Brain fog is something that affects a lot of us. Brain fog includes feelings of confusion, forgetfulness, loss of focus and a lack of mental clarity. Adam creates a hypnosis session to help a client who had a fear of doctors, medical tests, and hospitals, following a panic attack while having tests 10 years before.
