In this return from a few weeks away, I'm going to share with you my humbling experience of surviving acute liver failure. It was unexpected. It was at moments terrifying. What do your possessions, the things around you, say about you do you think? It's been a very present question in my life, and one I haven't usually thought much about until recently! It's so curious to dig into what you have, how you keep it, etc and see parallels into other areas of your life. Boundaries with relationships and work (or maybe lack of), habits around letting go of things (or people) no longer serving you, or not. I'm excited to hear how this perspective resonates with you, and maybe reveals more into the story of who YOU are.
Do you know what happens when our eyes and ears are constantly bombarded with new things, be it social media, the news, shopping, email? I had never thought about this before. But I have realized that the answer to this question is also the answer to feeling more free, peaceful, and grounded. Curious? Tune into this episode to learn more.

I'm going to share a new perspective on goals and invite you look at who you want to be this year slightly differently than you have maybe done so in the past.

Do you have a relationship with your intuition? That quiet little whisper soft nudge that always talking, but we can only hear if we're quiet and wanting to? Today we're going to talk about how to recognize when it's your intuition talking (which btw it's ALWAYS talking) and how to start to train yourself to hear it and follow it. This is a favorite topic of mine, and one that I would credit so much of my life's happiness to. To continually honing my ability to hear my intuition and then trusting enough to follow its lead.
So what are we talking about today? After you let your mind wander, bring it back to YOU and where you're spending your time and focus. What are you focusing on, and how deeply are you committing to it?

This episode is for you, my sweet friend, Dr. Jessica Peterson.
Do you have a goal? I know you do. I do too. The thing is, we always have a goal. Something we want. Something we believe we'll be happier in the having of it. We dig into who YOU are without your goal this week my friend. It's a thoughtful conversation and one that could take you to new heights of living your best life, every single day.

How would you feel if everything you identify with was taken away? Well, that's a pretty big place to start. But what about if your job was taken away? What would happen to your worthiness? You see, so often we place our self worth in our job and the 'things' around us. Today we're going to discuss what it could be like to imagine that our worthiness isn't tied up in something outside of us, but rather our own opinion of ourselves. Just a small topic for your day:).
Do you get in that habit of read, read, read, talk, talk, talk, watch, watch, watch, consume, consume, consume? Ever? Yeahhhh, kind of my kryptonite too because it's SO MUCH FUN to learn, right?! Let's dig into how we can better digest and create wisdom within us for the things that we consume, and get out of the rut of a busy mind and into a space of calmness.

THIS is the invitation to apply what you're learning about yourself - and there's no better place to practice it then the 'zombie-filled' workplace. When you engage in conversations with those closest to you, are you spending more time talking about why you can't or don't have what you want, or about who you're becoming and evolving into? So often we're unaware of how much we talk about and argue for our limitations. For the reasons on why we CAN'T have the thing we most want. A relationship. Job. House. Vacation. Money. In this episode we're going to expose more of what's behind that pattern of thought and how to break it and start living in the present moment RIGHT now. Not tomorrow. Not someday. But RIGHT NOW. Because you get to create and become whoever you think about and feel like becoming. It's not the outside circumstances that dictate who you have to be in your future. It's YOU that gets to decide it.
