    Our mission at R/Strong Performance is to help people pursue their best self through athletic-based strength training. What is athletic-based strength training anyway? In short, it's a blend of several different strength disciplines combined to improve athleticism. It's a dash of powerlifting, with a skosh of bodybuilding, a touch of crossfit and maybe a pinch of Olympic weightlifting. Hell, maybe even some yoga sprinkled in.
