Escucharemos audios de Imanol Alguacil, Jagoba Arrasate, José Luis Mendilibar Real Sociedad 1 Vs Club Atlético Osasuna 1 y Sociedad Deportiva Eibar 2 Vs Granada CF 0.

We returned to winning ways with a comfortable victory at Sutton United in the Emirates FA Cup, and it was certainly a memorable evening for Theo Walcott. The England forward calmly converted Nacho Monreal’s cross home at the far post to score his 100th Arsenal goal, and Russell Hargreaves is back with Gunnerblog’s James McNicholas to discuss the milestone. Elsewhere, Rob Holding talks about his favourite things to do in London, while Adrian Clarke returns to answer some tough questions and give us the lowdown on Liverpool in The Chalkboard. To mark Nacho Monreal’s first goal for Spain, host Russell Hargreaves and former Gunner Adrian Clarke have been hard at work creating their own chants for our very own Mr Consistent. You can back your favourite song by voting on Twitter but, if our singing contest isn’t up your street, don’t worry - there’s plenty more on offer in this episode. This week’s exclusive interview is with young defender Krystian Bielik, who talks us through an Arsenal academy player’s daily routine and what it means to him to be able to play for the Gunners. Elsewhere, Max Jones gives the latest women’s and academy football updates, while Adrian provides an in-depth analysis of Manchester United in The Chalkboard. On this week's Arsecast I'm joined by Rory Smith from The Times to discuss the consistency and reliability of Nacho Monreal, and what his new contract might mean for Kieran Gibbs. We also discuss Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, 10 years of Theo Walcott, and we look ahead to Sunday's Premier League clash with Chelsea. There's some TV fixture scheduling stuff, pants based trauma and all the usual waffle. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

Another Arsecast Extra - with James from @gunnerblog. On this week's show we look back on the 2-0 win over Boro in the FA Cup yesterday, a great team display but also some fantastic individual performances, not least from Santi Cazorla and Mesut Ozil. We rate Gabriel's debut and take questions on Olivier Giroud, Danny Welbeck, high defensive lines and sympathise with Nacho Monreal over the nickname given to him by his so-called friends and teammates.
