Whether you are standing firm or weak kneed - going through a valley, about to go through a battle or just over one, I am here to remind you of whose you are, who you are, what you have so you know what to do - standing firm in Christ through it all.
This side of heaven is the only time we have to obey God. Because after we get to heaven, it's the time to enjoy. So now is the time to fight. Now is the time to stand firm. Now is the time to not let our hearts be troubled.
Sheesh have I failed hard, but God, the Loving Father, picks me up and keeps me close. He is good. You are equipped when you feel like you have failed or feel weak! I hope we are encouraged in the battle today. Love, Sheri
Friends, Let us pray this together daily - soaking in every word. Really, If we get this, we GET IT! Our Father, which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy Name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, As it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, As we forgive them that trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, The power, and the glory, For ever and ever. Amen. Stand with me! Love, Sheri
Hi Friends, We made these 15 or 16 years ago. A friend needed these so I am posting them. Use these to HEAR the Word; set it on repeat; and put these deep in your heart. I will not allow the devil any inroad in my life to attempt to steal, kill, and destroy me. The Bible says that I have already been healed; I am more than a conqueror; an overcomer; I am above only and not beneath. God wishes above all things that my soul prosper and that I would be in good health. These are not just words; these are God's promises to me. He loves me, and He wants me to be as victorious on earth as I will be in heaven. I am healed and nothing, and I mean nothing, can or will come against me. Only what God has planted in my body will be in my body and remain there. Anything that God has not planted I command to leave my body, in the name of Jesus. I have had it with the enemy and his attacks. I stand on the Word of God and trust Him fully. Only He can bring me through my circumstances, victoriously. Only Him! No food, medicine, or manmade thing can do what my Savior has already done and will continue to do for me. I will trust in God because He loves me. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in me, His life runs through my veins, sending healing throughout my body. The spirit and life of God's Word flows in me cleansing my blood of every disease and impurity. Body, I command you to function normally as my God created you to function. No weapon formed against me shall prosper. Because the Lord is for me, no disease can be against me. Daily, my immune system grows stronger. I speak life to my immune system. I forbid confusion in my immune system. Every cell that does not promote life and health in my body is cut off from its life source. My immune system will not allow abnormal growths, blockages, or foreign things to live in my body in Jesus' name. No plague can come near me. That which has not been planted by God is dissolved and removed from my body in the name of Jesus. 1 Peter 2:24 is in every fiber of my being, and I am alive with the life of God. Jesus bore the curse for me. Therefore, I forbid any curse to inhabit my body. The life of God within me makes me strong and restores my health. Jesus Christ has set me free from the law of sin and death, therefore I will not allow sin, sickness, suffering or death to lord over me. I submit only the Lord Jesus Christ. I set a boundary around my family with the blood of Jesus. No weapon formed against me can cross His bloodline that is surrounding me! No defeated demon from the pit of hell can affect me or harm me. I don't have to bow down to sickness. Sickness has to bow down to me because God's spirit lives in me. I am the Righteousness of Jesus Christ. He says in His Word that He has given me the power to over the enemy. The devil is defeated, and God gave me this victory when He shed His blood on the cross. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will not fear! Satan, you have no authority here and must get out of my life and out of my body because I have been redeemed by the blood of the Jesus. I am no longer under the power of darkness, but am a child in God's kingdom! God's Word is sharper than any two-edged sword and better able to heal than a surgeon's blade. God's promises are true and better able to cure than any medicine. I am healed of God. It has already been done for me. In Jesus' MIGHTY Name, Amen!

Hey Friends , I recorded this and launched it already, but then there was an error in it. When I listened it back, I realize it was lame, so I re-recorded it. I hope this is a blessing. Love, Sheri
Even when it doesn't look like you are equipped - to yourself or others, YOU ARE! Your behavior doesn't direct equippedness! Is that a word?! oh well. Keep on standing.
Sweet friends, quick life update—We moved. Still standing for TY's miracle—it's coming! But, I've noticed I've been a bit too, let's say, "carnal" in my language lately. Time for a change in 2024! It's 2024, and I'm hitting the reset button to sticking to speaking faith and life - even when it's hard. Shoutout to my awesome, faith-filled friends and community—I couldn't do this without you. The sense of community in my life is like a superhero squad, and honestly, I'm in awe. Love you all, and here's to a happy new year!
Confessions Seven I am not a rejected soul. God pursued me. I am His. He is mine. I am not lonely. God is with me. Loneliness is God's invitation to hang out. God will strengthen and help me. He upholds me and God protects me from my enemies. He is my defender. I do not insult God by thinking that I cannot hear His voice. God put His desires in my heart so I run after every dream relentlessly. All my money belongs to God so I am irrationally generous. I forgive and forget quickly. I am not easily offended and do not hold onto bitterness. In everything, I serve Christ wholeheartedly. I have been saved by grace and am now the righteousness of Jesus. I take God-led risks because I know that failure does not define me! I am the head, not the tail – Always at the top, never at the bottom. I keep my eyes straight ahead on Christ. I am not distracted by what's on my right or what's on my left.
Confessions Six I lend to many but will borrow from none. I submit only to God. I resist the devil. I will not allow the devil any inroad in my life to attempt to steal, kill, and destroy me. I am more than a conqueror; an overcomer; I am above only and not beneath. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives within me. No weapon formed against me shall prosper. I am a faith-filled, big thinking, bet-the-farm risk taker. I will never insult God with small thinking and safe living. I show God's love to every client, vendor, and employee. I am usable because God chose me – what is foolish in the world to shame the wise. I have the mind of Christ. God is my defender and negotiator. I am not easily offended because God's love lives in me. I am fierce in confidence and boldness because God is with me. I do not fear punishment because God is my defender. I do not wallow in anxiety and fear. I wholeheartedly reject the labels of man. Only God can name me! I am not a people-pleaser. I follow and obey God because he loves me! I am a faith-filled, life-speaking child of God! I resist sin, sickness, fear, and victim mindset to allow God to make me Holy.
Confessions Five My life is a witness, a city on a hill. I am holy and blameless in Christ. I am safe I am accepted. I am the righteousness of Christ. I am not condemned. I am enough. My value is more than rubies and pearls. I am priceless. No darkness dwells in me. While man may reject me, my God never will. I am loved. God is my defender. When I am weak, I can stand on my own two feet because Christ in me carries me! I have a choice - life or death, today I choose life! I obey God because I love Him. I am blessed in the city and blessed in the country. I am blessed when I come and when I go. The enemies who rise against me will be defeated before me. They will come at me from one direction but flee from me in seven. God blesses everything I put my hand to. God opens the heavens to bless all the work of my hands.
HI Friends, I am so sorry for not posting regularly - I really intend to. We cannot trust our carnal world for Godly answers. Let me know how I can pray for you. Love, Sheri
Confessions Four I am a good friend to have. My friends and family love me and have the best intentions toward me. I am kind and loving. My fruit will speak for itself so I don't have to. I love because LOVE lives in me. I shut my mouth when I want to complain. I speak life! I encourage others daily – every day. Joy is my reputation. I represent Christ well! God's Holy Spirit reminds me, comforts me, and tells me things to come. God is the power source. When I lay hands on the sick, they're God's hands. When I tell others about God, they're God's words. I am appointed to tear down strongholds, and build up and plant your Truth into this world! I speak in the name of Jesus because Jesus name is above every name. I am loved. My value is based on what Jesus did, not my works. I am not the sum of what I have done. My failures do not define or limit me. My accomplishments are because of God in me.
Confessions Three Christ in me is the hope of glory. I am filled with hope. I take my thoughts captive and align them with God's thoughts. His ways are higher. My hope cannot be deferred when it's rooted in Christ. I die daily so Christ can live through me. I deny myself and carry my cross. I run the race to finish strong. God will complete the work he began in me. He sent out his word and healed me; he rescued me from the grave. I will not die but live, and will proclaim what God has done. God's word is health to my body. By Jesus stripes we were healed. No germ can come near my body and live! My eyesight does not grow dim. With long life God satisfies me! I am a new creation. I am no longer a sick person trying to get well. I am a whole and healed person resisting sickness! The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. I am blessed. I have awesome friends. I assume the best about others.
Confessions Two I give up things I love for things I love even more. It's an honor for me to sacrifice for Christ and His church. I am irrationally generous. I believe it is more blessed to give than to receive. God always provides a way out. No temptation will be greater than my God. I only need to ask and He will help me. God is stronger than my appetite. Jesus name is above my addiction. I crave the word of God more than addiction. I am a spiritual contributor not a spiritual consumer. I am the church and we all exist for the world. I honor Christ and His church with integrity. I do anything short of sin to reach one who doesn't know Christ. I do things no one is doing to reach people no one is reaching. I am not afraid because God is with me. I am not a slave to fear. I am safe in Christ. God is my shelter, my hiding place. God keeps my mind in perfect peace because I keep my mind on Him. I am called, chosen, and equipped. God will do it through me. He made me in His image. I am bright, sharp, smart, good-looking, and a major blessing to others!
Stand when it's hard - it's hard. Wherever you are - it's relative to you.
Confessions I am a life speaking encourager. I am better, not bitter. I will refuse to be easily offended. I love others because God loved me first. I am not the sum of the things I've done. Jesus took all my shame I am forgiven and it is finished. My past has been erased. Even when others remind me of my past, it no longer has the right to limit my future. I am a new creation. My past is not only Forgiven, but Forgotten. I am a faith-filled, big thinking, bet-the-farm risk taker. I will never insult God with small thinking and safe living. I will laugh hard, loud, and often. It is fun to serve God with people I love! I always bring my best. My excellence honors God and inspires people. God meets my needs and can do more than I can imagine. When I work, I eat. Whatever I work on, God multiples. I am a lender, not a borrower.

We live in a broken world and the ONLY hope we have is that God is legit, for us, and with us! Don't take that away from yourself or anyone! Sheri shares a journey of stumbling upon an old prophetic word that sparked a remarkable transformation, unveiling hidden strengths and renewing hope. Prayer for TY, 8:30AM Central: We speak Jesus' life into TY's body. From the top of his head to the soles of his feet. We command all manner of evil to leave his body and his brain, and for his body and brain to function normally, in Jesus' name. And we agree for total healing for our entire community, for every need and every heart's desire, that they would be met in the name of Jesus. We release the authority in victory that was already provided through Jesus' name. Amen and Hallelujah.

Ephesians 6 tells us to put on the full armor of God, but it isn't a defensive weapon – it's an offensive one. "Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people." Ephesians 6:10-18
Is your identity based on what you have done or the failures you made? I hope not because the only way to truly live is to know your Identity in Jesus Christ! God knew you before people bullied you, tore you down, abused you, or worshipped you! God is the only one who should have the ability and authority to name you and mark you! Read Ephesians 1 and 2. Make two columns on a piece of paper, and on the left side, write who God is; on the right, note who you are because of who God is! This exercise will change you! When you see who you are, you will grow in boldness and kindness because you will never want anyone to live without their identity assurance for the rest of their lives! God is good! Love you friends, Sheri
Take courage. Courage is being scared or unsure and going ahead and doing what is right anyway. You're doing it girl. And you're not alone. I know it feels that way but we are here. Girl please don't hold your own feet so close to the fire. You're walking through a difficult time. Everything is new and you're learning how to use new tools that you haven't had to use before. It can be exhausting. You're doing well. Just pace yourself. It's a marathon, not a sprint. "Cause it ain't even faith 'til your plan falls apart..." David was greatly distressed, for the men spoke of stoning him because the souls of them all were bitterly grieved, each man for his sons and daughters. But David encouraged and strengthened himself in the Lord his God. 1 Samuel 30:6 Keep believing God. Do not be afraid. Love, Sheri

Hi Friends, My tongue gets me in trouble. How about you? The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit. Proverbs 18:21 NIV “Fools have no interest in understanding; they only want to air their own opinions. Wise words are like deep waters; wisdom flows from the wise like a bubbling brook. Fools' words get them into constant quarrels; they are asking for a beating. The mouths of fools are their ruin; they trap themselves with their lips. Spouting off before listening to the facts is both shameful and foolish. Wise words satisfy like a good meal; the right words bring satisfaction. The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences.” Proverbs 18:21 NLT The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences. James 3:1-11 NIV Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly. 2 We all stumble in many ways. Anyone who is never at fault in what they say is perfect, able to keep their whole body in check. When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey us, we can turn the whole animal. Or take ships as an example. Although they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are steered by a very small rudder wherever the pilot wants to go. Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole body, sets the whole course of one's life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell. All kinds of animals, birds, reptiles and sea creatures are being tamed and have been tamed by mankind, but no human being can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison. With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God's likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be. Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring?
It's so easy to look at the hard circumstance, but nothing good comes from worry. Trust me, I know! It causes setbacks, for real. Goodness. We do not want to be double-minded (like we talked about in episode 29). We can come so easily overtaken by our circumstances that we take matters into our own hands, trying to fix everything because, if we are honest with ourselves, maybe we don't really think God will do it for us. "Our God always causes us to Triumph!" - Cheyn O. sent this to me. Wow! He does. Even through the hardest things, I have triumphed. We are overcomers, called to be content in every circumstance. I am NOT saying to not stand firm because that would be stupid. Resist the enemy and his schemes. Do not agree with ungodly and fear-based words. Jesus is Lord! If you are in him, He is in you. And the same power that raised Christ from the dead is in you! Allow faith to rise within so that his mighty work will be accomplished through you! Hallelujah! Love, Sheri “Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. Oh, give thanks to the God of gods! For His mercy endures forever. Oh, give thanks to the Lord of Lords! For His mercy endures forever: To Him who alone does great wonders, For His mercy endures forever; To Him who by wisdom made the heavens, For His mercy endures forever; To Him who laid out the earth above the waters, For His mercy endures forever; To Him who made great lights, For His mercy endures forever— The sun to rule by day, For His mercy endures forever; The moon and stars to rule by night, For His mercy endures forever. To Him who struck Egypt in their firstborn, For His mercy endures forever; And brought out Israel from among them, For His mercy endures forever; With a strong hand, and with an outstretched arm, For His mercy endures forever; To Him who divided the Red Sea in two, For His mercy endures forever; And made Israel pass through the midst of it, For His mercy endures forever; But overthrew Pharaoh and his army in the Red Sea, For His mercy endures forever; To Him who led His people through the wilderness, For His mercy endures forever; To Him who struck down great kings, For His mercy endures forever; And slew famous kings, For His mercy endures forever— Sihon king of the Amorites, For His mercy endures forever; And Og king of Bashan, For His mercy endures forever— And gave their land as a heritage, For His mercy endures forever; A heritage to Israel His servant, For His mercy endures forever. Who remembered us in our lowly state, For His mercy endures forever; And rescued us from our enemies, For His mercy endures forever; Who gives food to all flesh, For His mercy endures forever. Oh, give thanks to the God of heaven! For His mercy endures forever.” Psalms 136:1-26 NKJV
Do you think your powerful prayers make God answer you? I think you will be surprised to see that God answers the moment you turn to him....well at least here is an example of that from Daniel 10. Turn your face away from other things, distractions, and any help that takes your face away from God. Love, Sheri At that time I, Daniel, mourned for three weeks. I ate no choice food; no meat or wine touched my lips; and I used no lotions at all until the three weeks were over. On the twenty-fourth day of the first month, as I was standing on the bank of the great river, the Tigris, I looked up and there before me was a man dressed in linen, with a belt of fine gold from Uphaz around his waist. His body was like topaz, his face like lightning, his eyes like flaming torches, his arms and legs like the gleam of burnished bronze, and his voice like the sound of a multitude. I, Daniel, was the only one who saw the vision; those who were with me did not see it, but such terror overwhelmed them that they fled and hid themselves. So I was left alone, gazing at this great vision; I had no strength left, my face turned deathly pale and I was helpless. Then I heard him speaking, and as I listened to him, I fell into a deep sleep, my face to the ground. A hand touched me and set me trembling on my hands and knees. He said, “Daniel, you who are highly esteemed, consider carefully the words I am about to speak to you, and stand up, for I have now been sent to you.” And when he said this to me, I stood up trembling. Then he continued, “Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them. But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia. Now I have come to explain to you what will happen to your people in the future, for the vision concerns a time yet to come.” Daniel 10:2-14
I had a freakin meltdown y'all, and in the middle of it, I received a text from someone I don't even know. It say: Ty is healed. No double mindedness. I will be content in every circumstance, we sing, but it is easy to say than to live. Join me today as I shout down some encouragements of how to stand. I am standing and invite you to stand in your circumstance too! Love, Sheri
In John 16:7-11, Jesus tells his disciples that he is going away and that they will be grieved, but that their grief will turn to joy. He explains that they will be given the Holy Spirit, who will guide them and bring them truth. Jesus reassures them that they will not be left alone, and that the Spirit will be with them always.
May we press in and hear from the Lord through the Holy Spirit who lives within us. The Holy Spirit's role in your life: The Holy Spirit guides us in all Truth.
