Send us a textBreaking down the WNBA playoff picture by analyzing which teams are locks for the postseason and which face uncertainty due to roster changes and chemistry concerns. I categorize teams into two groups—questionable playoff contenders and automatic qualifiers—based on their star power, depth, and potential to make meaningful playoff runs.• Dallas Wings as a questionable playoff team with a guard-heavy lineup of Arike, Paige Becker, and DiJonai but concerns about front-court depth after losing key players• Chicago Sky's playoff hopes resting on Angel Reese and Carmela Cardoso's development, alongside rookie Haley Van Lith• Los Angeles Sparks featuring a revamped roster with Kelsey Plum, Dearica Hamby, and Rickea Jackson, with questions about Cameron Brink's impact upon return• Phoenix Mercury's talented trio of Alyssa Thomas, Kaleah Copper, and Satou Sabally possibly limited by spacing concerns and questionable depth• Seattle Storm expected to make playoffs despite losing Jewell Loyd, thanks to Nneka Ogwumike, Skylar Diggins-Smith, and Ezi Magbegor• Minnesota Lynx as automatic playoff qualifiers with Napheesa Collier, Kayla McBride, and Courtney Williams coming off a Finals appearance• Indiana Fever reaching a new level with Aliyah Boston, Caitlin Clark, and DeWanna Bonner forming a formidable trio• Atlanta Dream's elite trio of Rhyne Howard, Alisha Gray, and Brittney Griner making them serious contenders• Las Vegas Aces remaining championship favorites with Asia Wilson, Jewell Loyd, and Chelsea Gray• New York Liberty established as the top automatic playoff team with Breanna Stewart, Sabrina Ionescu, and Jonquel Jones leading their title defensePlease make sure to like, subscribe, comment, and tell anyone who's anyone about the show!Support the showhttps://linktr.ee/GetABucketShow for more content!!!

The Indiana Fever fall 87-81 to the Connecticut Sun after a terrific effort to come back from multiple deficits in the 2nd half. Aliyah Boston was sensational, Caitlin Clark was drastically better in Game 2 than she was in Game 3, NaLyssa Smith got benched for Temi Fagbenle, Kelsey Mitchell had her moments and Lexie Hull competed hard on both ends of the floor. The Sun's defense was too much for the Fever, and their experience/late game shot making abilities are what lifted them in this one. Alex Golden is joined once again by Jolee Carroll to discuss the game, the future of the Fever, whether or not the Fever should bring back free agent Kelsey Mitchell (Alex gives an interesting NBA comp of two similar players), what NaLyssa Smith's future might look like, how the league handled all the Caitlin Clark exposure and more! This was a great conversation about the hottest team in the WNBA and there is A LOT to be excited about in the future. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
Alex Golden is joined by Jolee Carroll to discuss the Indiana Fever's 93-69 loss to the Connecticut Sun. Alex and Jolee recap the game, point out what the Sun did so well, what the Fever needs to improve on for Game 2, what positive things they can takeaway from this game from the Fever, what Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell need to do to be better and how they can incorporate Aliyah Boston in the offense more. They had won just one of their first nine games, and looked like they were trying to figure out how to even play together. ESPN women's basketball reporter, Alexa Philippou explains how Caitlin Clark, Aliyah Boston, and the rest of the team found their identity, and forged a path into the postseason. Then takes us through some of the biggest storylines we should be watching, as the playoffs begin on Sunday. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

(00:00-30:23) – Query & Company opens on a Wednesday with Jake Query, Jimmy Cook, and producer Eddie Garrison wondering what the heck happened last night in Milwaukee for the Indiana Pacers. Jake and Jimmy are frustrated with the selfless nature of Tyrese Haliburton instead of trying to take the game over after realizing the other players didn't have it last night. They also question what is going on with Pascal Siakam right now after three consistent dud offensive scoring performances. (30:23-50:30) – The guys come back from break with the phone lines full of listeners looking to share their opinions on the game and share some positivity. Jake asked each called to share something they were thankful for when they woke up this morning to break up the negativity. (53:08-1:22:09) – Indiana Pacers beat reporter, Dustin Dopirak, from the Indianapolis Star joins Query & Company from Milwaukee to share his thoughts on the disappointing loss by the Pacers last night. He weighs in on Jimmy's point that this team could be too selfless at times, tries to explain what's going on with Pascal Siakam the last three games, weighs in on whether Giannis or Lillard will return for game six, and assesses if game six can be classified as a must win game for Indiana. (1:22:09-1:37:22) – Following their conversation with Dustin Dopirak, Jake and Jimmy take a step back and look at the rest of the NBA Playoffs. They discuss the crazy ending between the Knicks/76ers and how the Cavaliers/Magic series has been forgotten about. (1:41:37-2:10:35) – NBA.com's Beau Estes joins Query & Company to give his national perspective on the Pacers/Bucks series, states that the Pacers are playing with fire right now after last night's loss to Milwaukee, shares some notes he came across when examining the return of Giannis and Lillard, weighs in on the passive nature of Tyrese Haliburton in connection to playoff basketball, believes the Pacers might need a guy that brings a little fire to provide energy on a night where the team needs a jolt, and debates if we are seeing the torch change from LeBron James, Kevin Durant, etc. to Anthony Edwards, Nikola Jokic, etc. (2:10:35-2:26:39) – Indiana Fever Head Coach Christie Sides joins the program to preview the start of the upcoming season with training camp underway.
