Hello Strong Sunflowers, This week episode we dive into finding identity in our religion, specially when what you identify with/as doesn't conform to the “norm” or the standards of your church. Growing up very conservative Jordan, like many of us, felt that many boxes needed to be checked. We were taught no loud laughter, prepare to meet your husband and to be a “good” wife. But what if you don't want a husband ? What if you're identifying as gay ? What if being bold and loud is YOUR truth ? This episode is a reminder to live in your truth, life is not a check list. You don't have to continuously meet everyones expectations. You don't have to stay in places where you're uncomfortable, where youre not feeling excepted, scene, or understood. Thank you for being in our field, we love you and we hope this episode helps you live in your truth and living life uncensored. Enjoy.
