The image and importance of trees is inescapable in Scripture. From the Genesis account in the beginning--the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil in the Garden of Eden--to the Tree of Life in the end within the book of Revelation, and every tree in between--the Tree in Psalm 1 or the Tree on Golgotha--trees are integral. In today's Kingdom Culture Conversation, G and Stefan tackle these trees, tying Psalm 1 to Genesis 1, and discuss practical steps that we can each take to see God's wisdom more fully realized in our lives. As part of Northwest Christian School's annual "Crusaders Charge into Summer Reading" campaign, we are in pursuit of wisdom, gearing up for reading the 31 Proverbs during the month of July 2024.For more information on this year's Crusaders Charge into Summer Reading campaign, please follow this link. Crusaders Charge into Summer 2024 picks up in our second week with the critical query, "What is it that wisdom is meant to produce in our lives?" Starting with King Solomon's thesis is Proverbs 1, Stefan and G discuss why true Godly wisdom runs so much deeper than an intellectual enterprise.Running all summer long, Kingdom Culture Conversations features conversations drawn from the "Crusaders Charge into Summer 2024 Reading" campaign. This summer, our theme is "WisDUMB" and all summer we will be wrestling with the question, "How do I stop making DUMB decisions and start walking in Godly WISDOM?" Katherine Legge was announced yesterday (April 9th) as a driver in the 2024 Indianapolis 500 for Dale Coyne Racing with RWR. On the same day she was at the press day for this year's Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach where we got to sit down with her and chat about her new opportunity. She was also very candid in discussing the incident with Stefan Wilson last year along with how and why it happened. Legge is super talented and was the first female to win a professional open wheel race when she made her debut at Long Beach in the Formula Atlantic series in 2005. Our interview was kept a bit short as she had to get to the airport and catch a flight back to Indy to be able to get on track at the Speedway today for the open test today and tomorrow. Enjoy! Note: In the Rookie Orientation Practice (ROP) and veteran refresher session at the Brickyard this morning, Legge was second quickest behind former “500” pole sitter Marco Andretti. Next week on April 18, 2024, Legge will be inducted into the Long Beach Motorsports Walk of Fame. She'll be the first female inductee there ever.

PIT PASS INDY – SEASON 4, EPISODE 4 – Graham Rahal's thoughts on IndyCar, the NFL, and College Football January 23, 2024 Pit Pass Indy Show host Bruce Martin has an exclusive interview with Graham Rahal of Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing. Rahal is attempting to rebound from a disappointing season in 2023 when he was bumped out of the 33-driver starting lineup for the 107th Indianapolis 500 by one of his teammates at the time, Jack Harvey. Rahal would later be in the starting lineup as a replacement driver for the injured Stefan Wilson at Dreyer & Reinbold Racing/Cusick Motorsports. Rahal rebounded later in the season to win the pole and finish second at the Gallagher Grand Prix on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course on August 12. He won another pole two races later at Portland for the September 3 race. Rahal is also an avid Ohio State football fan and gives his thoughts on what the Chicago Bears should do with former Buckeye quarterback Justin Fields. The Bears have the first pick in the NFL Draft. Also, Rahal gives his thoughts on bitter rival Michigan winning the National Championship in the College Football Playoff. Would Jesus get the Covid vaccine or wear a face mask?Would Jesus advocate for open borders or immigration reform?Would Jesus advocate for gun control? Some within the church would say "yes". Some within the church would say "no". And, they would all point to specific scripture and Biblical passages that support their distinct positions. Can they all be right? How do we know? And, how do we tackle these issues without falling into moral relativism or sliding down the slope of "your truth vs. my truth"?Today's episode of Kingdom Culture Conversations pulls in Stefan Wilson and Nathan Johnson, two Colson Educators from the Colson Center for Christian Worldview. Together with Chris "G" Gardiner and Geoff Brown, they have a frank and unflinching conversation that tackles all these tricky issues. For more information on Colson Educators, please click here.To learn more about the Colson Center for Christian Worldview, please follow this link."Kingdom Culture Conversations" is a podcast created through Frameworks, a Biblical worldview initiative of Northwest Christian School. For more information on Frameworks, please visit: https://frameworks.ncsaz.org/For more information on Northwest Christian School, visit: https://www.ncsaz.org/To reach out to Geoff Brown, please email gbrown@ncsaz.org or you can reach him by cell phone: (623)225-5573.

Tonight on Trackside, Kevin Lee and Curt Cavin wrap up a busy year for IndyCar in 2022. Kevin and Curt start the show with what 2022 will be remembered for when we look back on the last 12 months. Scott Dixon's domination of the Indianapolis 500 until his pit violation and the full capacity crowd in May are both topics of conversation. Then, Stefan Wilson and Don Cusick join the show on the heels of the announcement that Willson will race for Cusick Motorsports and Dreyer and Reinbold Racing in the Indianapolis 500. Wilson discusses his preparation for the 500 and what his experience from the last several seasons provides heading into 2023. Cusick discusses the partnership with Wilson, Dreyer and Reinbold and the belief they have in him as a driver, as well as the expansion plans for 2023 and beyond. Wilson also touches on what it's like being the sole focus of a team as the only driver and the benefits to having a teammate. Then, the conversation turns to the Thermal Club for 2023 IndyCar spring training and how Cusick, who is part of the club, has seen the track respond to the opportunity. What kind of track are the drivers headed to? To finish the conversation, Wilson and Cusick talk about their sponsors.
