His book was an exposé of economic exploitation disguised as “development.” He has since turned his focus to exposing the “death economy” that involves four “E’s” (extraction, exploitation, extortion and yes, extinction) and empowering the life economy based on 4 R’s — renewables, respect for the web of life and human life as well, and redefining “growth” as growth in happiness and wellbeing while using more resourcefulness and fewer resources.The most heartening statement was this: In corporations worldwide, there is an awakening awareness to this new “bottom line” that reflects what Swami has said: “If we lose the earth, there goes our GDP.”This awakened awareness is now being sparked and cultivated by this week’s guest, Steve Farrell, founder of Conscious Business Initiative and the Conscious Business Declaration.Steve’s own background, epiphany and transformation make him the perfect convener for this new initiative. Since her involvement with Humanity’s Team in 2005 Anna-Mari has served in a number of ways: Worldwide Oneness Declaration Coordinator; facilitator of the Humanity’s Team Spiritual Leadership Awards for Archbishop Desmond Tutu in 2009 and the late Mr Nelson Mandela in 2014.  Co-leader of the Oneness in Twelve Spheres of Life Initiative together with Steve Farrell, World Wide Coordinating Director for Humanity’s Team. We agreed to create an Oneness Petition and to solicit signatures from all over the world. In 2010 we gathered over 50,000 signatures from over 150 countries and arranged a meeting with Ambassador Anwarul Chowdhury at the United Nations. On May 20th our team presented the petition and formally requested that the United Nations create a Global Oneness Day. The rest is history. Awake 2 Oneness Radio with Worldwide Coordinating Director for Humanity’s Team Steve Farrell, Friday April 17, 2015 at 7:00 PM EDT.   I first made a connection with Steve Farrell in October 2014 when I created a video in honor of Global Oneness Day on October 24, 2014.  Humanity’s Team sponsors Global Oneness Day annually bringing together dozens of inspirational speakers whose commitment and insight into Oneness have inspired millions.  Steve Farrell is the Worldwide Coordinating Director for Humanity’s Team.
