In this episode of the hockey strength podcast, David is Joined by Paul Valukas from the University of Wisconsin. Paul opens up the show by discussing how a unique experience in Patagonia taught him about leadership and solidified his love for strength and conditioning. He then dives deep into his time at the University of Denver, where he truly learned that gym layout, appropriate cueing and attention to detail go a long way toward getting the most out of your athletes. Like many high-level coaches, Paul has had the chance to work in both the professional and collegiate levels.
