That every single human has access to.    The thing that happens when a soul lands in a body.   Energy is the lifeblood of all creation.    Every living thing you’ve ever witnessed was innervated by this unseen web of potentiality.    Energy is what is packed at the deepest, subatomic level of our cells.    It’s the stuff of our dreaming.    The power that has rattled through our universe from the beginning of time.    The fuel of our desires.    It’s the life force of our body.    Every sensation, every feeling, every want.    Is all encrypted by this constant, living song of energy.    When you learn to read it, you learn how to create.    Not through the mental efforting to shift substance around on the surface.    But deep photonic, cellular creation of life.    As a mentor to other humans, I don’t want to coach them into their goals.   Because the holding and the hustle feels too empty for the sensual, magnetic awakening that comes when they reunite with their original creative field of energy.    I want to guide them to fulfil the ache of their legacy.    I want to hold them as they remember their dreaming.    And unlock their erotic power.    And give themselves permission to be wild and audacious.    To learn the alchemy of meeting themselves.    Influencing the world around them with work that penetrates hearts.    To me, the one priceless thing I can offer them is to learn the codes of who they are.    And teach them the language of the unbound world of energy around and within them.    Because if they can read the information spiralling through their field and feel the humming rhythm rising from the Earth.    Then they would know how to shift desire into molecules.    And weave possibility into reality.    That’s when they can create ANYTHING.    But not just anything.   Exactly what they are made for.   That’s when their arrows of intention fly true.   When they are tapped in and turned on.    Not desperately flitting about, trying to prove themselves.    But receiving the information straight from their soul.   And relentlessly and unapologetically weaving it into real dreams that revolutionise the world.    As a mentor or guide, when you awaken someone into the full potential of their soul field, the goals they thought they had suddenly become too small.    Because who cares about money when you can create legacy wealth for the planet.    Who cares about success when you can create a movement of change from the Earth up and Soul down?   Who cares about progress when you can embody your life force here and now?   Learning the secret and original language of energy also means you grow your bandwidth to embody it.    You get schooled in the ancient art of pleasure & the alchemy of pain, before we swallowed sacrifice.    You get orgasmic in the birth of yourself, before you became the roles the world told you to be.    You get devoted in your purpose, the choice to stand up and speak, before you learnt to hide.    You get initiated as the Creatress, the source of life, before you emptied and sold your soul.    Being able to read your own field, weave your own desires and collaborate with an abundant world is the highest form of education you will ever receive.    My dream is that every single human on the planet learns how to speak it. And weave it.    To co-create an alive & abundant planet for all of us.

No one else can make this frequency, no one else has the singular combination of ancestry, vision, passion & desire you have. Your responsibility is to bring your gift and let it light up the world. Trust that the world wants & needs what you have to give. Because the channel of your soul work is effervescent, passionate, and true. All you need is to find that channel and be who you are. And then your legacy will light up and accelerate you into your wildest dreams. There are places + hearts all across the globe who are programmed to activate with the specific codes only you have. Don't deny them that magic, because you're too busy playing someone else's game. Devote to your high soul dreams, create your soul work and be the leader you were born to be.

The masculine light codes you need to embody your soul purpose + attract soul-mate clients in real-time. AKA how to embrace your masculine to embody your highest desires way beyond your upper limits Every feminine leader needs to hear this! Do you want to play in a much bigger way with your gifts? To fulfill a higher purpose you can feel wants to be created through you? You’re not alone. The leaders we attract into our programs all have a passion to share their soul work in a much bigger way. Like, seriously, the visions we hear are epic and kind of world-shaking. Not because they all are about getting on a big stage (but, sometimes, they are) but because these leaders know their soul gifts are needed for the massive awakening movement. They’re here to bring it big. To be a part of history and enriching the next tier of possibility for humanity. Naturally, they know they need to unleash their full radiance for a vision this big. But, we all know what it's like to be locked in a cycle of playing much smaller than your soul wants. Sometimes it's your unconscious limiting of what is possible and what is destined at the highest level of your soul. And sometimes it's straight up fear you’re fully aware of, but still can’t figure out how to let go. For me, I was hitting up against a LOT of these upper limits/set point blocks in the early days of my soul work biz. But I was doing all the feminine embodiment and deep dives and still nothing was changing. So I started to explore what was really happening (as in full-on truth-telling, come on Melissa, let’s not keep playing this game of hiding when there are people to serve and a movement to make). And you know what? The answer came from somewhere totally unexpected. My masculine. Being an old over-achiever in a patriarchal world, I had done a LOT to embody my feminine and renounce my old masculine hustle and drive modes. But what I didn’t realise is that at its highest, HEALTHY frequency, the masculine is essential to you reaching beyond what you think is possible to enact your desires + legacy in real-time. And I’m not talking about the masculine in the way the world knows it. I’m talking about the secret light arts of the masculine. This was a game-changer for me. This is what tipped me over into ecstatic creativity and high flow. Into the instant embodiment of my soul’s natural radiance and my unapologetic free expression. And being one of the original dark, feminine workers, all up in my embodiment, I didn’t realise how resistant and blocked I was to let the LIGHT in. But the energetic soul grids you can build in your field are my secret super-power to fulfilling my highest legacy. I rely on these channels and codes of my light every day to experience now-time manifesting of my big dreams. And hint: your dreams only happen in the now. When you’re not allowing yourself to feel the light coursing through your cells and lifting you up, it keeps you separate from your soul’s big vision. It’s an energetic upgrade for feminine leaders to embody so much more of their soul’s light and the masculine flows of it.

Years ago when I was first starting my business, I kept noticing so many other entrepreneurs easily and quickly launch their offers. Meanwhile, it seemed like the only way that I could create or launch anything was when I had been fully activated by the work, when it had taken me into a deep transformation process, when I had been invoked to become a new woman, then the work seemed to emerge from me as a new embodied frequency I could then share and teach. I know now this is the feminine embodiment of teaching and leading your soul work.Where you become the living and breathing essence of your work. Not just lip service, but emulated truth. At the time it just felt slow. And hard. And like I was being left behind. And in truth, it was slower and harder than it needed to be. My nervous system hadn't yet been re-wilded. I hadn't landed my lightbody. I didn't know how to weave my feminine and masculine flows together. I learnt that the undulating, vast, deep feminine awakening journey you go on as a feminised leader is pure gold for your business. It's not a case of 'when I get through this season of awakening or this next erotic edge then my soul work will flow again' It's something more more rich than that. It's that your soul work + leadership becomes magnetic and in super flow when you embrace your feminine embodiment. When you're allowing the deep dives, that's when the magic fully amps up in what you're bringing to the world. But when you're in it, when you're feeling uprooted, in the void, meeting edges, unsure, full of uncertainty, transforming your biggest, oldest patterns AND rebirthing........ How do you continue to feel the lightspeed expansion and desirability of your soul work? Because its not one or the other. You can attract clients in your feminine transformation. You can have high flow and pleasure in your deep dives. You can be re-wilding your whole business and in the big rebirth of letting go of who you thought you were to become you are really are. And it can be radiant. And energy rich. And you can trust it. When you’re so turned on by your soul work, you can’t not share it. I often have a vision of the woman I am when I’m expressing my highest level soul work. She’s turned on. Juicy. In fits of passion as her soul work big bangs her fully alive in her legacy. That’s when I know my selling is magnetic. Because I have accepted more for myself. I’m expecting and available of all the riches to flow in. And I won’t dull down my receivership for anyone. Not when I know it's the greatest gift I can give my clients. When we take a stand for all women receiving because of who they are. And the funny thing? You don’t have to magic up this inflow. You don’t have to polish and perfect. You don’t need to be high vibing all the time. Because receivership is a creative force of this universe. Receivership is being willing to open yourself up to the magnificence of life and let those light photons swamp into your cells. We may have learned pain and protection from the human experience. But when we chose to stop feeling pain, we chose to keep the magic out. We became dried up and empty. And that’s why it feels hard sometimes to let it all in. Because you’re not used to it yet. You haven’t expanded your tolerance for extraordinary riches to flood in. Those riches are already here. At the tips of your fingers. Packed into the air around you. They’re in the vision that taps on you. The gifts your soul gave you. The hope for a wonder-filled future for us all. Receivership is about returning to your natural attunement. It’s about letting in your soul. When you do, that’s when your creativity fires up. And you become impassioned to give back to the world. Like you can’t not show up for the dreaming of humanity. Your soul work spills forth. And you shift past the unease of receiving. You witness the ways you want to hold on and dull yourself down. When you use tiredness not to leap. Or fear not to speak. And you learn to say yes in those moments to more. Because you were born for it. You’re made for it. You are the original star stuff. And you always have enough. So woman, learn your natural resourcefulness. You have everything you need to follow your dreams. Because its all inside and around you. Don’t let your history tell you differently. Don’t choose less, because you haven’t learnt to embody more.

You don’t to deny your humanity or the humanity of others. You don’t have to be some spiritual guru, just high vibing all day. Your humanity is the alchemy. At the same time, you don’t have to deny your stellar, ecstatic light either. We’ve been taught to dampen our brilliance or numb out our pleasure. To squeeze ourselves in, rather than take up space with our bodies and voices. That’s why I do my energy work. Because I want to feel my expansion. The more I expand, the more my field weaves into natural rhythms of abundance. The more I feel the textures of beauty of this living planet. And the more spaciousness I feel to be all of who I am. My soul gives me the fuel, the spilling forth photons in my field to meet the many moments the woman rebirths herself. In soft tenderness. And wild joy. The lightbody of our leadership resources us. Instead of holding yourself to unbending high achievement and perfection, you embody the flexibility and grace to be vulnerable. To not strive to prove yourself or be accepted. Because you’re already full and overflowing with your original radiance. There is nothing to prove, only passion to give. The woman and the leader. Two halves of the same self. All of you is desired. And your business and leadership can thrive in all of your seasons and expressions. Because a resourced and embodied leader can experience deep and radical feelings and still be thriving. Every leader I work with has a burning desire to consistently and joyfully sign clients into her work. Without losing herself in complex business strategies or trying to break through her blocks. She also has a healthy appetite to hit new money heights with her gifts. To step out of the scarcity cycle and be able to gift her family with deep and soulful wealth. But money for money’s sake will never be enough for her. Because her purpose is set on making an impact in the world. But often our choice to receive for our gifts is directly proportional to our creative potential. Because our money wounding runs deep as women. When we can’t bear to be seen and heard, we often struggle to let money land in our bank account too. Expression = Selling Herself = Payment. Repeat. It’s a collective agony to keep hitting up against your visibility fears and feel like your abundance and money keeps leaking away. But I’ve learnt that rather than trying to heal and solve those ancient wounds, we can choose to walk through a new doorway. A multi-dimensional one. A realm already swamped and dripping with original riches. Doing so shifts a leader into her multi-D soul wealth legacy. The problem with trying to desperately prove the value and profitability of your soul work, is that you are only relating to your money and wealth from the 3rd dimension. The only true source of limitless, luminous and ongoing wealth is your legacy. Your eternal investment portfolio. Because your soul cares way more about fulfilling her legacy than she does about fame or fortune. That’s why its essential you plug your wealth containers into what truly matters. How I use soul to make business decisions, to manifest my desires and keep really intimate with those I love. We’ll explore how we are constantly making decisions that can be governed by so many factors: where our nervous system is at, how we’re feeling, the amount of energy currently in our system, what we’re afraid of, our cultural imprints, our identities and roles.  But this is an amazing tool I use multiple times a day to ensure I can make choices and do actions directly from my soul. Devastating fires are wiping out pristine rainforest in Australia, killing hundreds of thousands of animals, bringing our koalas to extinction, destroying peoples homes, losing lives and clouding us in thick smoke that is hard to breathe.  We're not alone. More countries around the world will experience this extreme weather events due to climate change. The science is irrefutable. It will get worse.  How do we, as soul women with big dreams, move through these times? How do we alchemise the grief, anxiety and rage we feel into hope - without turning away or numbing it out?
