As a health coach, I hear SO many excuses from clients and the most common excuse I hear is "healthy food is expensive." The hard but true reality is that you're either going to pay for your health now and get your body healthy, or you're going to pay for it later when you have no other option. So stop disqualifying yourself with excuses and choose to get yourself healthy now. You were made on purpose and for a purpose to glorify God in all you do, so I encourage you, step up, take a step in the direction towards health and get one percent better today.
