The very first poem I ever wrote was about Greek mythology which has proven to be my greatest muse and inspiration. In 2019 I graduated with my BFA in Performing Arts from AMDA. My big influences are Florence and the Machine and 80's fantasy movies. I have great jobs teaching dance, voice and piano, and in my spare time I like to paint, read and sing to my plants."

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Carly Birker was almost destined to be in the entertainment industry. With older brothers nuts about music growing up, there’s no wonder that she has made it her life’s work. Starting out with interviewing musicians in 2016 and claiming the brand name “BehindtheBirk”, her goal has always been to bridge the gap between emerging artists and award-nominated artists. From 2017-2019, she has produced close to 100 live shows around California. However, she wanted to be even more invested in the careers of the artists, so she got licensed to be a talent agent in December 2019. Largely affected by the pandemic, Carly has been trying to not let that stop the artists or herself rise and conquer the music scene.
