Kenny gives his honest thoughts on the state of NASCAR, the problems they face, and how COVID changed a lot for the sport. The gang dives into Natalie Decker's viral radio clip, Kyle Busch's very suggestive 69th win, and how Rajah Caruth can make it up to Jesse Love after some hard racing in Dover. Plus, the great NASCAR Hall of Fame debate takes up a good chunk of the show, as the gang debates who belongs in The Hall. Want more DBC? Check out and subscribe to the new DBC YouTube channel! Denny Hamlin gets his second win of the season…only this one doesn't actually count since it was the All-Star Race. Denny won the pole after spinning out before his qualifying lap even counted. Like most of the weekend, qualifying was a tad confusing. On Sunday, there was immediate carnage only adding to the confusion. The drivers who paid the biggest price were those locked in to the All-Star race like Chase Elliott, who technically didn't race in the All-Star race. Plus, Denny has a new location suggestion for the All-Star race next year Thanks to Goodyear there was plenty of tire wear. Plus, low downforce and added horsepower had lots of drivers having control issues. On the track, Denny and the 11 team had the best car. The one area where Denny continued to struggle was restarts. He explains what's going on and why he is determined to figure it out. On Saturday, Corey Day made a statement and the rumors about his future are flying around. The guys get into whether or not he is ready for Cup racing. For more content head over to our YouTube page https://www.youtube.com/@ActionsDetrimental Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. It may have been billed as the NASCAR All-Star Race, but it looked and played out like a regular points race at Dover. Denny Hamlin continued his excellence at the Monster Mile, and now we're left scratching our heads on what to do with the All-Star Race. Our resident NASCAR reporters Jeff Gluck and Jordan Bianchi were on the case at Dover, and they took to the airwaves after the race to air their grievances and ponder suggestions to help save the struggling exhibition race in the future. The 2026 NASCAR season is already WILD — and we're only getting started. On this episode of The Final Lap Weekly, we break down Tyler Reddick's unbelievable start to the season — driving for Michael Jordan and going UNDEFEATED in 2026 with back-to-back wins at Daytona AND Atlanta. Is this the beginning of a historic run? Meanwhile, Carson Hocevar is making headlines… but not the good kind. Is he building a reputation as NASCAR's newest villain? We discuss the on-track drama and why drivers aren't exactly lining up to be his friend. And it gets even bigger — Joe Gibbs Racing has filed a massive lawsuit against a former competition director. What does this mean for JGR, the garage, and the future of team politics? Plus… the NASCAR All-Star Race format. We're saying what everyone else is thinking — it's ridiculous (and not in a good way).
