Vanessa chats with "Spicy Ones" coach Mary Van Geffen for a conversation about what it really takes to parent strong-willed, defiant kids. Mary shares how her own journey—from being a spicy child herself to raising one—led her to become a gentle parenting coach. They swap tips on how to stay calm, kind, and firm even on the days your child pushes all your buttons. You'll hear why separating your worth from your child's behavior is one of the most important things you can do as a mom, and how choosing to love your child unconditionally—even when they are hard to love—is actually a spiritual discipline. If you're raising a spicy one this is your reminder that you're not broken, your kid's not broken, and you're not alone! Mary has opened her Moms of Spicy Ones®️ group program back up. Taking the positive personality traits you have for granted, you don't always consider ways to develop and improve your own character. Some strong personality traits require consistent effort before they really become a part of who you are. If you're ready for some hard work, you can start your way to a better and more successful self! A psychological study has been conducted recently at Ohio State University. It has been found out that your career plans are influenced by the level of your self-esteem! 67 undergraduate students with majors in psychology or business participated in this research. It has turned out that the more confident and encouraged by professors students were, the bigger dreams about the future they had. People who are always ready to help don't always get gratitude from others. Paradoxically, this feature is rarely appreciated, and any help is most often perceived as a normal thing. Moreover, any situation where you give more than you receive or share something that you lack provokes stress. People like those who have fun personalities and can laugh at themselves and their failures. Laughter helps to cope with stress, see positivity, and communicate with others. Despite a common misconception, the highest-performing employees don't overwork, as studies show. Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/... What is more, stop perceiving the reactions of other people as the rules that you need to follow. -Remember that it's possible to say "no" at any moment. Don't be afraid to offend a person by your refusal since it's likely that you aren't the only person who can help. -Watch how other people reply to comments with a joke that gets met by even more jokes. Don't get offended at the slightest thing and learn to laugh at yourself. -For better results and performance, turn off any messengers, put your phone on vibrate, and don't listen to music if it distracts you. Immerse yourself in the task that you need to complete. -In order to understand the motives of other people and to see the reasons behind their behavior, it's necessary to pay attention to what they are saying and doing, where they are looking, and who makes them smile. Combine the clues and you'll see the truth. -When talking to someone, try to make an eye contact, look at the companion in a calm and relaxed way. Don't forget to smile. -To develop this ability, you need to learn to determine and understand your emotions. What is a strong Personality? What is the difference between a weak and a strong Personality? Every Personality has an inherent aspiration for spiritual development, an aspiration to return Home (to the Spiritual World), and every human being as a Personality feels this. What should people begin their spiritual development with, and what is the most difficult stage on the spiritual path? How does consciousness (shaitan, satan) manipulate, mislead, and deceive a person? Who in us lies? An example of a stereotypical pattern in the work of consciousness: how friends betray each other in business. Who controls a person's thoughts? Why is it important for a person to understand who he is and become a strong Personality? What is the right way to pray so that God would hear you? What is service, and what is its essence? How do we understand what the will coming from the Spiritual World is? Why do Christians in some countries call God Allah and praise Him just like Muslims? Why is a spiritually strong Personality capable of a lot? What is the true goal of human life? We live in amazing times when more and more power comes to every Personality from the Spiritual World. During this period, many people become stronger as a Personality. #StrongPersonality #selfdevelopment #TheRightWayToPray Videos with the participation of Igor Mikhailovich Danilov: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL-gwQUB4VIPlpCa4pvsjSqeQZ1N6hLzBB

Webster interprets the meaning of the word as "individuality," but like many words that assume added meanings through common usage, personality also has acquired the suggestion of a quality not covered by the word "individuality." You may be discussing a person you dislike very much, one who holds ideas that are rather loathsome, and while you might readily admit that such a person might be "individual," you would never for a moment say "So-and-so has personality." Why? Because the word "personality" has grown to mean magnetic power, the sort of power that consciously or unconsciously dominates and controls the individuals with whom it comes in contact. It is this magnetic power that is at the root of every successful career. Review the life of any great individual. You will find that their success was the result, not only of careful study and of perseverance, but, more than all, of the subtle influence of personal magnetism. They succeeded because their personality convinced people that they were sincere, that they were strong, someone who could be relied upon. Without a well-developed personality, their good qualities would have lain unnoticed, and they would have been only another in the struggling, discouraged thousands.
