In this week's episode, we are discussing something I feel that all mompreneurs (and people in general) deal with no matter how long they've been in their career or business--and that's imposter syndrome. It is a limiting belief that keeps a lot of people stuck and not moving forward.  I walk you through my definition of imposter syndrome, as well as techniques that I personally use to help you take action whenever you feel like an imposter.
