    In 2020 a learning consultant Kuva Jacobs, suggested we contact Kerryn Fewster, Australia's leading organisational change expert to chat about a about a piece of work they had done that might be able to help us understand ambiguity and build better capability for it in our organisations and ourselves.  "Adaptability is the characteristic that will matter above all else. Learn to adapt to ambiguity and uncertainty or risk being lift behind"  This quote from Kerryn Fewster, Founder and Director of Adaptiq Minds and Change 2020 is an organisational change consultancy is striking and relevant.
