Adaptaur and the Magician have switched minds. Shikari is out of costume... and luck. The wicked septuagenarian: Mind Meld and his gorilla goons are locked in combat with The New Wave and Rav's mutant iguana. But why is Mind Meld in this Indian grocery store to begin with? What is his evil scheme? And how will our heroes bring this washed up supervillain to justice? Tune in to find out!

Harambe memes aside, two teens trapped inside a gorilla enclosure is never a good beginning to a mission. With mystics and portals at their disposal however, The New Wave has little to worry about. Adaptaur, Shikari, and The Magician need to find Mind Meld sooner rather than later, and with a zoo full of creatures and an unknown amount of minions it’s a race against the clock before disaster falls.

Is a victory still a victory when it doesn’t feel like one? Lakshmi and Alex, faced with the disturbing reality of Bullwark’s Under Prison, must decide what being a hero truly means to them. As for Anomaly X, well... that can wait. HalcyCon is right around the corner and our heroes desperately need some rest and relaxation. Unfortunately, as always, Halcyon City has different plans for them.

The day of HalcyCon is upon the team, and our three heroes find themselves deep within the throes of nerd-dom. Jack pitches his standalone T.V. series, Lakshmi struggles to keep track of her precious younger brothers, and Alex tries to find his flow without his sister by his side. This all seems simple, that is until a worldbuilding panel gets a little too literal.

Zombies and dragons and knights, oh my! Vastly outnumbered and overpowered, it’s time to get creative. Will the Magician be able to keep his identity a secret when challenged on Alex Matthews lore? Can Adaptaur make portals big enough for dragons? Can Shikari fight for justice and protect her brothers? With the lives of thousands of convention-goers at this year's HalcyCon on the line, The New Wave are going to have to be smarter than ever in order to save them all.

Anomaly X arrives tonight. But where is The New Wave? Lakshmi is grounded, and a suspicious teacher from a mysterious boarding school is set on taking her brothers away. Alex's dad is back, but a reunion will have to wait because Mr Living's secretary has a stack of books for the young author to sign. Without a grenade gauntlet, Jack will have to turn to relics from Bullwark's dark past to safeguard Halcyon City's future. The countdown begins...

With the catalyst to a slow and painful apocalypse drawing even closer, the New Wave will have to make some tough decisions in order to beat the clock. Both Dr Motham and Worldbuilder are in the homes of our heroes, threatening their families and secret identities. There is only enough time to face one final villain before Anomaly X arrives, so who will they end up facing? They need to make a choice and fast.

Alone in the Slaughterhouse with convicted felon Dr. Vampire, Lakshmi and The Magician will have to decide whether or not to trust in their moment of need. Adaptaur, still shaken after his takedown of Worldbuilder, seeks out Bullwark’s questionable confidence in order to realign his world views before midnight. The team is separated, Shorthorn and Worldbuilder are missing, and no one knows how Anomaly X is going to get out; it’s the perfect apocalypse. Let’s Begin.

With the first arc of The New Wave having come to a close, it’s time to prepare for the oncoming storm; by brewing it up ourselves! Courtesy of Protean City Podcast, we will be borrowing the Signal Light worldbuilding system that was created by the Stop, Hack & Roll Network. While we give our heroes time to breathe after Anomaly X, players and GM alike shall carve out and mould the world anew. Listen along as we create heroes, villains, and catastrophic events that Nick will have the pleasure of throwing in our faces as The New Wave comes back to the fray next week.

It’s been two weeks since Anomaly X was defeated by The New Wave, and a lot has happened in Halcyon City in the interim. The world now knows of Bullwark’s Underprison, as speedy trials are being conducted for all of the accounted for escapees. Shorthorn and Worldbuilder are still M.I.A, and with Bullwark and A.E.G.I.S tied up in court, there’s no one left to track them down. But what of our heroes? How are they coping in the aftermath? Can such rampant destruction, and political chaos be counted as a victory by three insecure teenagers?

Signal Light has already come back to bite our collective asses. The 80s villain Marker - escaped from the Underprison - is out for Bullwark's blood. Tied up with the trials, he turns to our young heroes to take care of the problem quickly. Armed with a deadly perm and highlighters to match, this Killer Queen is about to get mean.

It’s their first supervillain after the Anomaly X attack; how will our frazzled team of teenagers handle the stress of success in the face of peril? Will doubt rear its ugly head and get in the way of what could be their first clean, and flawless victory? With the Magician on a no-damage-run of the battle, Adaptaur coming to terms with his live-in Aunty, and Shikari focusing on problems that aren’t her own... let’s just say the team has stacked the odds against themselves this time.  

With the almost flawless victory from Marker under their belt, our teens are left with little time to prepare before they face the Doggingsworth Children's Method Academy. While Jack takes the time to get to know both of his roommates, Lakshmi and Alex find themselves dragged back to the Bullpen. How will Jack react to a mentor that seems to have moved on? Will his insecurities - mixed with the whispered words of his symbiote - begin to fray at the fragile trust he has in his teammates? Only time will tell...at least until they face their next supervillain. The New Wave has fought villainy before, but can they ever be truly prepared for a Nazi Geneticist with Mothman Superpowers?

The Doggingsworth Academy's open day has finally arrived, and there is more than a simple Science Fair in store for The New Wave. Indoctrinated children, grisly members of the faculty, and nutty high school science experiments abound. Can our juvenile justicers keep Lakshmi's mother (and her mother's, well-meaning friends) safe from the superpowered, coked-up Neo-Nazi: Mothman? Tune in, and find out!

Splitting up the team right before disaster strikes doesn’t seem to be a habit The New Wave is willing to break anytime soon. Without the guise of his heroic persona to aid him, Jack finds himself stuck between old and new enemies alike. Who - or what - are the Tricksters, and what do they have to do with the Doggingsworth Academy? Also, who let the Karens bring guns into a school's Open Day?

Nothing brings out the raw feral energy in people like Halloween does; so ghosts and ghouls alike will feel right at home for today's special OVA. Join Fitz, Sweeny, and Inkwell as they strive to save Beach City from the wrath of Count Dracula. What makes this Dracula so special? Well, unlike many other Draculas, ours comes with a compelling mayoral campaign and a cruise ship. So, how will three unscrupulously rowdy teens stand up to the Lord of Darkness and his army of political sycophants? Not very well probably.

Mothman's hammer has smashed through Halcyon City's timeline, and now Jack and Lakshmi are victims of the Doggingsworth Diet - mind-altering drugs, propaganda, and algebra homework.It falls to Alex to rescue his teammates, but with supervillains lurking around every corner of the academy that's easier said than done. Can The Magician convince his brainwashed friends of their true identities and roll back the effects of Mothman's hammer? Not even he knows.This might be the end.

Stuck in an alternate dimension, there is no one to call on for help when all hope is lost. As his teammates memories fade as the seconds tick by, The Magician will need to speed things up if they are ever going to make it back home. With Jacks mistrust of Alex, and Lakshmi’s chemically induced, psychogenic fugue state wreaking bloody havoc in the Lab, some things are easier said than done. After all, this is an alternate dimension, nothing done here matters! Nothing is real, there are no consequences! Right?

The hangover has set in, but The New Wave still have some loose ends to tie up. Bullwark makes good on his promise to teach Lakshmi to fight while Alex receives a call from Rook Industries regarding his enigmatic, reality-altering powers. Something's eating Jack though, and it isn't the alien fungal spore on his arm. Worldbuilder is still, technically, at large... But is bringing her in the right thing to do? Tune in, and find out!

What is the line between Good and Evil? Who draws it, and what is it made of? Can a trio of teenagers even begin to grasp at the subtleties such concepts beget? With Adaptaur fully within Clavaria’s grasp, there is no telling whether his teammates' words will be heard after their confrontation with the reformed Page Turner. Tensions can only run higher however, as The New Wave rushes off to meet with Sir Arthur Castle at Rook Industries.

With The New Wave having reaffirmed their bonds in one another - promising to be open and honest as both teammates and friends - Jack continues his search for the missing Shorthorn in secrecy. Phone number in hand, Jack will have to muster up the courage to confront his ex-girlfriends multiverse doppelganger. Meanwhile, Lakshmi and Alex must come to terms with the reality of their recently expanded career path. Will Alex choose to join The Rookies? Will Lakshmi go with him and abandon their team leader?

The New Wave is no stranger to battle damage, but with no safe place to run to, and a teammate bleeding out fast, a usually simple situation quickly turns sour. With Lakshmi having just taken a strong stand against her authority as a mother, how will Mrs Deshpande react to a room full of bloody and wounded teens? Will the team be able to keep the remaining identities a secret? When a life is on the line, smaller things have a tendency to fall through the cracks of control. Let us hope this isn't the case for our young heroes.

What a way to start a 17th birthday! Not many teens request to have their limbs violently and unprofessionally removed for their birthdays, but luckily Jack is one of those people. As he and The Magician freefall towards the sidewalk below, Lakshmi returns just in time to greet a last-minute party guest. While no one remembers inviting a 10-foot tall wolf, it doesn’t take long to figure out that a certain, recently-estranged Aunt may be the one responsible for the party crashers.

Here it is, the conclusion to our thrilling Halloween Special: Sukeban Dracula! Right in time for Christmas as well. It’s Christmas Eve in Beach City, and three rebellious teens must somehow take down Dracula before the night is through. Even with the help of an eager Hellsing and his van, there is still an entire fish mafia between them and a vampire infested cruise ship. Just another typical holiday season in Beach City. So grab a cold one (or hot chocolate), unbutton your festively themed Hawaiian shirts (or slap on a sweater), and kick off your thongs (or grab a cozy blanket) because this one’s a chaotic present for you all. Happy Holidays!

So many choices and such little time; having regained the ability to truly think for himself for the first time in months, it seems Jack is at a loss. Does he stay with his estranged teammates, or will he run away once more to the distant shores of Australia? Before he can make any final decisions, he must save Shorthorn from the clutches of Mr Living before time runs out. With Lakshmi’s faith in the team failing, and Rook Industries vying for Alex’s loyalty, there is obviously only one solution to all of these problems: A Lunch Date!

For better or worse, the team is back together and all geared up just in time to save Shorthorn. Rook Industries obviously has their employees best interests at heart, as they prep the teens before take-off. Though, giving an unstable teenager an all-powerful, untested military-grade weapon right before he flies into battle probably isn't the most sound decision. To say Lakshmi and Jack are distrustful of their new pseudo-employers and their tech is an understatement, but when you have a supervillain to take down there isn’t much choice left.

What exactly does the experimental Rookie machine do? As far as The Invoker is concerned, it simply enhances his pre-existing talents... But is that all there is to it? He will have to find out on the fly as Arch Lich Lanius Balsure, a Gothic Worm, and several armed missiles threaten the lives of everyone in Exemplar Park. These are the most threats the New Wave has ever tackled simultaneously. They are going to have to get over their grievances quick. Or Else.

“Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.” Evidently the Rook Industries machine is not to be trifled with, so what will the outcome be when Invoker uses it to heal a severely wounded Shikari? With a reluctant Hyperdrive standing to the side, Invoker is free to grab a hold of the reins of Shikari’s destiny in any way he sees fit. Let us all hope it is for the better...after all, every action has its consequences.

The Magician, Adaptaur, and Shikari are no more...The New Wave will never be what it once was. Alone and bleeding out, Hyperdrive must make his way out of the Underprison while Lakshmi and the Invoker come to his aid. With no time to adjust to her new body, Lakshmi must put rediscovering herself - and by extension her hero identity - on the back burner in order to save her friend, and Halcyon city once more.

Within the halls of the maze that kept Pro Hero Bullwark trapped for three months, our intrepid heroes work to hunt down Ret-Con. Even with Fiber Optic guiding the way, the odds are stacked against them; Ret-Con - a villain even Bullwhark feared - will not be conquered easily. The New Wave will need to keep their wits about them if they are ever to make it out of The Hallways alive.

The Invoker's contract with Rook Industries comes with dozens of obligations and clauses, and Arthur Castle has sprung one in the form of a press conference. The team is reaching new levels of sleep-deprived and team morale is bad, with Hyperdrive still worried about The Invoker's protagonist delusions and Lakshmi reckoning with the fact that her secret identity is as good as gone. Nobody is even close to camera-ready right now, but the show must go on.

Now that the Underprison 3 is down to the Underprison 2, the New Wave take a break to collect themselves. Lakshmi sees her brothers for the first time since her transformation, while Hyperdrive meets with Fibre Optic to discuss the looming threat that is Solar Anomaly X. The Invoker takes the team out for lunch at Spiro's kebab shop, but his latest surge in fame leads to some difficult fan interactions.

Zeegark's trail has gone cold for Rook Industries, so the New Wave go back to doing what they do best - detective work. Lady Daph uses her image telepathy to scope out a secret hideout, while Hyperdrive leads an interrogation on an accomplice behind bars. The Invoker is still in crisis mode, however, and Lady Daph has finally had enough of it.

The New Wave have uncovered Zeegark's newest weapon of mass bloodsucking, and if they don't stop it then it's headed directly for the Spire. Lady Daph flexes her new super strength, while Hyperdrive finds himself in a duel of gadgets. The Invoker tries to separate Clavaria from her new host, but ends up splitting off more than he bargained for.

With Zeegark and The Pack successfully defeated, The New Wave have little time on their hands to find Angus a couch to crash on, and book Georgina a return flight home. They are barely out of the warehouse before they're all embroiled in a lover's tiff of intergalactic proportion. Bad rolls have bad tolls; let's see how our team handles a surprise encounter this time around...

With only 12 hours before Anomaly X crashes into Earth, The New Wave must pull themselves together to save the world one last time. However, preparing to fight a solar-charged Anomaly X is no small feat, so that means the teens will need everything to go smoothly before the battle. After all, it's only 12 hours. Nothing bad could possibly happen in 12 hours that would severely implement their ability to fight a super-charged, multi-dimensional monster. Nothing bad at all.

Anomaly X threatens to obliterate Earth in a high speed collision, and a spaceship full of teenagers are the only ones who can stop it. The dimension devourer has some bizarre abilities it has yet to unveil, so The New Wave have a fight of cosmic proportions on their hands.

Superstretch, try as he might, cannot get Cam Girl to study for their upcoming exam block. How can he when strange, shadowy amnesiacs prowl the academy grounds at night? The mystery just makes for damn good content! But once again, insidious forces are attempting to dox Cam Girl's stream, and it's up to our dysfunctional duo to deliver an A-Grade beatdown on the hacker. All they have to do is play his game...

25 years have passed since The New Wave repelled the intergalactic menace known as Anomaly X, and Halcyon City remains a hotbed of supervillainous activity... A new generation of aspiring young heroes from all across North America flocks to Alex Matthews' Academy for the Fantastical and Mundane to hone their skills as righteous defenders of the public... Among them, Tiana J. Reeds - better known as Camgirl - streams her everyday life as a teen superhero to adoring, though sometimes fickle fans... And Quincy Lime, an uncanny genetic experiment, seeks to understand what it truly means to be a human... Together, the duo stumbles upon an ugly conspiracy at the heart of the academy. Will they be able to stop it? Or more importantly... Will Alex Matthews stop them?

After a tense meeting with the student council president, our heroes in training attend their first combat class; surely they won't land themselves in the infirmary on the first day? Secrets of the school slowly begin to unfold as they meet the omnipotent Headmaster Alex Matthews. Who has our favourite magician turned into, and what exactly is this school really for?

With Stream Sniper beaten back, our tumultuous teens return to the Academy to stitch themselves up and face the consequences for the lives they've endangered. Just who is the enigmatic Stream Sniper?... A question for another time. Right now, Cam Girl and Superstretch must face off against tyrannical Student Bureaucracy and victims of the Professor's dark, magical arts...

The mysterious shadow girl has reappeared- this time, in the paradimensional principal's office of The Invoker, Alex Matthews. But for our heroes, Camgirl and Superstretch, one shadow child is just the beginning... Could Alex Matthews really be behind student disappearances at the Academy? And is Ja’cintra Matthews covering up a conspiracy on behalf of her... uh... uncle? One thing's for certain: our heroes need to be in fighting shape to confront the enigmatic heart of the academy. And that means meeting with Superstretch's equally enigmatic, alien creator...

After a whirlwind day at school, Camgirl and Superstretch settle in for a weekend of sleepover hijinks, giving them the chance to recuperate and plot their next move against Stream Sniper and Alex Matthews. As always, things are not as they seem, and Camgirl's Chat has begun a plot of their own...

Camgirl and Superstretch have found themselves in the middle of an ambush. But just what does this oddball army of Mask-wearing obsessives want? And where is StreamSniper exactly? For every question our heroes answer, two more pop up in its place. And at the centre of this Hydra seems to be... Alex Matthews.

With all signs pointing towards Alex Mathews descent into villainy, our heroic duo must unravel the secrets of the hidden rooms before the Fantastic Feast arrives. However, it’s not just the mysteries of the school that plague our young teen’s minds. Who…or what exactly is Quincy Lime, and how does he connect to the mysterious shadow children haunting the school's halls? Is it merely shared DNA, or something more sinister binding him to the evil within? There is only one way to find out, and CamGirl will be there to back him up along the way.

Our heroes conduct a night-time raid on the academy to clear out the final two shadow rooms on Daemon's map. They're not alone. The academy by day obscures the adversaries our heroes will face at night. The more resistance they face only proves that they're onto something that threatens to shatter Halcyon city's perception of their protector: Alex Matthews. But first, get your library cards ready, because Camgirl and Superstretch are on their way to borrow a book... and spring a trap laid by some old enemies.

With one more shadow room remaining, our heroes ready to take the fight to the Invoker. But Camgirl has a score to settle with rival journalist: Ja’cintra Matthews. Superstretch unflinchingly treats Tiana as collateral in his pursuit of the truth. It seems like the very atmosphere of the academy is pushing our heroes toward the realm of supervillainy, and if Quincy can't remind Tiana of her motivations as a hero they may have already lost... With the shadow rooms behind them, our heroes prepare for the Fantastical Feast. Camgirl apologises for exploding Ja’cintra Matthews's illustration set up, and Superstretch confronts Jan'Etu, embracing his role as an intergalactic peacekeeper. After tonight there is no turning back - once the speeches are given, and the solstice commences, nobody knows which friends or foes will emerge from The Invoker's demiplanar laboratory...

The door to Alex Matthews's lab has opened. Our heroes, Camgirl and Superstretch, face down a familiar, 7ft tall, indestructible mothwoman. With Superstretch doing his best to keep Lady Daph at bay, it falls to Camgirl to confront Streamsniper and bring Alex Matthews out of the darkness once and for all. Season 4! In this preliminary episode Shamus, Charlie, Aron, and Nick create fellow collegial students for their Breakfast Cult campaign. It's an introduction to the world of Breakfast Cult, and the sticky social circumstances that bind, alienate, and motivate their characters over the course of the campaign. Watch as our players struggle over names, bicker about who is the most popular, and make up salacious rumours on the spot in this lore-stuffed episode of RFE! Saffron Spiritcaller, from the mountains of Hokkaido. This troublemaker means well, but his intense expression and enchanted "Void" sword tend to scare other students off. Saffron is played by @Siythrun   Rudy Asyari, from the arcology of New Makassar. Rudy came to the institute to sculpt, but quickly found himself embedded in the criminal empire that is the institute's Art Club. Rudy is played by @duffhounds   Sweden's own Maja Olsson II. Maja is the heiress to a wealthy alchemical dynasty and also GIOT's youngest ever Student Council President, two things that are of course not linked AT ALL. Maja is played by @ChttrbxCharles

This story ends in a cell. Cold, afraid, and hopeless, three teenagers sit alone in an interrogation room awaiting their fate. They do not know what it will be; however, knowing that the Cleaners are now involved it cannot be any good. To figure out how our three teenagers got to this point, we must go back. Back to where it all began. Back to their first few days on the island, to their first few days of a new semester. First, we must go back to the Ganymede Institute of Occult Technology. Therein lies the answers. Let us hope they are the ones we want.

It's our students' first day back at the Ganymede Institute, and their week ahead is looking grim. Maja has been recruited by the principal to spy on her dorm mates, Saffron and Kevin, to determine which one of them is the ringleader of a plagiarism ring operating within the school. Meanwhile Rudy, the real culprit, has been given an ultimatum by the leader of the Femme Fatales to hand over a rebate or face an ass-beating of biblical proportions. In the middle of all of this is Saffron, the misunderstood delinquent. Some presence, is following him, and Kevin Fong might just have something to do with it.

Our protagonists discover their first clue to Kevin Fong's whereabouts: a vape box strapped to a live Tesla coil. President-Detective Maja Olsson is on the case! Suspicion falls on misunderstood miscreant Saffron Spiritcaller. Our students must piece together Kevin's movements before his untimely disappearance, and Rudy's lies aren't making things easy for any of them. How will our investigators ever get to the truth of things when they are hell-bent on keeping secrets from one another?  

The stench of rotting meat has crawled its way into the Ganymede dormitories, and it's followed by a thin trail of black flies. This strange phenomenon coincides with the disappearance of academic dropkick Kevin Fong. But is it just a coincidence, or is there something more beneath it? And how are Saffron's waking hallucinations connected with it? It's our unwitting detectives' first day back at school, and their first night is set to change their lives forever.

Our savvy students theorise there is a ghost in the dormitory, and they're not too far from the truth. Maja conducts background research on her dormmates and discovers something strange about Jane Doe. Saffron uses his new dream walking talents to spy on his dormmates, and piece together the events of the night he killed Kevin Fong. Meanwhile, Rudy meets with the Don of the art club criminal syndicate and requests help from the top to carry out orders for his plagiarism operation.

CW/ body horror Our duplicitous detectives are in urgent need of a secret gathering spot, and the dilapidated ruin of the old school building may be just the thing they need to evade the prying eyes of the student body. The old school building's infamy is no joke, and it's clear to our detectives that dark forces have co-opted the ruin for Outer Scientific spellcraft. An extradimensional horror lurks in the exploded boiler room, and our student investigators must rely on a delinquent's swordplay, and a semester's worth of arcane knowledge, to pacify it.

CW/ body horror   It took all of five minutes for the tongue-slug Maja found to attack her face with its tiny, blood-sucking beak. (Un)luckily, Saffron is there to perform a surgical slug removal with his cursed sword. Meanwhile, Rudy is still receiving messages from Kevin Fong's number. Is Kevin Fong really alive? Or is the abundant presence of death in an abandoned, under school junkyard a little too recent? A little too fresh? A little too alive? Find out on this week's episode of Real Fantasy Encounters!

After their confrontation with Kevin Fong's eldritch corpse, our student detectives attempt to readjust to normal academic life. Maja hears out Jin's crazy proposition in the booth of the local Burger Kong, Rudy shakes down Pavel for an injection of cold, hard cash, and Saffron bears witness to a harrowing seance that threatens to uncover the true identity of Kevin Fong's killer.

The truth comes out... Saffron spirits a terrified Rudy away into the woods to confess to a murder he's not sure he committed. But is this the damning revelation Saffron thought it would be, or is it an opportunity Rudy can't refuse? The sound of crotch rocket motorcycles rips through the forest darkness. There's never been a better time for an ambush...

Our detectives put yesterday's murderous events behind them and return to a run-of-the-mill day of school: home room, alchemy class, and occult lore to name a few. But beneath the surface, Saito's plan to alienate Saffron from the Institute's student body has been set into motion while the art club informant is still at large. There's never a dull moment for our student investigators...

Standby! In this episode Maja teams up with Pavel to produce class-assessed sleeping potions of unusual potency, Saffron locates his place of elemental power, and Rudy rushes to undo terrible plans that he has set into motion. The sinister gaze of the Computer Appreciation Society has fallen upon Saffron Spiritcaller, and now the whole school is on red alert...

Saffron Spiritcaller has gone into hiding, fearful of being doxxed by the student body of the Ganymede Institute, and Rudy has promised him protection within the Art Club Forgery Syndicate. Maja has bigger problems: tonight is date night. The horrors of spending an evening with Bartholomew Xavier are almost comparable to the horrors she'll experience at her "Advanced Alchemy" meetup. Above all of this is the question of Kevin Fong. Who, or what is he now he has returned from the dead?

Maja's dinner date goes about as well as expected, but her meeting with the Advanced Alchemy Club does not. Unwittingly she is drawn into a gathering of shadowy forces conspiring against the residents of Ganymede Island. Meanwhile, Saffron and Rudy dabble in the Outer Scientific practice of accidentally bringing people back from the dead.

Saffron Spiritcaller is only kinda dead, so Rudy has stuffed Saffron's lifeless body into his locker in the Art Club. Together with Maja, and the assistance of the Computer Appreciation Society they're gonna dox Saffron back to life. But when the mole's identity is revealed during homeroom, plans to rez Saffron are delayed. Can Saffron attune to his new ghostly powers to save his skin, or will Neko claim yet another mouse?

Maja has uncovered the identity of the Art Club whistle-blower. It seems like Rudy's machinations have finally been stifled, but can the two work together long enough to raise Saffron from the dead? The ancient, evil cat spirit that devours souls is getting hungrier for Saffron's soul by the day. Together they'll penetrate the dark heart of the Computer Appreciation Society's internet cafe front: WonderLAN...

Rudy is dangerously close to indulging Neko's desire for more souls despite Maja and Saffron's protests. But how else will they fulfil their promise to the CAS? Our Investigators are now en route to rescue their Home Room teacher, Jabari Al Nadir, from Sunrise Produce's deprogramming facility: The Broom Closet.

Maja has retrieved Professor Al-Nadir's body from the cult, but with his memories removed through outer science, he might not even remember who they are, let alone the information they need. Saffron learns some new ways to use his spirit form, and Rudy turns up some clues about his missing hermit crab.

Al-Nadir's memories are badly scrambled, and it could take some time to restore them without badly hurting him. Meanwhile, Overlord makes dramatic progress with the SIM card phylactery and Daddy Olsson drops around for dinner.

Our detectives have located a piece of damning evidence suggesting Lucrezia Cortez was involved with an Outer Scientific ritual to ghostify Jane Doe. With the cabal of Grandpa Worshippers and Muertos Cultists haunting the school grounds, it's only a matter of time before their curiosity gets them in deathly trouble. But our detectives have one thing on their side the cultists don't: A hermit crab.

Our detectives' dinner plans at the Arts Alliance AGM go horrifically wrong when Rudy goads Peaches into a nectar-fuelled berserker rage. Maja and Saffron coordinate to execute some underhanded chicanery against the vampiric art mogul, but will their antics be enough to sway Bhavneet's judgement, and prevent the murder of another unfortunate classmate? Lucky for them Rudy has an ace in the hole.

Rudy, Dash, and Mobile Saffron make their daring escape from Kaur Manor on the back of their giant hermit crab. Peaches pursues them on her crotch-rocket. Together they sow mayhem through Ganymede Student Village while Maja and Bhavneet plot bloody revenge against the people responsible for trashing her home. The end is in sight for our detectives, and it looks like there'll be a cabal of cultists and cleaners waiting for them when they get there.

In the aftermath of Clampy's demise, Saffron is given the chance to rise from his digital ashes into the world once more. With Rudy held captive by cultists, it is up to Maja to retrieve Saffron's cold corpse, and prep it for resurrection. With time running out, and enemies closing in, there is no guarantee for success.

Saffron is on a cultist slaying rampage, and if Maja can't stop him then they'll both soon be facing down the much greater threat of a Neko at full power. Rudy's rescue mission into the Broom Closet leads to a much deeper conspiracy buried underneath the island.

Saffron's soul is at stake as he and Neko continue to duke it out at the Ganymede Waste Processing Plant. Simultaneously, Rudy plots to escape from the subterranean Replacement Institute before having his memory completely wiped. After tonight, our gang's perception of reality itself is under existential threat. Can Maja rely on her father to smuggle them off the island, or will the influence of the Institute's Cleaners prove too much to resist?

The detentioneers try and return to the school lives they had before the death of Kevin Fong, but none of them can rest easy knowing the secrets of the island. Maja approaches Overlord with an offer to turn whistleblower, Rudy and Bhavneet come up with a new criminal scheme, and Saffron seeks out a broken Professor Al-Nadir.

The students descend into the undercampus intent on livestreaming the truth beneath the Institute and stealing whatever, and whoever, they can carry. Every second ticks toward doom for our detentioneers. Let's hope they're quiet enough, or audacious enough, to locate the dry dock and escape from Ganymede Island.

Having freshly disembarked, and with no nautical experience between them, our teens must look within themselves to figure out a way home, if there even is a home left for them. After all, what home can be had when The Foundation is hell-bent on their erasure? Hopefully, the powers that be are on their sides.

It all comes down to this. Castaway on the open ocean, all that stands between our detentioneers and freedom is a turncoat, yokai stoner and her loving dad. Will our heroes open the Gate and portal to freedom from Ganymede Island, or will the Foundation wipe their memories and subject them to further future-proofing experiments? On our first Episode of Heart: The City Beneath we are introduced to our Delvers: a sordid assortment of displaced outcasts searching for meaning in the grotesque, cavernous reaches of the Heart. Moon's Chosen Light, the Heretic, hears the profane sirensong of the Moon Beneath calling to him; Muzz'el, the Deep Apiarist, seeks a cure for their twisted form of honeycomb and reunion with their familiar pack; and Hyponikon Screed, the Incarnadine, follows salt trails and scrimshaw carvings to the Rhinestone Skywhale, a grim reminder of his life of servitude in the Spire.

Our Delvers' first stop is the Sword Kitchen at the Temple of the Moon Beneath. But between them and the church is a zealot with a rifle and deep-set prejudice against pigeon-brained automatons. It's up to Moon's Chosen Light to negotiate the only way he knows how - with smoke and blood.

Our Delvers locate the Temple of the Moon Beneath, but without a shipment of swords to trade they are merely another band of foolhardy pilgrims. A merchant makes an open wager, and Hyponikon accepts... This merchant doesn't know what happens when you kill a Red Priest. The current map of the heart our Delvers have

Our Delvers return to the place where their fates became intertwined. Within lie unpredictable horrors, and the threat of bees and Bloodbeasts. Can our Delvers overcome the perils of the Reaperwood, or will Hyponikon's divine greed lead them to their deaths?

Our delvers must survive the abhorrent Bloodbeast they have encountered on the slopes deeper into the Heart. There will be no time to lick their wounds. At the ski lift beyond is a packless Gnoll from the other side. Not everything is as it appears with this stranger, but not everything is as it appears with Muzz'el either... The bees have plans. Our delvers cannot be allowed to interfere...

Muzz'el attempts to coerce the delvers into riding a rickety ski lift into the unfathomable depths of the Heart. From the outside Muzz'el appears lucid, but Moon's Chosen Light suspects them of supernatural treachery. Will our delvers hold fast? Or will they indulge the whim of the bees?

Our delvers find their way to a bug collector's haven on the other side of the sabotaged ski-lift where they meet two deep apiarists managing a Bed & Breakfast. Muz'zel seeks answers about their enigmatic curse while Hyponikon and Moon's-Chosen-Light admit themselves to Silverfish Park and infiltrate a prestigious entomologist's private collection.

Moon's Chosen Light takes a tour through Silverfish Park with fellow High-elf and avid bug collector: Camo. While they're distracted, Hyponikon takes a tour behind the velvet rope and sneaks a look at Camo's private collection. Meanwhile, at the B&B, Muz'zell eludes a vengeful Warband of Heretics. At the centre of all of this is Camo's prized specimen: a dead (for now at least) Pupilia moth.

Our delvers are en route to exact a moth's revenge against an expert bug collector. In exchange it will lead them to the Papillius Library, an archive of knowledge nobody knows. Within our delvers will uncover secrets about their own mystifying conditions, and glimpse the true nature of the Heart.

Having acquired an assortment of arcane tomes, our Delvers' path through the Heart will take them to the haven of Hallow, the domain of the 1111-eyed angel: Theolosian. Between them and the perilous comfort of the Heart is an infestation of corrupted Papillius moths... But all bugs die the same under the crushing weight of a Heretic's brazier.

Our delvers are bound for Hallow having escaped the clutches of the Papillius Library, and the vengeful ploys of the Drow Vigilites. They find themselves randomly spat into the infested wilderness beyond the library. In front of them is an all-too-convenient inconvenience store, and on the horizon: a derelict space-faring vessel. The Heart is yet to reveal itself.

A supposed saint has built a rocketship in the Heart for an interstellar quest, but Hyponikon has reason to doubt that it will ever take off. Light reads about an angel that eats people, and Muzz'el meets some human cultists with suspiciously gnollish tech.

Muz'zel has a son! And worse, he's in the Heart working as a navigator in the Space Boudoir of St. Landsmith. It is imperative our delvers take him out of this horrible place, but there are fires on the horizon, and the Holy Church of the Moon Beneath may have something different to say...

Our Delvers put as much space between Landsmith's Rocket and themselves as possible, and are en route to the fabled haven of Hallow. However, they must first make it through the perilous pitfalls of The Barbed Shacks. On the way, they discover a secret entrance belonging to the famed Gryndel Club, a door to nowhere with no key. Our travellers must make a choice: to brave the known dangers of the path before them, or to step into the mysterious doorway, not knowing what may be lurking behind.

The Gryndel door opens, and Jagged, the sky-whaling tycoon, encounters Light and Hyponikon outside the haven of Hallow. The Tycoon offers the elves an opportunity to hunt the Bassidian Land-shark (a misnomer as it's actually a mushroom). Meanwhile, Muz'zel and Clawde are trapped in the Briar. After dialling 1 for assistance they make their way through bloodbeast infested rainforest to the Gryndel Club where they sheepishly apply for membership...

Our Delvers are scattered across the Heart. Hyponikon colludes with the Blood-Witch Voto to rescue Muz'zel and their son from the Briar. Meanwhile, Muz'zel and Clawde commence their hunt for a Blood Gibbon to present to the Gryndel Club. Finally, Moon's Chosen Light undergoes a ritual to become a scion of the angel, Theolosian. What is clear is that something, or someone, is hunting the Heart. Though who, or what, it is none of them can say.

Our Delvers wait in Hallow for their Aelfir mark to return. A Hallow witch puts Moon into a dreamstate where he experiences angelic visions, Muzz'el confronts another one of their children stranded in the Heart, and Clawd conspires with Hyponikon to wipe his father's memories.

Our Delvers prepare for their unfortunate Landshark hunting accident. Muz'zel gets a complimentary orb consult from a Haven witch, and Light awakens from his prophetic moon hallucination, committing himself fully to Hyponikon's murderous goals. Together with Jagged, they track their enigmatic quarry through the fungus-laden tangle of Briar.

Our delvers enact their murderous plan. Hyponikon and Light attempt to befriend the insulidian landshark, but the plan backfires and it falls to Muz'zel and their Gryndel Club connections to save them all from catastrophe.
