Anita Buri Instagram: anita_buri_officialInstagram: evelin_suterSponsored by Lidl Schweiz: https://www.lidl.chLidl Schweiz Instagram: lidlch

Hollywood therapist Dr. Nicki J. Monti (seen on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Millionaire Matchmaker and more) never thought she was worthy of love. Her rollercoaster life through childhood trauma, addiction, violence, divorce, and widowhood, challenged her ability to believe she was worthwhile and good-enough to be truly loved. Finally, after learning to love herself, she found her happily, ever after.“We can't change history, but we can change our relationship to history. All healing involves a change of perspective. I've done that. Now the story I tell is through my true, confident, authentic voice. Amazingly enough, it turns out it's never too late to be all in for love. When we have a willingness to honestly reveal ourselves – to reclaim the vulnerable, precious version of self that got left behind amidst the chaos of surviving, life promises to take us in surprising directions. Living a vulnerable, emotionally honest life is a far more stunning, exhilarating, validating, experience than I ever expected.”Dr. Nicki J. Monti is a private practice psychotherapist and world-renown teacher, group leader, speaker, television and radio personality, and author of several books, including Stuck In the Story No More: Breaking down the Defenses that Define You and Bind You and Our Love Matters: Find It, Fix it, or Let it Go. She has long been internationally recognized both privately and on reality TV as therapist to the stars. Dr. Nicki's main interest is identifying and learning how to dance with the patterns that guide our lives. She's known as a straight-shooting teacher who truly believes that change is a matter of choice. Her soon-to-be-released book, The Divine Traumedy of Nicki Joy: A True Grime Tale, is described as a gritty, witty, provocative, dark, sex-drugs-rock-the-boat cautionary tale about how it's never too late to learn how to love and live.

Dr. Nicki Monti is a Hollywood therapist who is the author of the self-help book Find It, Fix It or Let It Go. You may recognize her from "Keeping Up with the Kardashians,' ‘Millionaire Matchmaker,' and other shows, but her backstory is even more compelling than her on-camera work. She lays it all bare in her memoir The Divine Traumedy of Nicki Joy: A True Grime Tale — a raw, fearless, and often hilarious ride through trauma, addiction, toxic love, Hollywood chaos, healing, and ultimately, redemption. Dr. Nicki says when you live on the corner of desperation and naïveté, all kinds of crap can happen, and her book shows listeners how not to stay there. She doesn't gloss over the grime, and she teaches how honesty, humor, and deep self-work can lead to real transformation. Dr. Nicki says take the work seriously and yourself lightly. The Sound Chaser Progressive Rock Podcast is on the air. The show this time is all about the many languages of Prog. Most progressive rock is sung in English, for reasons you probably already know well. However, a fair amount is sung in other languages. Because of that, quite a bit of progressive music does not get the attention it perhaps deserves. So, I am rectifying this just a little by featuring songs in a variety of languages. It's an international tour on Sound Chaser. I have In Memoriam features for musicians recently gone: Mark Volman, Rick Davies, and Nicky Ryan. The show features music from Magma, Yuka & Chronoship, Kraan, Ange, Tusmørke, Yesterdays, and many others. It's all here on Sound Chaser. PlaylistIcelandic1.

Think of Puglia and you will probably picture Alberobello's trulli - as iconic as Polignano a Mare's Lama Monachile - and just as likely to grace the cover of the latest edition of The Lonely Planet Guide to Puglia. Although they feature across the Itria Valley, it is the concentration of trulli found in Alberobello that makes it unique. Drawing a stream of visitors all year round tourism takes centre stage in Alberobello. Most trulli in the crowded commercialised Monti district are shops; those that are not are restaurants. Unprepared for its crowds and commercialisation, visitors can leave Alberobello feeling underwhelmed. The crowds, souvenir shops, and selfie sticks can distract from the magic. Yet no trip to Puglia would be complete without visiting Puglia's trulli. And it is still possible to discover some of the town's quieter, "secret" spaces. For fuller details, including map locations nd full restaurant details, visit our companion Puglia Guys Alberobello Guide. Ep. 876 – On Friday, the Cardinals doubled down on defense in the 2025 NFL Draft. Again, are we surprised? OK, maybe a little, but defense has been the team's MO all offseason. Craig Grialou, Dani Sureck and Paul Calvisi – call it Cover 3 – talk about the selections of Michigan cornerback Will Johnson (second round, 47th overall pick) and Oregon Edge rusher Jordan Burch (third round, 78th overall pick). For those keeping track, that's three defensive players in the first three rounds. Also, what did GM Monti Ossenfort and head coach Jonathan Gannon have to say about Johnson and Burch, why they were the picks; why Monti didn't decide to trade down despite offers; and JG explains why Walter Nolen III is already off to a great start.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

New on The Index— What happens when $1.5B disappears overnight?Host Alex Kehaya chats with Andres Monteoliva, Co-founder and CEO of Range—a blockchain security and intelligence platform—about the high-profile crypto hacks that have exposed major gaps in Web3 and how they're shaping the future of blockchain security.Together, they unpack the real-world failures behind some of the biggest exploits and explore how Range is using real-time risk modeling to help prevent the next billion-dollar breach. From the $600M Ronin Bridge hack that went unnoticed for days to Reddit users spotting the Osmosis exploit before the devs did, Monti shares how these events exposed major gaps—and why they led him to build Range, now a cross-chain monitoring platform protecting ecosystems like Solana and Cosmos. They break down the Bybit hack, where attackers used a compromised dev machine to deploy malicious frontends, and why 70% of stolen funds still trace back to Web2-style exploits like key compromises.Monti also dives into Range's multi-layered defense system—combining transaction monitoring, asset tracking, and real-time anomaly detection using heuristics and machine learning. If you're building in Web3, this episode is packed with hard-earned lessons on securing your protocol without sacrificing decentralization.Website: https://www.range.org/Show LinksThe Index X ChannelYouTube

Episode Deep-Dive Analysis Available at maffeodrinks.com In this episode, I talk to Francois Monti, a renowned Cocktail Writer. We discuss the global cocktail scene's uneven growth, from advanced cities boasting cutting-edge bars to emerging markets grappling with minimal training. While high-profile venues attract headlines, Francois argues that second-division bars drive consumer adoption of cocktails. He highlights the shortage of skilled bartenders, many lacking foundational taste education (e.g., wine and food flavor insights), leading to haphazard quality. Instead of focusing on big consumer-awareness pushes, Francois advocates strong trade relationships, mentorship, and recognition of diverse bartender career paths—even if that means contentedly staying in a single role long-term. Local bar culture flourishes by ensuring bartenders can refine their palate and technique at multiple levels of the industry, eventually benefiting both consumers and spirits brands.Timestamps:00:00 Introduction and Welcome00:45 State of the Cocktail Industry03:36 Challenges in Cocktail Culture08:23 Training and Skill Development20:03 Mentorship and Industry Growth25:06 Conclusion and Farewell If what we discussed hits home and you want support from us, get in touch at bottomup@maffeodrinks.com or check maffeodrinks.com for the key insights from this episode.
