The OGT Podcast comes from two college students (Caleb Anderson and Hudson Reed) on a journey to encourage other young adults to pursue God in the midst of the highs and lows of the college life. Both from Batesville, Arkansas, they have relatable conversations on how to stay grounded in your faith, impact others, and strive to live a significant life.

Halle Parker is a very spiritually wise seventeen year old, and someone who many people can learn from in her relationship with God. Mike played college baseball before transferring and finishing his college football career at Harding University where he played quarterback. A big reason that I wanted to bring Carter onto the podcast is because I love his testimony and see God so evidently in his life! Carter Closson is a Quarterback at Colorado State University Pueblo, a university that has an awesome program, winning the Division 2 national football championship in 2014. Carter started off as a walk on and eventually earned a scholarship to play at CSU where he is a leader for Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Carter and Caleb talk about striving to live a life that please God, and not people. Galatians 1:10 says "Am I now living to please man? Or am I living to please God? If I were still living to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ".
Stetson Smithson scored 2000 career points at Bald Knob High School and has had an awesome career so far at Harding University, averaging double digits in his career so far while having aspirations to go play overseas. Stetson shares his unique testimony and story concerning basketball and finding Christ earlier this year. Caleb and Stetson have been friends since the 7th grade, and have always trained together to help each other prepare for their high school and college seasons. Caleb and Stetson talk about holding each other accountable in their friendship, walking with the LORD, and ways they've helped each other get better on the basketball court. Ever since Micah and Caleb met at FCA camp, they have made an effort to hold each other accountable in their friendship and walk with Christ. This means holding your friends to a higher standard whenever you are being conscious of what you watch, what thoughts you're allowing into your brain, and who you're hanging out with. Jackson and Haley Shaw had their first baby together 7 months ago! During Banks birth, he had many health complications that were outside of their control. Willie Spears is a world renowned speaker, author, and former extremely successful football coach and player! - Willie Spears played football at Northwestern Oklahoma State University where he earned a degree in Mass Communications and was a member of the 1999 NAIA National Championship football team. - He earned his Master's degree in education from Troy University. - He has written 14 books - And he served in education and coaching for twenty years before he decided to begin his journey on the Willie Spears experience where he now public speaks professionally and preaches the gospel as his living. I'm super excited to welcome Spencer Reaves onto the podcast! Spencer has a unique story and testimony. Lots of people know Spencer as a great high school, college, and now professional basketball player for Brose Bamberg (a Euroleague professional team in Germany). But, lots of people don't know about the struggles and hardships that he had to endure to get where he is at today. Setbacks, disappointments, and injuries are something that Wesley Booker is very familiar with. For the past 3 months, Hudson has been training to serve our country for the Marine Corps, where he has had no phone, no contact with family, and no contact with friends. And while this may have been the hardest three months of Hudson's life, this was an amazing time for him to grow in his relationship with God. Issac McBride was the best basketball player in the state of Arkansas in 2019, and he is currently a thriving Division 1 athlete. And although Issac has had so much success, he knows Who his identity is ultimately tied to.
