Naresh gives that elevation in the movie about it:    It has amazing music, it has comedy, it has romance, it has the best drama, it has emotion and most of all it has highs, not one but so many goosebumps moments and elevations. End credits.  I usually dont cry in movies. But the last 30 minutes made me cry and climax scene and credits made me cry a lot. It's so sad knowing that the greatest actress who ever lived is not with us anymore.  Direction by Nag Ashwin is perfect. This movie is a masterclass in storytelling and it a classic. From writing, direction, and all technicalities, it is flawless. These are the types of movie they should make on a weekly basis meaning this range or quality in Telugu instead we get such rod films almost every week.

The audio launch event of the highly anticipated Rajinikanth film Jailer was held last week with plenty of fanfare. However, that did not spare the film from being scrutinised by the censor board. The upcoming action film reportedly underwent 11 cuts, and the filmmakers were asked to shorten the lengths of the violent action scenes before granting it a UA certificate. Jailer will be released in theatres on 10th August.

Ranveer Singh's sports film 83, based on the heroic performance by the Indian cricket team at the 1983 World Cup, may not have impressed at the box office when it released, following multiple setbacks due to the pandemic. But it appears the film is now set to be bestowed with a unique honour later this year. The inspiring tale of how the underdog Indian cricket team overcame the mighty West Indies team at the 83' World Cup is set to be screened at the Lord's Cricket Ground in London, which is revered as the most prestigious cricketing venue in the world. It also makes it a relevant space as it is here that Kapil Dev and his men lifted the World Cup, marking India's first historic win in the international contest. The screenings will be held on July 15th and 16th.
