The Morning Shift crew also talks about how they think that ESPN and Fox's streaming service bundle is nice right now, but won't be if they eventually decide to raise the price. Finally, Ali, Mike, and Beau close out hour two by diving into the life of Beau “Squidbilly” Morgan in The Life of Squid!

Carl and Mike revisit their conversation with pass rusher trainer, Dezmon Walker, to which Carl states that after hearing what Walker had to say about several of the Falcons players including Ruke Orhorhoro, Arnold Ebiketie and Leonard Floyd, his excitement for the season has grown as he and Mike agree in hoping the team has a 'release the hounds' defensive mindset.

HR3 - Falcons' offense needs to be able to control clock, but also be vertical threat In hour three Mike Johnson, Beau Morgan, and Ali Mac let listeners call in for the Wake Up Call to give their take on Carson Beck's comments during SEC Media Days, Atlanta Falcons Training Camp, or even the status of Dylan's car. Seemingly out of nowhere, the Falcons erupted for 5 sacks versus the Chargers, with Arnold Ebiketie leading the way with 2. Despite the 4 interception day by Kirk Cousins, the Falcons defense still held a formidable offense in the Chargers to 17 points, a stellar performance given the situation. Now the Falcons travel to Minnesota to take on the Vikings, a team that also has a decent offense, but unlike the 10th ranked Chargers, the Vikings are 27th in the NFL in pass yards per game with a whopping 243. Facing a far more inferior pass defense should bode well for Kirk Cousins and the Falcons' passing attack on Sunday. As long the Falcons defense can put together another performance even slightly as good as the game versus the Chargers, the Vikings will most certainly lose.

Tiffany, Mike, Beau, and Rusty discuss if Georgia Tech beating Notre Dame or Georgia beating Texas would be a bigger, Smael Mondon being out on Saturday not being a surprise, what Georgia has to do to beat Texas, what the expectations should be for the Georgia defense going up against Texas, what's wrong with Tennessee, if Georgia Tech starting quarterback Haynes King will play Saturday against Notre Dame, if Georgia's game against Texas this Saturday is an elimination game for them, and the SEC Championship game not mattering when it comes to teams getting into the College Football Playoff.
