General Hospital Recap: February 9–13, 2026 Lucas realized something bigger is happening at Wyndemere after overhearing Marco and his father discussing Britt's medication being withheld. Liz warned him it isn't safe to stay there, and Lucas confronted Marco. Cullum told Carly to stop distracting Brennan, which led Carly to share news of Anna's alleged breakdown with Valentin. Dante and Brennan agreed the story about Anna going rogue doesn't add up. Laura and Mac offered Dante the commissioner job, and he later warned Chase about going rogue. Lucy's feud with Ava escalated. After clashing at the nail salon — where Lucy stormed out without paying — Jenz told her he had vetted both women and believes in second chances. Lucy later accepted a dinner invitation for three, without Ava knowing. Portia rushed a paternity test confirming Curtis is the father. Curtis suggested formal custody arrangements before the baby arrives. Kristina admitted she submitted Molly's manuscript without permission, leaving Molly unable to revise it. Tracy encouraged Cody to keep reading the book and see how the story develops. Danny asked about the Cassadine family tree and told Jason he kissed Charlotte. Valentin warned Charlotte not to trust anyone. In Boston, Maxie woke up and returned to mom mode. Felicia then told her Nathan is alive. Daily Soap Opera Spoilers by Soap Dirt (GH, Y&R, B&B, and DOOL)
Click to Subscribe: https://bit.ly/Youtube-Subscribe-SoapDirt General Hospital spoilers reveal the departure of Jason Morgan played by Steve Burton. The ABC soap opera teases a dramatic exit for the character, as Burton takes a break from the show. The actor, who recently married Michelle Lundstrom, aims to spend more time with his family. Rumors swirl around his relocation from California to Nashville, but nothing is confirmed yet. GH spoilers suggest the plot thickens as Jason Morgan finds himself in the midst of dangerous drama. Faison's book dedication to Anna Devane (played by Finola Hughes) and the cigarillos found in Cullum's Cope have heightened Jason's worries. Subsequently, Jason may take off to France to help Anna, who is currently incarcerated at a clinic there. Spoilers for General Hospital hint a potential twist could involve Jason being captured in France and placed in the same mental hospital as Anna. Alternatively, Jason could be held hostage to leverage Britt (character of Kelly Thiebaud) into completing her research. The writers could also repeat a past plot involving Jason's plane crashing on his way to France, leaving him presumed dead. More GH spoilers support the fans hope that the show doesn't trick them into thinking Jason is dead, as it has happened previously when Burton left to join Young and Restless. With Steve Burton's return to filming planned for late May or early June, viewers can expect Jason back on screen around July, just in time for the summer sweeps. This week on General Hospital (February 2–6), the episodes moved slowly until Friday reframed everything. We focused heavily on Willow and the custody situation, including the sixty forty compromise in Michael's favor and the fallout from Willow taking Michael's house key and making it look like he had been in the house. Chase continued inserting himself where he didn't belong, questioning Molly and later testing Michael's keys at Drew's house. Friday shifted the week when Willow admitted to Drew that she shot him, injected him, and explained that he now needs ongoing medication. That led to a larger conversation about Drew being discharged, with Lucas raising concerns about whether Drew was ever asked what he wanted. Britt's situation tightened as well. After agreeing to let Jason reverse engineer her medication, it went missing and turned up with Cullum, who told her she would receive one dose at a time at Wyndemere. Anna was found in France after escaping and flagging down a car while talking about Cesar being alive. Emma went to Felicia, and authorities moved toward placing Anna in a mental health facility, despite Anna warning that Faison would use Emma to get to her. Joss continued digging, questioning Laura about power grids and Liesl about the Faison book and fresh cigarettes found on Spoon Island. Lucas quietly clocked several things at Wyndemere, including Britt's presence and Pascal's behavior. We also touched on Tracy reclaiming Edward's decanter, Diane's skiing injury, Ezra's uncomfortable gym scenes, Sonny adopting a rescue dog named Fizz, and the legal limits of Willow's accusations. This week on General Hospital (January 26–30, 2026), a major storm shut down Port Charles, forcing characters into close quarters and pushing secrets into the open. Joss went all-in on her Wyndemere investigation, openly questioning Brick about power grids and intentionally heading to the island during the storm, where she crossed paths with Cullum and picked up clues that pointed her straight to Anna. Meanwhile, Anna's captivity grew more disturbing as she was isolated without power and taunted by someone using Faison's voice, leaving her increasingly disoriented. Britt and Jason's week moved from confrontation to confession. After Britt threatened Jason with a restraining order, Lucas became suspicious of her secret work at Wyndemere. By week's end, Britt and Jason were snowed in together, where Britt revealed Cullum's control over her, the WSB involvement, and how her Huntington's medication is being used against her. Molly and Cody were also stranded together, with tension rising after Cody read Molly's manuscript and struggled with how he was portrayed. Tracy and Martin were forced to share Drew's place, leading to blunt conversations about Luke and past choices, while Portia and Trina clashed over paternity, trust, and long-standing lies. We also covered the week's “wait, what?” moments, listener emails, a debunked Steve Burton rumor, and a discussion of the upcoming Tony Geary tribute. A Table at the Tan-O: Conversations About the World of General Hospital
It's a good thing Gia and Keisha aren't on the hunt for a man because genealogists they are not. It appears Danny and Charlotte should not be left alone together. It also appears the storm was not really a storm, so Carly had to sleep with Jack. Now that the sun is shining, is everything back to normal? Britt and Jason will have to pretend they're not an item, but she really needs his help now. Joss doesn't appear to need help, but she does need to get out of this staring contest with Cullum. And poor Alexis! Mrs. Cain is picking up where Mr. Cain left off. Terrible! Also, Chase is turning into a real stinker. Got it — here's a much tighter, cleaner version that still hits the major beats and flows smoothly:This was a heavy four-day week on General Hospital (January 19–23, 2026), with nearly every storyline tied to the fallout from Willow's not-guilty verdict. Even without a full week of episodes, the show packed in a lot — and most of it unraveled fast once everyone left the courtroom. The week opened with Willow, Drew, Nina, and Chase returning to Drew's house to “celebrate,” though the mood was anything but joyful. Nina was eager to stay, Chase brought flowers, and Scout wandered in with questions, but Drew abruptly sent Nina away and Chase soon followed. Once alone, Willow toasted Drew — then stabbed him in the neck with a syringe, repeating the exact words he'd said the night he was shot. In that instant, Drew finally realized Willow had been the shooter. At the hospital, Willow slipped into crisis mode, playing distraught while quietly disposing of the syringe and keeping her story straight. Nina began noticing how off the timing felt, especially as Willow seemed to know too much about Drew's condition. Alexis balanced suspicion with relief that Scout was safe. We talked a lot about how unsettling it is that Willow went free — and how her real punishment may be staying married to Drew. Trina and Kai even said it out loud: Willow avoided prison, but she's trapped in the life she created.Michael struggled all week, especially with Sonny, reopening old wounds about trust and protection. His anger spilled into a physical confrontation with Chase, already spiraling after his demotion — a demotion that felt especially unfair compared to Nathan's return without consequences.Tracy had a strong week, offering to protect Jason if needed and recognizing that Chase needed to talk to Brook Lynn instead of self-destructing. Britt, meanwhile, pushed Jason away and picked fights with Carly, clearly acting out. Jason refused to choose, and Carly surprisingly clocked that something deeper was going on.Anna's story grew darker as she heard Faison's voice and later “saw” Peter, likely hallucinations that only deepened our Faison theory. Emma went searching for Mac and instead crossed paths with Nathan, with Gio staying by her side. Elizabeth and Laura shared a quiet, grounding scene about grief and support. We also discussed the brief Anthony Geary tribute, which felt abrupt but made more sense once we learned a full tribute episode is coming. This podcast is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or sponsored by ABC Television Network, Prospect Studios, or any official General Hospital organizations. I cannot stress enough how the character development in this show did not cease to amaze me and to truly understand Pennywise, you have to understand what he represents. However, there is one character in the series I would love to know more about, and that is Periwinkle herself, the daughter of Pennywise as the younger adaptation played by the extremely talented Emma-Leigh Cullum who delivered her role flawlessly.I had the honor and pleasure of sitting down with this young and amazing actress who we have all come to love as Young Periwinkle, the daughter of the notorious clown, Pennywise. She went into great detail regarding what it was like on set with Bill Skarsgård, the dynamic on and off set, the makeup process, and what she liked the most about her character. As an actress in a period piece, one might want to do some research about the era ensuing in the show, but Emma did not do any research and that is what talent is all about and I can most certainly agree that she is very talented. It: Welcome to Derry is still streaming on HBO Max and Apple TV. I highly encourage checking out the show. And if you are like me, I love origin stories and this series is heading in that direction.
This week on General Hospital (Jan 12–16, 2026) was tense and emotionally heavy, with the trial driving nearly everything. Much of our discussion focused on Alexis, whose role shifted once she learned Trina and Kai were with Drew the night he was shot. Her choices — and the moral gray area she navigated with Diane and Sonny — showed just how boxed in she truly was.In court, reasonable doubt ruled, but the verdict didn't bring clean closure. Fallout lingered for Dante and Chase, while chaos exploded at the Quartermaine house as Tracy, Ned, Olivia, and Drew collided, ending with Olivia pulling a rifle on Drew and Laura later forcing a fragile truce. We also covered Molly and Cody taking a sincere, slightly uncomfortable step forward, Anna's disturbing isolation and psychological manipulation, and the growing uncertainty around Faison's shadow. Valentin, Carly, Brennan, and Cullum continued taking risks that feel ready to unravel.Plus: Britt and Jason's axe-throwing date and concerns about old patterns, set changes, legal nuance, cast news, and a listener theory that Drew could be Shiloh.Hosts Amanda and Shannon break it all down in their weekly recap.

After reaching the Class 4A girls lacrosse state final for the second consecutive season, head coach Ryan Hines, senior midfielder Cora Betten and senior defender Helaina Cullum are this week's guests on The Final Score podcast. The Hawks are bidding to become the first state girls lacrosse champions from Frederick County. To do it, they must beat four-time reigning champion Broadneck, the team they narrowly lost to in last year's state final. Hines, Betten and Cullum chat with host Greg Swatek about what it will take to knock off Broadneck and what it would mean to them to make history as Frederick County's first girls lacrosse state champs. They also talk about the journey back to another state final and the things that make this particular team unique. Prior to that conversation, FNP sports writer Alexander Dacy joins Greg to talk about all of the action in the state playoffs, including Middletown's improbable comeback to win the Class 1A boys lacrosse state championship, Urbana baseball's wild 13-inning win in the state semifinals and Catoctin softball trying to send star pitcher Taylor Smith out with a state title.

I get a lot of questions about wader care, storage, and washing instructions. Fit can also affect how long waders last and how comfortable they are. Waders are one of our most expensive purchases, outside of a rod and reel, and in order to make them last longer we need to take good care of them, so they stay waterproof and comfortable. My guest this week is Natalie Cullum [27:14], Orvis product developer in charge of waders and technical outerwear. She knows all about the fabric used in waders, the technology involved in their construction, and how critical fit is in their comfort and durability. If you are looking for a new pair of waders this season, or if you want to make your current pair of waders last longer, this podcast is essential listening. In the Fly Box this week, we have some interesting questions and tips form listeners, including: Is the Orvis Tippet Knot a suitable substitute for the blood knot? Do you think there is a chance that dry-fly purism will come back? Does a saltwater line cast worse in fresh water? Can you suggest a use for the fluffy material at the base of a Coq de Leon feather? Do you have any tips for dry flies in salt water? A listener suggests some kind of national organization to purchase public lands that are planned on being sold as part of the inflation reduction act. Will there be Orvis Pro Wading Boots in size 15? What is it that Tom brings on the water that most people might not have in their pack or vest? I keep catching landlocked salmon of the same size. Can you suggest a way to target the bigger ones?

Welcome back to another thought-provoking episode of Tank Talks! Matt Cohen sits down with John Ruffolo to dissect the most pressing developments in tech, finance, and AI. From major banking shifts to the evolving landscape of AI-driven SEO, this episode delivers sharp insights and expert analysis you won't want to miss.* The Bank of Canada's latest interest rate cut—will it actually help the economy?* The power shift in Canadian banking: What CIBC's CEO transition means for the future.* Open banking and AI's role in reshaping the financial landscape.* The rapid rise of AI-driven SEO—how companies are optimizing for large language models.* CoreWeave's massive IPO plans and why John Ruffolo sees echoes of the Nortel bubble.* The brewing U.S.-EU trade war—why Trump's tariff threats could hit Canadian businesses harder than expected.Canada's Banking Future: CIBC's Big Shift (00:04:00)* Victor Dodig steps down as CIBC CEO after 11 years, handing over to Harry Cullum, a capital markets veteran.* The big question: Can Cullum lead CIBC into the digital era, or will traditional banks struggle to keep up with fintech and AI-powered banking?* Why open banking is no longer a threat, but an opportunity for Canada's biggest banks.John Ruffolo's Take:John sees Cullum as a strong leader with deep expertise in digital banking, positioning him well for the transition. However, he warns that legacy banks must move quickly to stay competitive as fintech innovation accelerates, or risk falling behind in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.AI's SEO Revolution: The Future of Search (00:10:00)* Companies are now optimizing for AI models, not just Google Search.* Mercury and Vercel are already seeing significant growth in inbound leads from large language models.* The big shift: Instead of backlinks and keywords, companies are feeding training data directly into AI models.CoreWeave's Billion-Dollar Bet: Nortel 2.0? (00:14:00)* CoreWeave, an AI-focused cloud company, is skyrocketing in valuation—going from $16 million in revenue to $1.9 billion in just two years.* NVIDIA and Microsoft are heavily invested—so what happens if they pull the plug?* Is CoreWeave truly innovative, or just benefiting from excess GPU capacity?John Ruffolo's Take:"This reminds me way too much of Nortel in the late ‘90s. They pumped up revenue, but it was all based on unsustainable deals. Watch this one carefully."As AI reshapes industries, banking undergoes major leadership shifts, and companies scramble to adapt to new digital landscapes, the stakes have never been higher. Will traditional banks successfully embrace open banking and digital transformation, or will fintech disruptors take the lead? Can AI-driven SEO remain a competitive advantage, or will regulators step in to level the playing field? And as CoreWeave pushes toward its high-stakes IPO, is this the beginning of a new tech revolution, or a repeat of past market bubbles? The coming months will reveal whether these trends signal long-term shifts—or short-lived hype. This is a public episode. This week's guest is Chris Cullum, the chef-owner of Cullum's Attaboy, the small but heavy hitting Tobin Hill restaurant founded by the James Beard finalist a stone's throw from Cullum's Attagirl, the tiny fried chicken shack he's run for more than eight years. Cullum was a 2024 finalist for Best Chef: Texas from the James Beard Foundation. Cullum, however, is all about his team and the people he feeds, not industry awards that nonetheless can make a career. Listen as Cullum discusses his unique San Antonio upbringing and the ways that it has influenced the food he serves.

According to court documents, the elaborate plan to kill Veronica Butler and Jillian Kelly began with a simple lie, the day before the murders. Tad Cullum, the boyfriend of grandmother Tiffany Adams, had asked the owner of the property he rented for cattle grazing, if he could do some work in the pasture, with his skid steer. Picture a heavy-duty front-end loader, with lift arms that can attach to various tools, especially ones for digging. Cullum reportedly said he wanted to cut down a tree, remove a stump, and bury some concrete. The intent was that if the hole was discovered, it was explainable. If the land owner was asked about the disturbed dirt and track marks, he could honestly answer that some dirt work had been done and concrete had been buried. The landowner just didn't know there were bodies underneath. News reports also say there was hay placed near and on the digging site to draw Cullum's cattle to the spot, to trample the earth, further disguising the dig. The OSBI, the FBI, and the Texas County Sheriff's Department followed cell phone pings to find a horrific scene, a 10-foot-deep hole, 8 1/2 miles from the mom's abandoned car, in a pasture on leased farmland and near a bridge. Whether the two moms were buried alive.... not yet revealed. Associate District Judge Clark Jett entered "not guilty" pleas on the behavior of Adams, Cullum, Cora, and Cole Twombly. Judge Jett also assigned pro bono attorneys for each of the four defendants and denied bail. According to the police affidavit the 4 suspects “ had “resources sufficient to organize and execute a complex murder and therefore, they also have the resources to flee if given the opportunity.” The police documents also say Adams and Cullum own numerous firearms, and Cullum had a rifle, ammunition, body armor, and a “go-bag” prepared at his home. A police affidavit says Tiffany Adams allegedly gave statements indicating she was responsible for the deaths of Veronica Butler and Jillian Kelley. Investigators now say they believe Butler and Jillian Kelley were lured to the location, arriving around 9:40 a.m. Besides the pools of blood, officers found Butler's glasses on the ground near a broken hammer. Police say they believe the women were forced into another vehicle. Much information has been released in the probable cause affidavit, but not the women's cause of death. The bodies were found in a cattle pasture, leased by Tad Bert Cullum, the boyfriend of grandmother Tiffany Adams. The location was narrowed down by cellphone data from three burner phones purchased by Adams. The phones first pinged at the location of Butler's abandoned car, the data then led police to the pasture property. Obvious signs of digging were discovered. A hole had been dug and filled back in. Inside the hole were the bodies of the missing women. The motive, according to investigators, is custody of Butler's two children: a custody battle has gone on for more than five years. Father Wrangler Rickman, Tiffany Adam's son, had custody of the children, but Rickman was confirmed to be in a rehabilitation facility in Oklahoma City. Veronica Butler's custody arrangement allowed her supervised visitation with her children every Saturday. And reportedly, according to Butler's attorney, she was likely to be granted unsupervised visitation during an upcoming hearing. The affidavit states that “Adams vehemently opposed this and went to great lengths to plan and purchase items used in Butler and Kelley's murders,” It continues... “Adams, Cullum, Cole and Cora were willing to kidnap and murder two victims to limit visitation for Butler.” Court documents allege that Adams and the other suspects tried to killer Butler once before in February. Adams, her boyfriend, and the other couple drove to Butler's home near Hugoton, Kansas, intending to kill her. A witness told investigators that the planned was to throw an anvil through Butler's windshield while she was driving. They reasoned that it would look like an accident, but Butler did not leave her home. As state investigators pulled information from Adams' phone, it showed web searches for “taser pain level, gun shops, prepaid cellular phones, and how to get someone out of their house." That's also according to the probable cause documents. Adams reportedly purchased five stun guns before the women's disappearances, according to the documents. She bought three prepaid, unregistered burner phones from a Walmart near her. All the prepaid burners stopped transmitting the mornings the women went missing.
