be one day if he takes the action. Whatever your goal is, you need to hold yourself accountable for the small steps it will take to get there. Self-improvement takes dedication and self-discipline. The dirty mirror you see every day is going to reveal the truth. Stop ignoring it. Use it to your advantage. A person needs always to be honest with himself than with anyone else. 2nd Lesson: 40% RULE; The second lesson is the 40 percent rule. During running David experienced that when he was completely exhausted a motivational song could push him even harder. It is a phenomenon that our mind puts limitations on our body and we just reach 40 percent limit of our body while exercising. And we can increase that limit by training our mind properly. Whenever you are completely exhausted just divert your mind somewhere else. 3rd Lesson: CALLOUSED MIND; The 3rd mind lesson David told us is to callous your mind. When doing some heavy work with shovel all of you have seen your hand skin calloused. That calloused skin relieves us from more pain. Same case, if we put our mind to limits it will be calloused and will have more immunity towards pain itself. For this you have to leave your comfort zone. First of all, make small goals that you can easily do and start doing until they make you uncomfortable and that's the start towards achieving calloused mind. The more you make yourself uncomfortable the more productive self you'll make in the end. 4th Lesson: TAKE SOULS; This lesson is especially meant for depressed people. Whatever is depressing you or creating suicidal thoughts in you, just remember all this is a mind game. You have given that coach, boss, teacher or even your parent, your soul. You just have to take a step further and clinch their souls. 5th Lesson: PLANNINNG SMALL TO ACHIEVE BIG; If you want to achieve big than start with the smaller goals. This will create your temperament and will make you achieve more. If you have to start a bonfire you will start from small pile of hay. You will fire it and these sparks will fire your bigger logs. Same is the case with your goals, the success of small goals will give you big victories. The human mind and body can achieve a lot more than most of us think possible, and all that starts in our mind. Start small to achieve big. 6th Lesson: EMPOWERMENT OF FAILURE; And last but not the least, if you fail, always remember that you are just one step closer to success. Most wars are won or lost in our minds. Learn to relish your mistakes, if you do the forensics, you'll find clues about where to make adjustments and how to eventually accomplish your task.

Atomic Habits - Be Better 1% Every Day

Atomic Habits by James Clear 1. What are Atomic Habits: The 1st meaning of the word atomic is tiny or small. So, atomic habits mean small habits. The 2ndmeaning is that Atoms are the fundamentals units that enlarge any system. Just like atoms improving tiny habits can give us a huge reward. The 3rdmeaning is that an atom is the source of great energy and power so are the atomic habits. If we add all the meanings, we can understand the basic philosophy of the book. 2. Why Tiny Changes Make a Big Difference: As James Clear said in his book: “Success is the product of daily habits—not once-in-a-lifetime transformations. Habits are the compound interest of self-improvement.” Just as the money goes up through compound interest, the effects your habits multiply as you repeat them. James clear says, if you keep improving 1% each day, at the end of the year you will be 37 times better. Conversely, if you are doing 1% worse each day, you will end with almost 0% improvement. 1% better every day for one year (1.01365) = 37.78 1% worse every day for one year (0.99365) = 00.03 3. The Plateau of Latent Potential: Habits do not seem to make a difference until we cross a critical threshold. We expect progress to be quick, but the key aspect of any compounding process is that the effects are delayed until we cross a threshold what James calls as The Plateau of Latent Potential. 4. Forget About Goals, Focus on System Instead: So, what is the difference between Goals and Systems? According to James Clear's words: “Goals are about the results you want to achieve. Systems are about the processes that lead to those results.” 5. The Three Layers of Behavior Change: According to James: “Changing our habits is challenging for two reasons: (1) We try to change the wrong thing. (2) We try to change our habit in the wrong way.” 6. How to Build a Habit in 4 Simple Steps: James divided the habit building process into 4 stages: · Cue: The cue triggers the brain to start the action. Because it reflects the reward we will get. · Craving: Craving provides the driving force to adopt a habit. · Response: Response is the actual habit or process we adopt to achieve our reward. · Reward: In the end, the reward, for which we adopted a habit. These four steps are called Habit Loop.

How to win friends and influence people

How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie In 1936, the son of poor Missouri farmers, having never worked a corporate job in his life, wrote the ultimate guide to getting ahead in the corporate world. It was a handbook on pleasantries - encouraging politeness and appreciation always in your dealings with people, reminding you to smile to get people to like you. It was an instant success. Dale Carnegie's How to Win Friends and Influence People went through 17 editions in its first year of publication, selling some 250,000 copies in its first three months. It has been used by social climbers, cult leaders and billionaires - all using its lessons to try and get ahead. In 2013, it was ranked as the seventh most influential book in American history and has sold 30 million copies. Carnegie himself would seem to be an unlikely prophet of corporate success. He spent his childhood trying to get out of doing the farmwork (his job was milking the cows before school) as his family just barely scraped by. He initially planned to be a teacher - enrolling in a free university and joining one of the school's literary fraternities, which hosted public speaking tournaments. He bombed in his first competition, so he worked tirelessly on his skills by reciting famous speeches and learning rhetorical techniques until, in his third year, he won his school's debate championship. He later became a travelling salesman, selling across the Midwest and at the age of twenty-three had saved up enough money to enrol in the American Academy of Arts Aside from his experience in public speaking, Carnegie supports his advice by drawing on the stories and achievements of great men like Benjamin Franklin and Abraham Lincoln. He writes that true leaders tread softly; they ask questions and never bark orders; they are self-effacing and encouraging and never imperious or cruel. To further convince his readers, Carnegie went to the tops of 1930s American society to interview scores of the wealthy and powerful. He interviewed people like Thomas Edison and Franklin D. Roosevelt to add to his book their lessons in interacting with people. All were well chosen and successful American examples that found their way into the book to convince readers of Carnegie's wisdom, with impressive results. One of the other persistent features of Carnegie's writing is its, potentially surprising, optimism. The book was written in 1936, when America, along with much of the rest of the world, was deep in the mire of the Great Depression Yet the book retains its popularity, still selling copies to the tune of hundreds of thousands a year. Maybe its advice encouraging emotional intelligence is still applicable in a workplace that will, for current and future generations, most likely be increasingly unstable as people take on many different jobs in their lifetimes, making the ability to get along with people a vital skill. Or maybe it is the books lasting imprint upon culture. The book has been referenced in episodes of popular TV shows such as Cheers and Supernatural and the billionaire Warren Buffet credits a course he took based on the book for his success, keeping his diploma from the course on his office wall to this day.

    4 Teachings of Taoist Philosophy

TAOISM Among other ample contemplations of Tao, this single word directs an intricate philosophy, an outlook of the basics of nature and the whole universe. Rather than dismaying and deteriorating the unfathomable unity of the universe, Tao encourages the human to export this unity further among themselves through a particular path. The inevitable question arises: What this path is, and how it may be achieved? The acquisition of this path commences with the basic contemplation of the origin of the universe. A well- said quote by a Chinese sage states that, "Knowing the ancient beginning is the essence of the way." Taoist thoughts reflect on ingeniousness, longevity and continuance, health and soundness, eternity and afterlife, detachment and indifference, refinement and emptiness, transformation and Omni-potentiality. Taoism, a religious and philosophical tradition, has its roots planted in reverence to nature and devotion of the ancient Chinese people. 1. YIN AND YANG Yin and Yang are one of the most substantial and pivotal ideas of Taoism. Yin and Yang showcase two halves that complete each other when combined. It is a rhetoric statement that something complete is unchanging and inflexible to any modification, therefore, if Ying and Yang are mutilated, their established equilibrium will have deviated from the normal. Both Yin and Yang could be summarized as “the cause of each other”, both precedes each other to seek balance and harmony. In the given symbol, the shady side represents Yin, while the Sunnyside showcase Yang. Together in combination establish a whole. 2. INTERDEPENDENCE OF EVERYTHING According to the already established studies about Taoism, it is evident that Taoist philosophers are moved and influenced by nature. According to their dogma, everything in this universe is accompanied by its complementary opposite; the definition of one thing requires and demands the understanding if its exact opposite. Following this idea, we may say that there is Day when we have Night in our thought process. Hot is opposed by Cold; however, it's to be mentioned that each aspect and its opposite are in a state of flux and change incessantly. Proceeding further, as the fact is established that everything is interdependent, Taoism regards nature as the source of understanding and contemplating life and our post or position in the world. 3. NOURISHING THE SPIRIT To expand and mature the spirit, there are two main aspects of mind: Emotional Mind (Hsin) Wisdom Mind (Yi) Hsin = to awaken and Yin = to control the spirit The study of Taoist philosophy suggests in a cogent fashion that the lack of control leads to insomnia and other various mental abnormalities; however, on the other hand, a firm hold over control helps one achieve remarkable feats in the physical and emotional world. Taoist and Buddhist master this practice to sublimate their emotional and psychological energies. Furthermore, the flourishment of spirit demands the mastery of both emotion and intellect simultaneously. To control and hold the spirit in limits, one must be able to regulate the raw and crude sentiments that activate it in the first place. 4. OBSCURE MOTIVATION AND TAOISM Tao philosophy also holds resemblance to the doctrine and maxim of the evergreen Greek philosopher Socrates: Know Thyself. It translates into the idea that by seeking the inward, mysterious and mystic operation of the mind, the pursuer comes across an undisclosed universe of navel knowledge. Adding to, the convention and understanding of psychological self may lead to the evolution of one's soul.

Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action By Simon Sinek The Book “Start with why” by Simon Sinek, is about learning to inspire others. Some have the ability from birth while some learn it over the course of years. Anyone can achieve this ability without any restriction. Instead of fixing the things, a different approach has been used in which things which do work are amplified. Right questions need to be asked. The golden circle: The concept of the golden circle was inspired by the golden ratio; it signifies how leaders inspire people rather than manipulating them. It suggests how to turn an idea into a social movement. It basically starts from the inside out. It focuses on asking the right questions which starts with the WHY, like why should people care, why does this idea, company or belief exist? Next is HOW, how do they do what they do? It usually explains how something is better or how does it stand out from the rest. And the last is easiest to asses that is the WHAT, what is the purpose, what are they offering or what is it that they do. Most people or organizations follow the pattern from the outside to inside. They initially focus on the easiest part and then maybe gradually move to the complicated one. But the individuals who lead to inspire, they move from the inside to the outside. All of them follow the same pattern. Apple is a big example of that. WHAT represents the external factors, however, WHY relates to something more meaningful. Apple's WHY was to give an individual the access to all resources that a company might have. It was to empower an individual sitting at home. That differentiates it from its competitors who have lost their WHY and are solely focused on their WHAT. WHY does not relate with the company but creates a sense of belonging in the individual and therefore earns their loyalty.

The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman (Summary)

The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman Gary Chapman, a successful marriage counselor by profession, concludes by his experience of five years that the language of love isn't black or white but rather a canvas of colors painted by he who feels it and how he chooses to express it. To make it simpler for the common man, he deduced and explained in his book, the 5 basic ways by which people speak and understand emotional love. Chapman's strong belief is once you understand your partner's primary language of love; you will be successful in keeping a peaceful and harmonious everlasting marriage. The effect of time on love: Every relationship, as passionate as it might be, peaks to a high until it reaches a plateau. At that point most couples feel like someone put down those beginner fireworks with a cold water hose and killed all the butterflies that once used to get them all giddy and excited. Couples often complain that they've lost their spark. Chapman in his book concludes that the euphoria of being in love lasts for only two years of the relationship. It is this fading of love after said time that makes partners question their relationship as they begin to lose the warmth and excitement. Every human is supposed to comprise a tank for love just like a car would have for gas. The fuller the tank the better the performance of the car for longer distances. Hence, every individual operates ideally in a relationship with a full love tank. In the initial stages of falling in love, the strong feeling on infatuation fills your heart with the fuel it needs to drive you to making your partner happy and satisfied. You want to be the “one” for them to always count on so you're always ready to sacrifice and do what it takes to keep them in your life. You go out of your way to do things for them and support them. However, maintaining a loving relationship is vastly different than falling in love. Once, the initial feeling fades, both partners revert to their original personalities before the relationship. It is at this point they try to establish their own individuality within a long term relationship. They start thinking about what they expect and want from their respective partner and start focusing on their individual happiness. Often times, the reality of un-met expectations, slowly drains their respective love tanks and end up making them feel unloved. Chapman Big idea Couples often believe that the end of the “in-love” experience means they have only two options: a life of misery marriage or to cut the thread and find a new path. However, there is a third and better alternative: To recognize and accept the in-love experience for what it was—a temporary emotional high—and then pursue “real love” with their spouse. Chapman identifies that the main problem lies in the way love is understood by each individual within the relationship and listed the 5 basic languages of love every person. Each language corresponds to the types of actions or behaviors that make someone feel the most loved. It is likely that one speaks a different language of love from their partner. This is the root of how conflicts stem within a relationship as there is miscommunication. It's like trying to explain someone in English your home address but he only speaks Mandarin. Only once when both parties have learned to understand each other's language for love, can they act in a way that can be fruitful for the relationship and fill each other's love tanks.

There are many things to be gleaned from this book but the key points however center on the following; · The power of positive thinking · Allow your subconscious to be the guide in decision making · Visualize your goals and be passionate with it so as to attain results · Control your subconscious mind and use it to your advantage This book has presented the essential steps and guidelines needed to utilize the power of the mind, specifically that of the subconscious. This is very crucial to the realization of goals and aspirations, and this is a power that all humans possess if they would learn to wield it. This is the premise Joseph Murphy tries to establish in his book. The following is a direct quote that can be found in the book; “As you sow in your subconscious mind, so shall your reap in your body and environment. Imagine your subconscious mind as a bed of rich soil that will help all kinds of seeds to sprout and flourish, whether good or bad. Every thought is a cause and every condition is an effect. This is the reason it is so essential that you take charge of your thoughts. In that way you can bring forth only desirable conditions.” The subconscious mind is so powerful that it can interfere with the normal working condition of the body. People who get depressed, anxious, and sad can be susceptible to body malfunctions such as heart, lungs, stomach, and intestines among other organs or system malfunctions. This is usually able to be fixed when you communicate with your subconscious mind and relax. According to Joseph Murphy's book, what you feed and speak to your subconscious mind is what will translate into the physical. So if you are happy, relaxed and unperturbed, the effect would be a well-functioning body system and a realization of goals. On the contrary, when you let your subconscious mind be consumed by the feeling of unrest and anxiety, the result would be discomfort, illness, and overall lack of achievement. The following lessons can be cleaned from this book in line with the aforementioned key points. #1. COMMUNICATE ACTIVELY WITH YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS; #2. John Bolton was a former National Security Advisor of the United States to President Trump from April 2018 to September 2019. He spent many of his 453 days in the room where it happened at President Trump's side and he provided commentary on Trump's presidency as well ashis record in politics in both the Ronald Reagan (as Assistant Attorney General) and George W. Bush (as the United Nations ambassador) administrations. In his book, The Room Where it Happened: A White house Memoir described President Trump as a corrupt, incompetent, unethical, lack of knowledge, and a reckless leader who abuses his power to advance his personal and political needs rather than the nation's interests. It is a comprehensive and substantial account of the Trump Administration. According to the author's judgment, “I don't think he's fit for office. I don't think he has the competence to carry out the job.” Let's take into account the important events in the story. It all started when Bolton's long march to the West Wing as Trump and others pursue him for the National Security job. According to the author “Trump is Trump”. He came to understand that Trump thinks he could run the Executive Branch and establish national-security policies relying on his instincts, personal relationship with foreign leaders, and with the help of television showmanship alone. Trump and most of his team are incompetent and don't even read the government's “operator's manual” and the president appointing people that were “lack-of-experience” or no experience at all to be in his office. The transition's spreading disorder increasingly reflected not just organizational failures but Trump's decision-making style.Krauthammer a sharp critic of Trump even commented that his behavior as of that eleven-year-old boy. And so, Trump's transition ended with no visible prospect of Bolton, joining the Administration. Bolton concluded that if Trump's post-inaugural decision-making process was as unconventional and erratic as his selections so it was fine that he will stay outside's Trump's Administration.

Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind by Yuval Noah Harari (Summary)

There is a question that follows us throughout our existence. “Who are we and what does it mean to be human?” The mechanism that pushes human knowledge forward is fuelled by curiosity. Israeli historian Yuval Noah Harari brings insights from science and the humanities together to answer the curiosity of what means to be human with his book: “Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind”. The book is drawing on insights from biology, anthropology, palaeontology and economics. The author explores how our cultural history have shaped our human societies and why we engage in certain behaviours the way we do. The book covers sociology, history, anthropology, biology and more, but it's far more complex than that. It tells the story of how homo sapiens came to be the dominant species on Earth from evolution to present day. This is an ambitious attempt to capture the complexities of human existence, all explained in fine lines of print. As the book portrays, human history has been shaped by three major revolutions. Firstly, there was the Cognitive Revolution, which happened more than 70,000 years ago. The cognitive revolution allowed humans to maintain free will while creating common systems, such as money, that required only belief in order to be realized. When the Cognitive Revolution occurred, sapiens were able to imagine and describe things which do not exist in the real world. This "fictive language" has enabled all finance, culture, religion, and politics in the millennia since. The ability to believe in an afterlife can lead to a belief in morality, which can lead to a belief in human rights. None of these concepts exist in the natural world, they are all collective imaginations of humanity. Yet they all shape the destiny of our species and our planet, more than our genetic code ever has.

Extreme Ownership Summary by Jocko Willink

Extreme ownership - how US Navy SEALs lead and win by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin Extreme ownership - how US Navy SEALs lead and win by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin is one of the best books in the realm of leadership. The authors of the book have an experience of over three-decade in combat military. They have seen extreme conditions throughout their lives and how they cope with those conditions and came out victorious. Based on their valuable experience, this book gives insight and understanding as to how extreme ownership and take full responsibility would help in the pursuit of objectives and completion of tasks. Extreme ownership should be the very foundation of a leader when he is pitting against odd. Subordinates look up to their leader and care not to muse much. Such behavior makes the position of leader even more crucial. The book is divided into three main parts. The first one talks about winning the war within. The second part talks about the laws of combat and the third talks about sustaining victory. Each chapter in the book is a concept, a perspective, and an aspect. On top of all is extreme ownership. Being in the position of a leader comes with a huge responsibility. A great leader is the one who takes full responsibility for his actions and decisions. He has to take responsibility for his failures too. The ownership directly affects the mission or the task. It takes mettle, courage, and a humble attitude to accept and admit the failure, although it is not an easy thing to admit the failure. A leader's promoting of extreme ownership and responsibility trickle down to subordinates and compaction in the team takes place. Extreme ownership also vouches for the respect that a leader enjoys, from superiors and subordinates. The approach must be, “I am the only one to blame, and there is no one else”. The concept of extreme ownership is not only confined to the military. It very well functions the same in a business setting. It sometimes occurs that a brilliant plan fails during execution because of the negligence of stakeholders. In such a situation one should not blame others rather one should review the process and do everything which will make the plan better and fruitful.

    Pareto Principle 80 20 Rule

Most of us work five days a week, but in four of those days—we're only creating 20% of what we do in the week; there's a single day buried in there when we create 80% of our output for that week. If you've studied business or economics, you should be well familiar with the power of the Pareto Principle, also known as the Pareto Principle. The Pareto principle is extremely helpful in bringing swift and easy clarity to complex situations and problems, especially when deciding where to focus effort and resources. Pareto's 80-20 theory applies particularly to time management at the workplace, in a business, organizational management events and certainly it helps with personal time management outside of work too. It got its name from the individual that came up with the concept. Vilfredo Federico Damaso Pareto was born in Italy in 1848. He would go on to become an important philosopher and economist. It is not entirely certain how he came up with the principle, but the legend has it that one day he noticed that 20% of the pea plants in his garden generated 80% of the healthy pea pods. This could have been a coincidence, but he thought that the concept is really interesting so he decided to explore this further. Sadly Pareto didn't live to see the general appreciation and wide adoption of his principle; he seems to not have been particularly effective at explaining and promoting the theory beyond academic circles, and it was left to other experts such as George Zipf and Joseph Juran to develop and refine Pareto's theories to make them usable and popular in business and management later towards the middle of the 20th century. Thus, he took more of a pragmatic approach and applied the rationale in different contexts to check its validity. He considered the notion of wealth and after in-depth research, he discovered that 80% of the land in Italy was owned by just 20% of the population. Furthermore, he looked into other industries and surprise, surprise: Pareto found that 80% of the production of many industries usually came from just 20% of the companies. Taking this into consideration he simply concluded the following golden rule: 80% of results will come from just 20% of the action. In other words, you can achieve more by doing less. How great is that!? The notion quickly began to become popular (especially during recent times) and it was widely recognized as the Pareto principle or the 80/20 rule. While it can be argued that it's not always an exact ratio of 80/20, this imbalance between the efforts put in and the results obtained can be observed in many examples. Here are some of them: o 80% of outputs come from only 20% of the inputs. o 80% of all consequences come from only 20% of causes. o 80% of your results come from only 20% of your effort and time. o 80% of your company's profits come from only 20% of the products and customers. o 20% of the sales reps generate 80% of total sales. o 20% of customers account for 80% of total profits. o 20% of the most reported software bugs cause 80% of software crashes. o 20% of patients account for 80% of healthcare spending.
