How is that helping you to achieve your goals? While we have to be able to motivate ourselves, we must also give ourselves grace. I hope this episode encourages you to intentionally address and clear the limiting thoughts that are holding you hostage and pushing your further away from your God-given purpose!
And then God answered: “Write this. Write what you see.Write it out in big block letters so that it can be read on the run. This vision-message is a witness pointing to what's coming. It aches for the coming—it can hardly wait! The life expectancy for all Americans has decreased as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Even more striking is that the decrease for Black Americans is 3 times that of White Americans. On social media, I saw some disparaging remarks about the focus on race when discussing these topics. Even in such a racially tense climate, we are still largely uncomfortable with this topic, and it is often dismissed. It is time we have a frank and ongoing discussion about the very real effect race has on our well-being. PBS News Hour: “COVID-19 has already cut U.S. life expectancy by a year. For Black Americans, it's worse. “https://www.pbs.org/newshour/health/covid-19-has-already-cut-u-s-life-expectancy-by-a-year-for-black-americans-its-worseFollow Pivot & Bloom on:FB: Pivot & BloomIG: @pivotandbloompodcastBuzzsprout: https://pivotandbloom.buzzsprout.com
