Roberto Treviño is an American chef known for his appearances on Iron Chef: America and The Next Iron Chef. He is a chef who over the years has been the owner / operator of over 13 restaurant concepts and bars in the area of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Tonight we were invited to share some time to learn more on the young Chef who created the tribute burger : The Mamba Burger. Chef Alex Diaz has been holding it down in Seminole County Florida. Chef Alex is such a Kobe fan he dedicated a Burger to his Basketball Hero, Kobe Bryant. The burger is a creation which packs a big punch and super tasty. Casselberry Florida is home to Alex Fresh Kitchen a locally owned scratch kitchen which is located in the heart of the city and it is visited by many of the who's who in central Florida.
