Let me paint you a picture: I'm trying to record this podcast while getting texts from my kids at school. One needs sweatpants. The other forgot a trifold board. Welcome to my life right now.I just got back from Social Media Marketing World in Anaheim, landed straight into six days a week of softball season (for TWO kids), plus gymnastics competitions, and oh yeah—I have a teenager now. And somehow, in the middle of all this chaos, I'm building an AI platform called Wave.So no, this isn't a pity party. This is me keeping it real about what life actually looks like behind the scenes when you're running a business and living in the deep end of the family logistics pool.In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on:What my "typical" week looks like right now (spoiler: there's no such thing)How I'm using AI as my Family Command Center to manage the madnessWhy founders don't have it all together either—even at AI Business WorldThe biggest takeaway from the conference that every entrepreneur needs to hearHow to give yourself permission to survive (and still move your business forward) in a messy seasonA sneak peek at what's happening with wAIv and how you can get early accessThis one's about more than productivity hacks. It's about using AI to think better, not just work faster. It's about building a life-first business that doesn't fall apart when life gets lifey. If you're in a crazy season right now and wondering how the hell anyone balances it all—this episode is for you. Montrose Beach in Chicago was raised from landfill. Cricket Hill has a surprising origin story. The Dock was once a Cold War command center and the quiet bird sanctuary nearby grew out of land that once held radar towers and housed military personnel. Montrose Harbor is a reminder that places evolve, they carry layers of history — some visible, some buried, some forgotten — and all of them shape the way we experience Chicago today. That's what I like to think about when I'm walking around the city. How every part of our city has a story if you pause long enough to notice.#nike #missils #coldwar #cricket #birdsanctuary #migratory #birdwatching #chicagoskyline #chicago #beach #harbor

The FBI has moved its command center from Tucson to Phoenix. The massive multi-agency task force has scaled down to a focused homicide and FBI unit. Sheriff Nanos says investigators are "definitely closer" and believes Nancy Guthrie is still alive. This Hidden Killers Week In Review breaks down what all of that actually means—and examines the collateral damage this investigation is leaving behind.Retired FBI Special Agent Jennifer Coffindaffer—who told Newsweek this case is the polar opposite of cold—joins Tony Brueski and Robin Dreeke to explain the real difference between an investigation closing the walls on a suspect and one that's simply still moving. She walks through what a command center relocation signals, what investigative capabilities are lost when agents leave the local area, and how a small team triages dozens of open leads.Coffindaffer also weighs in on the United Cajun Navy standoff: 41 pages of operational planning, thermal drones, 25 trained canines, coordinated desert sweeps—and why the Sheriff hasn't approved them.Meanwhile, innocent people are paying the price for a case with no named suspect. One man was detained for hours after SWAT hit his home—released with his attorney saying he has "no link whatsoever" to the kidnapping. An elementary school teacher has been harassed by amateur sleuths. Even the Guthrie family had to be publicly cleared.Former prosecutor Eric Faddis explains what legal recourse exists when you've been dragged into a case you had nothing to do with. What does "cleared" mean legally? Can you sue social media accusers? Does speaking publicly help or hurt? If you've lost work because of false accusations, what recovery is possible?A month in. No arrest. No suspect. And lives already destroyed.Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Today, I want to dive into the soul, which plays a crucial role in living an overcomer's life. This will be a two-part series. Today, we focus on the mind. In the next post, we will finish by looking at the will and emotions. The SoulYour soul consists of your mind, will, and emotions, and each plays a vital role in how you experience life:Mind: What I think about. Will: What I do with what I think about.Emotions: What I feel as a result of what I think and do."For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart." — Hebrews 4:12What is the Mind? (The Gatekeeper)We are starting with the mind because it is the entry point for the rest of your soul. Think of it as the "Lead Domino"—what happens here dictates the direction of your entire life. The mind is the intellectual part of the soul where you process information, create beliefs, and store memories. This is where you decide what you believe about God and how you fit into His story. As A.W. Tozer famously said: “What comes into our mind when we think about God is the most important thing about us.”Why the Mind Matters (The Command Center)The mind is like the command center of your soul. Since God gave us the gift of thought, we must be aware that whatever occupies our mind most will eventually flow into our actions and affect how we feel. The Connection to Your Heart While the mind is the Command Center, your Heart is the "Wellspring" or the source of your life."Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life." — Proverbs 4:23Think of it this way: Your heart is the Root, but your mind is the Gatekeeper. If the Gatekeeper allows toxic thoughts or worldly labels to enter, they eventually take root in your heart. The mind's greatest power is agreement. A thought is just a suggestion until you align your mind with it. When you agree with a thought, you give it the opportunity to enter your heart and shape your reality.Read the rest here: https://open.substack.com/pub/litwithprayer/p/the-soul-part-1-the-bridge-between?r=5sajy&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=true

Send us a textWhat if Disney World added a park built on discovery instead of nostalgia? We clink Space 220-inspired cocktails and blueprint a fifth gate where a kinetic Atlas Spire orients you to realms of myth, exploration, and city-of-the-future wonder. We compare our AI prompts and pull the best ideas into a cohesive vision: a Mystic Manor–anchored spirit land with living art and folklore; an oceanic realm shaped by Sinbad and 20,000 Leagues energy with a Leviathan coaster that fakes “underwater” with lighting and no-visible-track sections; and a Cities of Tomorrow district that swaps retro chrome for global futurism, blending Big Hero 6 kinetics, real plants, and WALL-E's hope.We go big with Society of Explorers and Adventurers—Journey to the Center of the Earth reimagined, steampunk research vehicles, and a live “Grand Symposium” where inventions delightfully misfire. Then we expand Zootopia into a full metropolis: tundra, Sahara, and rainforest neighborhoods tied together by a trackless Hot Pursuit chase that starts with a perfectly timed sloth gag. To balance the IP, we stake out Realms of Legends, an original mythology land led by a soaring theater experience, a character-rich Path of Heroes walkthrough, and a Legends Carousel that turns classic ride charm into worldbuilding.Food and atmosphere seal the deal. Picture a Gathering Table that feels communal and candlelit, a stargazing lounge over the park, a caravanserai alive with Silk Road flavors and roaming storytellers, and kiosks serving hand pies, flatbreads, tea flights, and seafood. We even place the park with Skyliner access and a Meridian Grand Lodge offering a dedicated entrance and rooftop observatory. The result is a full-day experience where rides, shows, and dining are stitched together by a single promise: exploration that rewards curiosity. If this sparks your imagination, follow, share, and leave a review. Tell us which land you'd rope drop first and what attraction you'd add to make the fifth gate unforgettable.

On Cincinnati Edition's weekly news review, local journalists join us to talk about the big stories from recent days.
Now that all of Israel’s living hostages are home and the vast majority of the bodies of deceased hostages have been returned, the “line of thinking” among many Israeli military and political leaders is “we have nothing to lose” and “we can continue our fight against Hamas,” says Haaretz senior security analyst Amos Harel. Members of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government, he believes, are clearly “looking for an excuse” to return to full-fledged war. Speaking on the Haaretz Podcast, Harel discussed the challenges of ensuring security on Israel’s southern and northern borders and rebuilding and rehabilitating Gaza, given the “vague” nature of U.S. President Donald Trump’s 20-point plan for an international stabilization force and a ruling Board of Peace. In the meantime, Hamas remains fully armed and in control of nearly half of Gaza. The Americans “have some vague ideas about how to solve things, but nothing ever moves ahead,” Harel observed. “Will there be an international force? Will any country in the world risk the lives of its soldiers and put them in harm's way trying to restrain Hamas? These are big challenges for the Americans.” On the podcast, Harel also discussed the fragile cease-fire with Hezbollah on its northern border and the firestorm in Israel's military and political arenas over accountability for the October 7 attacks. On this episode of Challenge Accepted, Thomas welcomes critic and lifelong Ranger fan Becca Peterson (The Critic Buffet) for a fast-paced, fun deep dive into the 1995 feature film. We cover why this movie still hits for '90s kids, the charm of Ivan Ooze, the switch to ninja powers and new Zords, and how the film fits into the broader multiverse of Power Rangers stories. Becca brings great trivia, from casting changes to Sentai influences, and shares why the movie's core message still lands. Timestamps & Topics 00:00 – 01:10 | Cold open, show intro, and guest welcome; Becca's superhero-critic tagline 01:10 – 03:00 | Why revisit the Power Rangers movie and early theater memories 04:19 – 06:23 | "Challenge accepted" and Becca's two-minute plot sprint 05:27 – 06:05 | Ivan Ooze arrives, new henchmen, and the Command Center attack 06:44 – 09:03 | Skydiving charity opener, Bulk & Skull logic checks, Angel Grove mayhem 10:11 – 11:20 | Movie as an alternate timeline, multiverse vibes, Shattered Grid nods 14:35 – 15:12 | From movie rats to TV crows, why Tenga Warriors replaced the original monsters 16:22 – 18:21 | To Phaedos and Dulcea, the casting switch you might've missed 19:51 – 21:22 | Why the show handled Ninja powers differently from the film 26:44 – 27:24 | New Zords, shiny suits, and the unmistakable mid-'90s CGI 28:17 – 29:14 | Frog pride, why Adam's Zord is cooler than you remember 29:39 – 30:23 | Individual Zords actually doing things before the big combine 34:54 – 35:37 | Real stakes, amped-up action, and "too violent for kids?" memories 36:00 – 37:02 | The '90s ninja craze context 40:20 – 41:48 | McDonald's toys, promo tours, and peak Ranger mania 45:18 – 46:01 | Theme check, "You don't need power to be special" Key Takeaways The movie plays like a joyful two-parter: Angel Grove chaos, mythic quest on Phaedos, ninja powers, new Zords, Megazord finish. It sits in a separate timeline from the TV series, echoing the franchise's multiverse storytelling across comics and crossovers. The practical-to-CGI shift hasn't aged perfectly, but it lets each Zord shine solo before combining. Dulcea's role came with behind-the-scenes casting drama many fans never heard about. The film leans into corny puns and earnest heroism, which is part of the franchise's escape-hatch appeal. Core message still lands: bravery and community matter more than powers. Memorable Quotes "I'm your superhero critic, and I'll stay super as long as you stay awesome." "Challenge? Accept it." "He looks like a giant purple booger." "Some would say more phenomenal." "You don't need power to be special." "Welcome to my nightmare." This was a hot program! Mainly because the AC units had not yet caught up with the Arizona heat in the RV! Anyway, talked about the sad state of affairs, worldview wise, on social media, then talked about what the Bible says about purity in speech. Then we looked at a statement about the "Reformed Ghetto" from Joel Webbon and his view that Rome is not even in the top 50 issues to worry about today, and yet, how glorious "Christendom" once was! The next program will definitely be from on the road as I depart on Saturday for Tennessee.
