Because of that, he challenged himself back in 2022 to run the NYC marathon. Sean embarked on this new fitness journey, while being a father of two, and working a full time job. You may know Mike from the viral sound  "Did You Know That Less Than 1% of the Worlds Population will Run a Marathon, Less Than 1%, That's Pretty Cool!" Although that line doesn't do justice to what Mike has accomplished in life, business, and fitness. Mike started his passion for running in 1st grade along with his love for Football, which led to him competing in the middle school/high school level, and ended up as a 300m hurdler. His senior year he was knocking out crazy PRs, which led to him running D1 track and field in college by an Olympic Coach. Mike talks about his story running in college, and gives great tips for young athletes. Additionally, we jump into Mikes career. Mike lives in LA and has his dream job as an entrepreneur, being able to explore his inner creativity. His first major job in the industry was at Nickelodeon,  and he used the skills he learned to start his own company with his fiance. Now along with his business, Mike is creating very high quality running content, that is both humorous and entertaining.
