This podcast consists of two best friends having informal and entertaining conversations about spirituality and diverse philosophical ideas. The best way the content can be described is "consciousness expanding content with a large dose of humor and not taking matters too seriously!" Unlike many podcasts that are scripted and have a specific aim, our podcast is a free-form dialogue. Each episode arises from us having a non-planned phone call where we start to discuss some deep topics, and eventually one of us (usually me, Jesse) says "Hey! We should record for the podcast." We then jump on a recorded zoom call and then post the recording directly after. Pure authenticity! Whatever comes out comes out. There is no limit to the scope of topics we might discuss.
OK! Many many topics today! We did not plan on doing this Podcast but I woke up to a text from Tre, "Wanna do pod today?" I went with the flow :) Which is very in line with our main idea today! Here is the summary of some of the topics that I wrote down as we were recording:We started with the idea of going with the flow in life and not pushing against the current of what the universe/ God is bringing into your life. For example, if you imagined your life to be a certain way and suddenly something comes up that alters that direction, what do you do? Push back and try to get back "to the direction that you think is correct" or go with God's flow, and wonder what this might be trying to teach you. We ultimately become aligned based on how we see things in our lives. Perspective is everything! We then spoke about life expectations and how much they can haunt you. Gratitude acceptance and perspective are the three pillars of success in this respect. They can change everything in a very magical way!We then spoke about affirmations and some of the issues with new age spirituality: it can be very mental instead of truly embodied. This then led us to speak about spiritual ego. We then spoke more about our main topic: "The dreams that you can actually see are the most shallow/basic ones. You are not meant to see too ahead in life. "We then spoke about enlightenment. We also talked about our talents and how we can lose sight of our own talents and take them for granted. Also, we touched on the idea of humility and if it is okay to speak yourself up? We dislike fake-humility which is very rampant in today's society. It is almost frowned upon to publicly state that you are talented in something. True humility is found in the more subtle ways in which you go about life and your dealings/affairs with people.Tre then spoke about how new age spirituality is similar to scientology. We talked about the red pill community on youtube and how it can be interpreted in a horrible way by some men, while others who can think critically might be able to take the good parts from it (self improvement and becoming a better version of yourself) and leave out the misogynistic bs. We spoke about a disturbing podcast that Jesse saw that revealed someone as a toxic guy who beats his girlfriend...We then spoke about core beliefs and the need to understand/ distinguish between what is yours and what is not. We touched on the massive importance of being able to think critically and not only see the world in black and white. We spoke about Bob Marley. We then spoke about a distasteful/judgmental message Jesse received from a follower about a post he did being too long and how he should only write short posts because "this is social media and people don't want to read long biblical texts."We then spoke about Jesse's Instagram post that this individual was complaining about which was related to romantic love and codepency in relationships. We spoke about how we truly feel about love and what some of the modern day relationships issues are! We finished by tre's INSANE story of seeing his spirit fighting with a former friend's when on psychedelics. This invisible energetic exchange is what happens with all types of people and environments. It shows the importance of having love in your heart and not hating people, and having strong boundaries.Thank you for listening and message @jessetrepodcast on Instagram (you can give us a follow there also if you please) if you have any topics you would like us to talk about or if you need any (anonymous) advice on a certain life situation! Or if you just have any comments/questions :)
This episode was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of the last one. I don't think we laughed at all. This is what our podcast is all about. SCORPIO and SAGG...You never know what you are going to get: very deep and serious convo or CRAZY SAGG ALL OVER THE PLACE VIBES.Many topics today. A lot of human designs and some real real real convo.Hope you enjoy this version of us!Jesse
Hello folks. WELCOME BACK. NEW SEASON (just because we havn't done one in so long). We here at the Jesse & Tre Pod (jesse and tre) have decided to try to recommit to weekly episodes. THIS IS A NEW ERA. A NEW SHIFT. A NEW TIME.Also, we realized that our direction has shifted as we have become a SPIRITUAL / COMEDY PODCAST. This is just the natural direction. So today we spoke about a lot of random shit...These are the notes I scribbled down but I def left a lot out...and if you listen until the end you will hear the craziest and MOST SCANDALOUS part of the entire episode.ALSO, follow us on IG @jessetrepodcast AND send us a dm there if you want us to give you any advice on a life situation/problem...That, or if you just have a topic you'd like us to talk about. PLEASE WRITE IN. And all anonymous :)))We would also appreciate if you'd sub to us wherever you listen to your pods...spotify, apple, WHEREVER. WE ARE LITERALLY EVERYWHERE! EVERY-F'ING- WHERE!!!!ok love you all, hope you learn something and get some laughs in as well...good day,-Jesse & Tre (but this is Jesse writing)
This episode was really about tapping into the collective energy and speaking about different themes that are coming up for ourselves and others. We are at a pivotal time where so much letting go and surrender is needed, but that doesn't mean falliing into a victim mentality. It is like we are all running a race around a track but in a blacked out arena....So we don't know how far we are to that next important checkpoint (or finish line). You are SOOO much closer than you might think and you need to just keep going and trust the divine plan!We really want to help people with our messages and also do not plan anything about any episode, basically ever. For this podcast, we have a tendency to slowly build up energy until it reaches an apex but sometimes it takes time. That is not to say that our starts are not good, but we usually get to our highest point around halfway or three quarters through! Let us know what you think and if you want some life advice (of any type) or if there is a topic you would like us to speak about!Hope you enjoy!-Jesse & Tre (but this is Jesse writing this now)
This was a special episode as Tre and I got together with an old friend from our days in Boulder, Colorado, Nick! This was a VERYYYY deep podcast that touched on so many layers of spirituality and just life in general. Nick is one of the most philosophically deep people you can meet. He has experimented with so many different spiritual practices and modalities (like Tre), and is just one VERY interesting guy.Nick currently runs a book shop in Boulder, and also a Publishing House, called Conjunction Press. He is a writer and makes Youtube videos (among things). His videos very pragmatic and they teach me so much in such a short amount of time. So, enjoy and let us know what you think. This was really the coming together of three very deep and philosophical minds! We will do it again for sure because there was such a nice flow with this entire interview!
Coming off one of our worst episodes, this one was one of our best....I know I say that a lot, but we spoke about so many topics. And the ending....Oh MY LORD, if you have the patience and enjoy this podcast enough to hear the entire thing, you will be more than entertained by the end. Tre is a crazy son of a gun, and I don't think this podcast has highlighted how insane and daring this man is. This is one of those true stories (seems fake) that I even experienced first hand, where he went on a mushroom-induced expedition to go find an nonexistent "portal" at the top of this wild mountain next to this small hippy festival in some random desert area in New Mexico (think Breaking Bad combined with an insane amazon jungle-mountain).Aside from that story which comes near the end, we spoke about a lot. Topics included:-Managing having a bad day-Jesse clearing up his whole Trump debacle and how he doesn't actually support Trump or identify with a political part-City life vs Country Life-Tre's creepy experiences with the Darknet!-Musk, Twitter, and Free Speech.-A little bit of a talk about the toxic nature of modern politics. "Animalistic Tribalism is the Downfall of Humanity."-We touched on astrology! Do not identify too much with your astrological placements! Anything can be overcome!-Nature imbalances parallel our inner elemental imbalances.-Space Exploration-Our body knows what time it is, and how to program the body!Hope you guys enjoy this one and we would truly appreciate you leaving a review wherever you listen to us at! It would help us get new people listening :DDD
-“Attachment is the name of the game within illusion. LETTING GO is the single most important lesson we have to learn in this lifetime” -Tre.-"The hardest thing to do in life is to let go of what you love, but when you do that TRUE LOVE EMERGES WITHOUT THE FEAR OF LOSS." -Also TreThis episode was centered around the theme of REPEATED KARMIC LESSONS and emotional RELAPSE. We started a big goofy but LET ME TELL YOU, things got EXTREMELY interesting and deep as the episode progressed. We never actually have a plan of what we are going to talk about and it was beautiful to see how this episode unfolded. DEFINETLY a top 5 best episode in this podcast's history. Be patient with this episode as it really gets good about an hour or so (we really have no grasp of the timing) in.This episode started comically and we made our way into a VERY deep and profound conversation that (as usual) took many different angles. I think that both of our energy levels (ESPECIALLY TRE) were very laid back and focused today, and we hope that you enjoy this episode. This one was filled with wisdom and I KNOW that what we discussed is very relatable to everyone's lives. Some random topics we spoke about were:-We spoke about our current life situations and key themes/experiences, including which karmic lessons have been coming up for both of us. A lot of this was about love and relationships, and I believe that you guys will be able to relate to what was said.-When you face death, you are shown all of your attachments AND you will be held in a LIMBO of your different attachments. Your fears, desires, love will strangle you and keep you from liberation (re-finding SOURCE/ GOD)-Tre spoke about the different spiritual bodies (physical, emotional, astral, ether, Ka, etc)-. We spoke about the implications on how a shift to one of these more “invisible bodies” can have a massive impact on our physical one and overall life experience. -Tre spoke about his HILARIOUS Youtube addiction that has him watching hours of people playing the crane game that you see in arcades!!!!-We spoke about how horrible Jesse is when it comes to the romantic part of life (lol, yes I am writing this).-The importance of "Diving into your emotions and TAKING RESPONSIBILITY for your inner frequencies AS you ARE ABLE to change what is within you."-We spoke about alchemy, and “getting out of your head,” and learning to TRANSMUTE painful emotions.-We also spoke about “psychic chords” and how important it can be to create ENERGETIC BOUNDARIES with people (such as energy vampires who can zap our energy without even being in the same place as us!). Tre spoke about how the best way to “chord cut” is to actually LET SOMEONE go through some type of a greaving process.-Warning to improper chord cutting: There could be some type of cognitive dissonance when one is chord cutting in the wrong way!!!!!-We spoke about letting go of the ones you love ~ Letting go only lets you love more because when you are in the fear of loss, so many parents are so worried (fear of loss) ; and they say its because they love you, but in reality, its fear, NOT love. It came from love but transformed into fear of loss.-We spoke about how GRATITUDE is the key to most issues.-Finally, "Transmute the emotion first from within, generate love, and then your thoughts will believe it. You cannot change from the “mental,” it can only be done at an energetic emotional level. It takes going in to the core of our current feelings. We had a very deep discussion around this topic and how to change yourself from within."THIS AND SO MUCH MORE!!!!Follow us on IG @jessetrepodcastJesse @JesseinisanastroTre @Elven_star
This was an interesting episode that really felt very therapeutic. Tre and I must say that we started A BIT slow, but after about 30 minutes or so, we hit a groove. It is a tough time for everybody right now, and we hope that this episode helps in any way :))) Please let us know in the comments if it does :))
We desire to become ants and to explore the caverns of inner earth! This episode leads into our great discussion on ants! Yes, the insects. How do ants reproduce??? How do they F***??? Find out here….We go into “Ant Psychology.” Why are they workaholics? Is it because of their daddy/mommy issues? Could ants take over humans if they put all of their minds together???Other topics we discussed:-INNER EARCH CONSPIRACYJesse & Tre Travel to MIDDLE EARTH in June! We speak about our potential upcoming trip to Ecuador!-We talk about our EPIC trip to lake Shasta and our “not so epic” trip to Reno, Nevada where we hung out with meth heads.-We also talk about “night people” and how it is better for some people-Tre talks about his weird experience at ecstatic dance-Tre plays his new digeridoo (However you spell the Australian instrument)
We start this episode by discussing some our worst travel experience and sometimes the least moral choices before getting into the main spiritual topics of today. One of the big topics that arose out of our conversation was the idea of the genderless hermaphrodite in relation to theosophy and spiritual development as expresed through the world card in taro and many other ancient civilisations. We talk about the idea of having opposite gender personalities, personas and desires within ourselves at all times, regardless of how you identify and how our limiting belief around our own gender is actually limiting our expression, growth and development towards our soul. One of the biggest things we discuss today was the concept of letting go to make room for new things to enter into our lives. This could be in a physical regard, be it letting go of addictions or toxic relationships, or in an internal way, where we let go of our fears or desires etc. When we do this we are making a sacrifice, or a pact with the universe that is allowing the energy to transform into something that will ultimately lead to our growth. When we learn to let go and surrender the universe will surprise us in a way that we never thought could ever be possible. Here are some other topics:-Letting go to make room-Gender within the body - hermaphrodite -Energy distribution -Certain spiritual ego
Before we say anything, we recorded this on 2/22/22!!! I swear that we didn't plan this, but it happened like that. This was a very special and INTENSE episode! I cannot remember an episode of this podcast that was this UP-TEMPO and had as much HEAT and FEROCITY!Today, we had a fiery and Heated Debate about the Future of Humanity and the Divergent Creation of Two different Worlds/ realities: The Metaverse people and Natural Humans who want to grow spiritually. One group wants to grow technologically and gain superficial and external power while the other wants to grow from within and find true internal power. This discussion got deep and we talked about the need to let go of the experiences that you think define your spirituality, and continuing to stay steadfast on your own growth and journey through consistent PRACTICE. It is all about staying rooted in the present moment! This entire episode (like every other one) was completely improvised. We had no idea what we were going to talk about. We really GOT GOING at about the thirty minute mark. We talked about family karma, and individual karma in an evolutionary way. The latter refers to how different people decide to move through different amounts and types of karma in their lifetimes. Some people choose the EASY PEAZY route, while others choose the DIFFICULT and CHALLENGING route. The more advanced souls will typically take on more difficult karma HOWEVER this is not always the case as some people will incarnate on earth for a special particular purpose!!!This episode got SOOOOO FIERY because at this particular time, there are a lot of negative forces at play and its EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to take a stance and move towards your authentic karmic aim. In all honesty, we just recorded this an hour ago and Tre and I both black out each time we do these podcasts and cannot remember everything we talked about BUT there were SOOOOO many more topics and this was one of our very HIGH vibe/energy episode. We hope you enjoy!!!Thank you so much for listening and please DM @jesseinisanastro or @eleven_star if you have any requests for topics you would like to hear us talk about in the next episode!!! And we would also LOVE for anyone to send us a question where we can give advice on something happening in one of your lives. This will be 100% anonymous (obviously). Even if you just have a basic question about spirituality or ANY topic.
In this episode, we go into depth about the energies leading into 2022 and people being fed up with their situations and moving towards new spiritual beginnings. We talk about how the spiritual and physical thinning of the vail is coming to be 2022. We talk about ways to navigate and step into the new world. We also spoke a lot about death and some of the misconceptions that modern humans tend to have towards that subject. This is the age of change and we all have different karmas in terms of how we are meant to usher in our new realities. These are just a few of the topics that we can remember directly after we finished recording this long episode. Give it a listen and make sure to keep listening passed the first part (lol). It typically takes us 20 or 30 minutes to truly hit our stride as all of these podcasts are 100% improvised with essentially no plan of topics. Let us know what you think and send either of us a message on Instagram if you would like to have us answer a question or give you any life advice in our next episode. Thank you so much for listening and supporting!
First of all, thank you to everyone who has supported this podcast as this is EPISODE 20!!!!In this episode, we discuss how disillusioned we become when we start to become "spiritual people." This and a whole lot more!!! You will have to check out the episode to get the full scoop!!!
The title speaks for itself. We cover different topics around the scope of love and relationships, including our own experiences. Listen to find out more!!!

We spoke on the implications from several quotes:"Why do you stay in prison when the door is always so open?" -rumi"There are 2 ways to live your life: either everything is a miracle or nothing is a miracle" -Einstein"When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change" -Some Astro physicist Hope you enjoy!!! DM either of us on Instagram @jesseinisanastrology or @elven.star if you want us to give you any free (anonymous) advice on an upcoming pod.
In this episode, we take on the energy of the intense full moon in Aquarius and get very quirky and goofy. In the midst of this, we touch on some very important topics. This podcast is not a "serious serious podcast," we will always have episodes that are more geared towards laughing and hopefully entertaining you listeners, while also teaching you a thing or two!!
We have FINALLLY put out episode 15 of the Jesse & Tre Podcast. It has been around 6 weeks since our last episode (which we promised to do once a week). We can just pretend that this is the start of season 2 ;) We got very deep and really hit our peak 30 or 40 minutes in. So many different topics covered including: Seeking discomfort in a post-covid world; fake masquerading in the spiritual community; what real success is; and the energy of "what now?" : dealing with major life transitional periods and crossroads. We spoke about true purpose and working towards something you really care about: what are you grinding towards? What are you trying to build? How does that relate to your authentic self? We also somehow got to the teachings of Jesus Christ (not in a typical religious pastoral manner lol). We also spoke about people "keeping up with the Jones' " and some of the more toxic parts of Western society. The true essence of who you are VS what you show to the public and how ideally, these should intertwine.Honestly, these are just the random subjects we touched on that come to my head but there was SO much more!To listen, hit the linktree link in my bio. I will also have the website linked in my story post. Finally, you can also subscribe to our podcast on apple podcasts, Spotify, google podcasts, and every other podcast platform.PS. We also answer anonymous listener questions on this podcast, as well as give advice. So if you are going through a difficult life situation or just want to hear our opinion on ANYTHING, send me a DM and we will make sure to get to it next episode (and of course with 100% anonymity)We both hope you guys enjoy this one. If you do get a chance to listen, let us know what you think!
Today we had the special privilege of having one of my favorite people as our guest! Parham Nematollah is a mental health guru and has worked in the field of addiction for over ten years, mostly as a counselor. He was the therapist that helped Jesse when he was recovering from drug addiction, and they stayed friends since then. You can follow Parham on Instagram @the1minutetherapist where he gives little gold nuggets of wisdom in the form of digestible minute-long videos. This was most definitely one of our most special episodes as we covered so many topics. Some of these included: how healers have to be like surgeons, "We need to save people without the judgement." We also spoke about letting go of attachments and "the real modern-day disease" ~ Expectations as being "the root of all heart break". We asked Parham about what the most beautiful and important things he has learned about human psychology are. "Everyone just wants to be loved, cared for, understood etc). We also spoke about "the vicious cycle," that Parham has seen with his thousands of past counseling clients. Along with that, we also spoke about the concept of "failure to launch" which is becoming so prominent in the Western world today. This refers to young adults who are having trouble becoming self-sufficient and taking on adult responsibilities. We honestly covered so much in this episode and we both walked away from it with such a overwhelming feeling of LIGHT within us. It was a similar feeling experienced after speaking to the great holy woman/Hindi-Goddess Vanuja Amma in our 9th episode. Please let us know what you think about this and feel free to leave a comment to add to the ongoing mental health discussion, or give your perspective!!Also shoot Jesse or Tre a DM on Instagram @jesseinisanastro and @elven.star_ if you would like to have us give you real life advice (anonymously of course) for a situation you are going through, or if you have any question (related to anything!!!) that you would like us to answer on air!!! Please feel free to reach out! We want to get our listeners involved and help you along the way!Enjoy!Jesse & Tre

We start episode 11 by speaking about our international journies (we both have multi-cultural backgrounds and have lived in many countries). We speak about Tre's experience growing up in Singapore and how the kids at his old school used to make fun of each other in ways that may be looked at as being racist today, but actually brought them closer to one another. We speak a little bit about the pitfalls of PC culture. After around 20 minutes, we begin to open up about our experiences with marijuana and how we view it in general but also as it regards spiritual growth. Jesse reveals how years ago, it led him to feel schizophrenia-like symptoms, before eventually having to quit. How can weed help us and how can it detour us from spiritual growth? Can we truly reach our highest spiritual potential with constant weed use? We speak about the spirit of marijuana and imagine it as a God or a light being that decides who will be allowed to enjoy the great benefits of marijuana and who will not, and also for how long! We also speak about weed and spirituality. We try to answer the question of whether one can gain spiritual ground while smoking weed daily. Is sobriety essential for spiritual growth? After around 40 minutes, we move in to our discussion on Timelines. Each person is choosing their own ascension timeline that forms their personal universe. As they ascend on their timeline, their entire personal universe also ascends with them, because the two are inseparable. There are infinite possible timelines. We dive into this topic and speak about it on a personal and global level. We speak about some different scary and less scary ones for earth.“You are your own universe. You create your universe completely in every moment point. That is how powerful you are. how decisions lead to different potential existences. Multiply that by infinity and you come to the idea that the universe has infinite time-lines.” Around minute 65, we speak about the different potential time lines for humanity + aliens! At around 80 minutes: We start to conclude: “there are things God made us not be able to understand, there is beauty and hope in that. You create your own reality. One should live with curiosity and love and embrace "the great mystery"”At around 90 minutes: Tre teaches a TECHNIQUE on how to switch timelines (a form of astral projection)
Today we find out the day Jesse is going to die, through predictive vedic astrology. We dive into the fear of death, and explore, energy, frequency and levitation!
Today we talk with Vanuja Amma, a holy woman from Hyderabad. She comes from the Vedanta branch of yogic practices in India, which focus on high sattvic or pure essence. She radiates with love and had Jesse and I feeling a huge aura of peace wash over us. Be sure to stay tuned till the end to see a preview of her psychic work and healing. If you want to get in touch with her then you can reach out and we can give you her information.
This is a very interesting episode where we learn about Brian and his story and how everything in life led him to being an astrologer. In these guest episodes, instead of just learning about what the guest does professionally, we prefer to dive deep into their psychology and learn about what it is that makes them tick! I think that you guys will find this episode very interesting. We will be doing many more guest episodes of this sort in the future. If you would like to learn more about Brian, his IG is @astropsychconsultations.
This episode consists of us two and our good friend Agnija. We speak on a large array of spiritual, philosophical, and every day topics. Our goal is to help you listeners in array of different ways. Whether its opening you up to a new way of thinking of something, providing some wisdom that leads to growth, or even just making you laugh! I hope that you enjoy this episode and I will also upload the video recording to youtube if you would like to see all three of our pretty faces ;) (and by that I mean mostly Agnija's pretty face hehe)
This is by far the deepest we have ever gone in an episode! So many EXTREMELY important topics covered in this nearly 2 hour podcast done (not on purpose) at the exact same time is the full moon. To be honest, this is a must-listen if you are ever going to hear one of our episodes, this is the one! I cannot even start to touch on different topics we covered in this summary and it is for you to discover. So many gems and a rare episode where Tre and I both were on our A+ game! We hope that this episode helps anyone listening. We really are trying to give so much information on every ounce of wisdom we have been blessed with receiving and accumulating. Enjoy!!!!
In this episode we continue (and i believe complete) our dialogue about twin flames. We give many opinions which are NOT attacking the belief that twin flames exist, BUT warning about the dangers that can come from the related expectations and self limiting beliefs.
In this episode we explore the idea of twin flames and how they are presented in mainstream spiritual culture. We give our perspectives using an audio file acquired from an acquaintance of Tre's. We also speak about love in general and the idea of polyamory.
Every show/podcast goes through a process to "find itself" and decide what type of podcast it wants to be. For us, we have just figured out that our podcast is going to be ALL OVER THE PLACE. Some episodes, LIKE THIS ONE, will be nearly all comedy! There will always be a deeper layer to each episode and an important message that serves as the undertone. But we are just two friends that like talking and laughing together, while also sharing our perspectives. This podcast, like every other one, was not planned in the least bit. It arose after an Instagram conversation I had with a follower that was the EPIDEMY of SPIRITUAL BYPASSING and this toxic fragility/unwillingness to enter any debate where they might be in the wrong, that is KILLING America. You will have to listen to the episode to find out what happened and the deeper meaning we have found in it. At this point in time, it is extremely important to be able to engage in dialogue with people who might not have the same opinions as you. Of course there are limits to everything but hearing someone else's perspective with open ears can bring a sort of magical healing to the situation and bring people closer. I hope this short (yet hilariuous) anecdote illustrates this point. Enjoy!! (Oh and merry Christmas if we don't make a podcast before then!!)
