It is not between a healer and a wounded; it is much bigger than that. It is about evolving consciousness; it is about being at the service of something higher than any individual. It is a sacred collaboration to bring particular energies and frequencies to the present moment and nurture our sexual selves with them.  Resources mentioned: Check out my FREE Training, Reclaiming Your Intuitive, Confident, and Sensual Self https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-training The Sexual Alchemy Journal for Men: The Sexual Alchemy Journal for Men: 6 Weeks to Discovering and Embracing Your Full Sexual Self https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop/p/sexualalchemyjournalformen The Sexual Mastery Activation Cards for Men https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop Sign up for bi-monthly(ish) Love Letters straight to your inbox https://self-alchemy.activehosted.com/f/11 Free resources: https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-resources/ My book "101 Meditations for Life, Business and Bedroom Success" https://www.amazon.com/Meditations-Life-Business-Bedroom-Success/dp/0993207626/ My website https://www.sexualalchemy.com/ Find me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/s_xualalchemy/ Find me on Twitter https://twitter.com/rebeccalowrie/ Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/rebecca.lowrie1 Find me on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/rebeccalowrie/ Find me on TikTok  https://www.tiktok.com/@sexualalchemy

This week, I'm joined by the magnificent Jason Tantra, Co-founder of Tantra 4 Gay Men, a space where he and his husband Ingo welcome men who love men to experience love in the most profound, ecstatic and orgasmic way. Since 2006, when he created Tantra 4 Gay Men, Jason and his husband have helped and worked with over 12,000 beautiful souls.  We had an open and vulnerable conversation about his work, career and Tantra, the only spiritual practice that uses the body and sexual energy as a vehicle for spiritual exploration. We also talk about the ups and downs of having professions that are not mainstream, the evolution of the narrative about what it means to be gay, as well as how to deal with the feeling of "universal tiredness" in our professional lives. What You Will Learn In This Episode: - Who Jason is and what is Tantra 4 Gay Men - What growing up as a gay man and teaching Tantra have in common - What it really means to see life through the Tantric lens - How to gain awareness of how conditioned we are to operate in certain ways in specific situations - The undoing work needed to rediscover who we are as sexual beings - What most men that join Jason's programs search for, and what they get from the retreats After over 15 years of teaching Tantra and 25 years of background in many spiritual modalities, Jason loves bringing men into a deeper awareness of themselves and helping them enhance their human experiences. Far from teaching what love is or what is truth, he simply creates the space for men to discover that for themselves.  Resources: - Tantra 4 Gay Men website: https://www.tantra4gaymen.com/  - Twitter: https://twitter.com/jason_tantra  - TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@jasontantra  - Check out my FREE Training, Reclaiming Your Intuitive, Confident, and Sensual Self https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-training - The Sexual Alchemy Journal for Men: The Sexual Alchemy Journal for Men: 6 Weeks to Discovering and Embracing Your Full Sexual Self https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop/p/sexualalchemyjournalformen  - The Sexual Mastery Activation Cards for Men https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop - Sign up for bi-monthly(ish) Love Letters straight to your inbox https://self-alchemy.activehosted.com/f/11 - Free resources: https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-resources/ - My book "101 Meditations for Life, Business and Bedroom Success" https://www.amazon.com/Meditations-Life-Business-Bedroom-Success/dp/0993207626/ - My website https://www.sexualalchemy.com/ - Find me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/s_xualalchemy/ - Find me on Twitter https://twitter.com/rebeccalowrie/ - Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/rebecca.lowrie1 - Find me on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/rebeccalowrie/ - Find me on TikTok  https://www.tiktok.com/@sexualalchemy

This week, I'll take you through a simple yet powerful exercise to help you develop those "sexual spidey senses" we talked about last week. As this practice is not right or wrong, please don't put too much pressure on yourself or expect to master it immediately. Be patient and keep practising it, and you'll get there eventually.  What You Will Learn In This Episode: - Why this exercise is not about getting it right on the first try - How this practice can change the way you perceive and navigate the world - Why it's crucial to let go of what no longer serves you and how to do it - How to listen with your whole body - How to use this exercise outside of sexual experiences Once you learn to be in tune with your "sexual spidey senses," you can use this practice outside the bedroom to connect with your partner in erotic and non-erotic situations. You'll also learn alternatives for couples who want to try new things separately, how men should approach this issue from a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, and more.  What You Will Learn In This Episode: - How a compassionate, loving, and empathetic approach can help you get back into intimacy with your spouse - What it means for you as a man and your sexual energy that your partner is shut down to sex - Why introspection might be a helpful tool to find out the root cause of the shutdown of sex - What options you have if the answer is to solve it in separate ways - A short story of a couple who went through this issue and how they solved it - Why you shouldn't be judgmental with your partner about it As hard as it might be to hear that your spouse has decided to close herself to sex, you must know it is as hard for her to acknowledge it first, and perhaps even harder to verbalise it. Men need to feel safe to open up to whatever arises when they're aroused. As a man, the first step is to recognise it, find a physical and mental place where you feel safe, be aware and know what triggers you, and establish open communication with your partner.  Resources:  - Check out my FREE Training, Reclaiming Your Intuitive, Confident, and Sensual Self https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-training - The Sexual Alchemy Journal for Men: The Sexual Alchemy Journal for Men: 6 Weeks to Discovering and Embracing Your Full Sexual Self https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop/p/sexualalchemyjournalformen  - The Sexual Mastery Activation Cards for Men https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop - Sign up for bi-weekly(ish) Love Letters straight to your inbox https://self-alchemy.activehosted.com/f/11 - Free resources: https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-resources/ - My book "101 Meditations for Life, Business and Bedroom Success" https://www.amazon.com/Meditations-Life-Business-Bedroom-Success/dp/0993207626/ - My website https://www.sexualalchemy.com/ - Find me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/s_xualalchemy/ - Find me on Twitter https://twitter.com/rebeccalowrie/ - Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/rebecca.lowrie1 - Find me on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/rebeccalowrie/ - Find me on TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@sexualalchemy

So, are there any shortcuts to intimacy in those days where it seems impossible to leave work at work and stop thinking on your next day's to-do list? 081 Controversy and Compassion: A Conversation about The Modern Man Experience with Fidel Beauhill

Today's episode is about a particular subject that I initially wanted to cover in a solo episode; but when I tried to do it on my own, I just felt too emotional and too biased towards this topic, so I decided it would be better shared in a conversation. The person who immediately came to my mind was Fidel Beauhill, The Modern Man Coach, Founder of The Modern Man Coach Academy and The Modern Man Movement. He is a life and relationship coach for men, helping them through divorce, breakups and midlife crises, and helping them step into their masculine energy in a positive way.  Fidel and I had an awesome conversation about the phenomenon of incels and why we feel we should call them in instead of calling them out. We discussed the controversy around Andrew Tate and Jordan Peterson, how to use the terms masculine and feminine in a better way, and what we can do to change the antagonistic narrative between men and women.  What We Cover:  - What the term ‘incel' stands for and the rhetoric surrounding it - What coaches who work with men can do to change that extreme rhetoric - What is so controversial about Andrew Tate and Jordan Peterson - How Fidel teaches men to step into and embody their masculinity in a positive way - Why today's men feel devalued, less powerful and disconnected from their masculine energy  - The taboos surrounding male sexuality   - How to be pro-masculine without being anti-feminine - How the current culture of victim mentality affects men  - Why it's useful to have a gender identity framework to work with and explore it Cultivating self-awareness is the key to navigating the challenges that modern men face. Knowing who you are is a life-long journey of self-exploration and examination. To get started on this path, Fidel proposes a three-step framework - Values, Vision, Goals. When you know what's most important to you, when you have a compelling, long-term vision of the future, then you get to decide how you're going to get there and learn a lot about yourself along the way.  Resources:  - The Modern Man website: https://modernman.org.uk/  - The Modern Man Club Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/themodernmanclub/ - Connect with Fidel Beauhill on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/fidel-modernman-beauhill/ - Facebook https://www.facebook.com/themodernmancoach - Instagram https://www.instagram.com/themodernmancoach/  - Twitter https://twitter.com/ModernManCoach  - Book: Fidel Beauhill - Divorce: The Modern Man's Guide: https://www.amazon.co.uk/DIVORCE-Modern-Guide-Fidel-Beauhill/dp/1527276236/ - Book: Rebeca Lowrie: The Sexual Alchemy Journal for Men: 6 Weeks to Discovering and Embracing Your Full Sexual Self: https://www.amazon.com/Sexual-Alchemy-Journal-Men-Discovering/dp/B09NJHN24M/  - Check out my FREE Training, Reclaiming Your Intuitive, Confident, and Sensual Self https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-training - The Sexual Alchemy Journal for Men: The Sexual Alchemy Journal for Men: 6 Weeks to Discovering and Embracing Your Full Sexual Self https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop/p/sexualalchemyjournalformen  - The Sexual Mastery Activation Cards for Men https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop - Sign up for bi-weekly(ish) Love Letters straight to your inbox https://self-alchemy.activehosted.com/f/11 - Free resources: https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-resources/ - My book "101 Meditations for Life, Business and Bedroom Success" https://www.amazon.com/Meditations-Life-Business-Bedroom-Success/dp/0993207626/ - My website https://www.sexualalchemy.com/ - Find me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/s_xualalchemy/ - Find me on Twitter https://twitter.com/rebeccalowrie/  - Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/rebecca.lowrie1 - Find me on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/rebeccalowrie/

What You'll Learn In This Episode: - The myths vs. truth around how semen retention boosts sexual energy - The link between semen retention and spiritual practices - Different concepts of orgasming and ejaculating - The multiple types of orgasms a man can experience - The energetic and spiritual components of ejaculating that most men ignore - Why there is a massive misunderstanding about sexual energy and its proper use In many non-Western societies, semen retention is linked with spiritual practices, and it would make "more sense" to practice it consistently. Still, practicing semen retention to claim control over the body is pointless for men living under the stresses and pressures of the Western world. Instead of imposing a restrictive control over ejaculating, it is way more productive trying to understand the energetic and spiritual components of ejaculating. Have you ever had a desire, a fantasy, or the urge to ask for something during sex that sounded like a weird thing to ask for, or perhaps made you feel that you're not normal? In this episode, I'll address why many men experience feeling not normal regarding their fantasies, desires and fetiches. I'll talk about what normality means, how it's interpreted and how you can determine whether you want to be labeled as normal or not.  What You'll Learn In This Episode: - An example of how even the wildest fantasy can be totally normal - What is considered normal, and how it molded the way you understand normality in sex - External factors that influence what is considered normal in the environment you grow up in and experience your sexuality - Some of the questions most men ask to find out if they are normal - Why every interaction and experience in the sex realm is normal as long as it is consensual Most of us understand normal as acting as expected, established, or even imposed by cultural, religious and social norms. Instead of worrying about being "normal," you should focus on being true to your desires. As long as you do your thing in a consensual relationship, you can consider yourself and your inclinations completely normal.  Resources: - 056 Chat with DK Green, What is Taboo?: https://www.sexualalchemy.com/the-sexual-alchemy-podcast/episode-56  - The Sexual Alchemy Journal for Men: The Sexual Alchemy Journal for Men: 6 Weeks to Discovering and Embracing Your Full Sexual Self https://www.amazon.com/Sexual-Alchemy-Journal-Men-Discovering/dp/B09NJHN24M/ - Check out my FREE Training, Reclaiming Your Intuitive, Confident, and Sensual Self https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-training - Book: Rebecca Lowrie - The Sexual Alchemy Journal for Men: 6 Weeks to Discovering and Embracing Your Full Sexual Self: https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop/p/sexualalchemyjournalformen  - The Sexual Mastery Activation Cards for Men https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop - Sign up for bi-weekly(ish) Love Letters straight to your inbox https://self-alchemy.activehosted.com/f/11 - Free resources: https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-resources/ - My book "101 Meditations for Life, Business and Bedroom Success" https://www.amazon.com/Meditations-Life-Business-Bedroom-Success/dp/0993207626/ - My website https://www.sexualalchemy.com/ - Find me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/s_xualalchemy/ - Find me on Twitter https://twitter.com/rebeccalowrie/  - Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/rebecca.lowrie1 - Find me on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/rebeccalowrie/

We get a lot of conditioning in our upbringing about the meaning of touch. Any kind of contact is linked with the desire to have penetrative sex. The same principle applies to kissing, hugging or getting or receiving a massage. In this episode, we explore the roots of this issue, how to deal with it, and how to navigate the need to give or receive touch without giving our partner the wrong idea about our intentions.  What You'll Learn In This Episode: - The different kinds of touch a human needs that are not necessarily linked to sex - Why we have so much fear, shame and conditioning around touching or wanting to be touched by our partner - How previous experiences with touch can enhance rejection to touch - How setting clear boundaries and intentions about touching can make things easier for our partner and us Human beings are hardwired for touch. It's a primitive and essential need all of us have. Still, the need for human contact doesn't necessarily imply a desire for penetrative sex. If the making-out session or the massage turns your and your partner's arousal on, you can pause for a moment, renegotiate and agree to have full penetrative sex.  Resources: - Check out my FREE Training, Reclaiming Your Intuitive, Confident, and Sensual Self https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-training - Book: Rebecca Lowrie - The Sexual Alchemy Journal for Men: 6 Weeks to Discovering and Embracing Your Full Sexual Self: https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop/p/sexualalchemyjournalformen  - The Sexual Mastery Activation Cards for Men https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop - Sign up for bi-weekly(ish) Love Letters straight to your inbox https://self-alchemy.activehosted.com/f/11 - Free resources: https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-resources/ - My book "101 Meditations for Life, Business and Bedroom Success" https://www.amazon.com/Meditations-Life-Business-Bedroom-Success/dp/0993207626/ - My website https://www.sexualalchemy.com/ - Find me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/s_xualalchemy/ - Find me on Twitter https://twitter.com/rebeccalowrie/  - Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/rebecca.lowrie1 - Find me on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/rebeccalowrie/

    063 Navigating Different Sex Drives

I've decided to address a question I get asked a lot: what to do when we have a different level of libido, sexual desire, need or arousal than our partners? Whether you are the one with less or more sex drive, this episode will help you find common ground between you and those connecting with you in the sexual and sensual realm.  What You Will Learn In This Episode: - Having a different sex drive than our partners is entirely normal - Establishing an honest and open communication channel with our partners will make everything move forward with ease - How expanding our definition of sex will help us find other routes to deal with our sex drive - How playing with our sexual and sensual energy can help us explore new senses and make us feel filled up - Why it is crucial to sit with ourselves and get clear about our needs and desires before asking our partners for sexual interaction It is a common misconception to think that any sexual desire or arousal should be put out. It is almost like the only possible end for sexual needs is an orgasm. Sexual energy does not need to be extinguished to be satisfied. There are many other ways to enjoy it, from moving it through our bodies to expanding it and even using it to heal our bodies.

A couple of years ago my partner and I came up with the concept of sensual snacks. We'll define what sensual snacks are, how to explore them safely, and most importantly, set clear boundaries and expectations around them. We also explore the possibilities of this sensual connection for couples and single people.  What You Will Learn In This Episode: - What sensual snacks are and why they are perfect for reconnecting with our partners and our own sensual selves - The difference between what sensual snacks and sexy time can offer to us - Being clear about what we expect to give and receive during a sensual snack is key to its primary purpose The beauty of sensual snacks is that there is no sexual obligation attached to them. They are a snack, not a whole meal, and their primary purpose is to satisfy a very specific sensual need without necessarily ending in something penetrative or orgasmic.

This week, we welcome Sarah Rose Bright to the show. She is a Sexologist, Sex and Intimacy Coach, and the creator of Intimate Sexuality. Sarah is on a mission of inspiring women and couples to discover their sexual pleasure and awaken their sexual confidence.  We had a fantastic conversation about being intimate not only with our partners but with ourselves too. We also dive into the idea of thinking about sex as a lifelong learning process, the concept of thinking of sexuality as a partner that evolves with us as we get older, and the myths around menopause and its relationship with sex.  What You Will Learn In This Episode: - What Intimate Sexuality is and how Sarah Rose uses it to improve people's relationship with sex and intimacy - The impact of social, cultural and religious conditioning in how we understand and experience sex - Connection with our partner is as essential as connection with ourselves during sex - Having great sex requires black belt communicators with a continuous and deep desire of learning about their sexuality - What parameters we use to measure successful intimacy The misconception around intimacy is that people tend to believe that penetration is a sine qua non to be intimate. Pleasure is also often used as a reference for successful intimacy, which leads many couples to think they need more sex for a deeper connection, when actually they need more intimacy.  Resources: - The Festival of Sexuality: https://www.sexualalchemy.com/festival-of-sexuality  - Sign up to Sarah's newsletter for pleasure mapping, a free guided practice: https://www.sarahrosebright.co.uk/guided-pleasure-mapping / - Book a free consultation with Sarah: https://calendly.com/sarahrosebright  - Ignite Your Sexuality, a 10 module self-study course for women: https://www.sarahrosebright.co.uk/an-online-course-for-women/   Find Sarah Online: - Website: www.sarahrosebright.com - Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sarahrosebright/ - Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sarahrosebrightsexcoach  - Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/c/sarahrosebrigh t - Find me on Spotify for some playlists: https://open.spotify.com/user/dog9xui4wwpjatvbnpb2t7l3y?si=jnc_V6wxSCqaqr3UhNgD6Q&nd=1  - Check out my FREE Training, Reclaiming Your Intuitive, Confident, and Sensual Self https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-training - Book: Rebecca Lowrie - The Sexual Alchemy Journal for Men: 6 Weeks to Discovering and Embracing Your Full Sexual Self: https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop/p/sexualalchemyjournalformen  - The Sexual Mastery Activation Cards for Men https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop - Sign up for bi-weekly(ish) Love Letters straight to your inbox https://self-alchemy.activehosted.com/f/11 - Free resources: https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-resources/ - My book "101 Meditations for Life, Business and Bedroom Success" https://www.amazon.com/Meditations-Life-Business-Bedroom-Success/dp/0993207626/ - My website https://www.sexualalchemy.com/ - Find me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/s_xualalchemy/ - Find me on Twitter https://twitter.com/rebeccalowrie/  - Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/rebecca.lowrie1 - Find me on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/rebeccalowrie/

He primarily works with GSRD (gender, sex, relationship diversity), CNM, kink, tantra, consensual non-monogamy, and sex workers both in his therapy room and as an educator.  Our conversation revolves around  the nuances of taboo depending on cultural and religious conditioning, and what is considered taboo in western civilizations. We talk about consensual non-consent sex, breath play, and the fantasies around incest, bestiality, scat golden showers, feet fetish. We also explore the intimate relationship between taboo and fantasy, role play, and the pleasure and turn-ons performing a sex act considered taboo.  What You Will Learn In This Episode: - The broad spectrum of what people consider taboo in sex - The psychological minefield we enter when we allow ourselves to play with taboo - The three big no's in sex and why for some people it is a turn-on to play with them - The crucial role of negotiation and communication when playing with taboo in consensual sexual relations - How playing with taboo can be part of a healing process - The aftercare for the receiving, and the active component in fantasies like rape play or domination  Leaving aside the three big no's of sex, the definition of taboo will be very different for a traditional married couple and for someone who is into kink. Still, the curiosity of playing with boundaries suggests a desire for exploration, and when we allow ourselves to explore, to move towards the new and unfamiliar, the closer we get to the juiciness of sex.  Resources: - DK Green's Website http://www.dkgreen.com - Learn more about DK Green's offers   https://linktr.ee/DKLeather - Connect with DK Green dkgreen1967@gmail.com  - Check out my FREE Training, Reclaiming Your Intuitive, Confident, and Sensual Self https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-training - Book: Rebecca Lowrie - The Sexual Alchemy Journal for Men: 6 Weeks to Discovering and Embracing Your Full Sexual Self: https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop/p/sexualalchemyjournalformen  - The Sexual Mastery Activation Cards for Men https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop - Sign up for bi-weekly(ish) Love Letters straight to your inbox https://self-alchemy.activehosted.com/f/11 - Free resources: https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-resources/ - My book "101 Meditations for Life, Business and Bedroom Success" https://www.amazon.com/Meditations-Life-Business-Bedroom-Success/dp/0993207626/ - My website https://www.sexualalchemy.com/ - Find me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/s_xualalchemy/ - Find me on Twitter https://twitter.com/rebeccalowrie/  - Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/rebecca.lowrie1 - Find me on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/rebeccalowrie/

Jaeleen spoke about her passion for educating and de-stigmatizing this type of bodywork and, at the same time creating unforgettable sensual, blissfully pleasurable and provocative experiences in her clients' lives.  What You Will Learn In This Episode: - What Bondassage and Elysium are, and how they are utterly different from BDSM - Bondassage can be an excellent way to reconnect with our bodies - Why trust is one of the most important factors to perform Bondassage - Why Bondassage must be an unscripted and spontaneous session to reach its full potential - The impact of Bondassage on heterosexual men, who perhaps may be surrendering and receiving for the first time in their lives During a Bondassage session, the practitioner does not receive any verbal feedback from the client and they focus on nonverbal clues the person tied up gives, like their breath and the energy changes. It is not like the practitioner does whatever they want, they observe the reactions, and when the person receiving demonstrates pleasure, the one giving expands on that. We will explore alternatives for those who don't have a romantic partner to celebrate with, those who prefer to celebrate their love for themselves and those interested in practicing self-love.   What You Will Learn In This Episode: - Turning Valentine's Day into a self-love day - How empowering and nourishing it can be making love to ourselves - How to normalise being romantic in our day to day lives It is possible to reframe Valentine's Day by using the date to practice self-love or going out with our loved ones. We can take our kids out, our siblings, a friend or even our parents, and demonstrate the love and appreciation we have for them. Valentine's Day is also an excellent opportunity to enjoy some super hot sex with ourselves.   Resources: - Festival of Sexuality: https://www.sexualalchemy.com/festival-of-sexuality  - Check out my FREE Training, Reclaiming Your Intuitive, Confident, and Sensual Self https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-training - Book: Rebecca Lowrie - The Sexual Alchemy Journal for Men: 6 Weeks to Discovering and Embracing Your Full Sexual Self: https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop/p/sexualalchemyjournalformen  - The Sexual Mastery Activation Cards for Men https://www.sexualalchemy.com/shop - Sign up for bi-weekly(ish) Love Letters straight to your inbox https://self-alchemy.activehosted.com/f/11 - Free resources: https://www.sexualalchemy.com/free-resources/ - My book "101 Meditations for Life, Business and Bedroom Success" https://www.amazon.com/Meditations-Life-Business-Bedroom-Success/dp/0993207626/ - My website https://www.sexualalchemy.com/ - Find me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/s_xualalchemy/ - Find me on Twitter https://twitter.com/rebeccalowrie/  - Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/rebecca.lowrie1 - Find me on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/rebeccalowrie/

This week, we will talk about the relationship with ourselves, the most important relationship we'll ever have. We will analyze how the relationship we establish with ourselves affects how we interact with others, what we think of ourselves, and even how we see the world. We will also go through a set of questions to help you narrow down and learn what kind of relationship you have with yourself, and pay attention to what you need to improve.  What You Will Learn In This Episode: - Why it is essential to establish a healthy and loving relationship with ourselves - Knowing what triggers us and what doesn't is critical to building boundaries and enjoying our erotic and non-erotic encounters - How the way we deal with emotions and conflicts can help us understand better the relationship we have with ourselves - Why it's harder for many men to receive pleasure than to give it The more we know ourselves, and the more we are willing to explore profound levels of intimacy with ourselves, the deeper we will connect with others. On the other side of the spectrum, the more we try to hide and cover up the parts of us we believe are not attractive or not good enough, the harder it gets to engage with sexual partners or even with people in general in our lives.  Resources:  - Join The Festival of Sexuality online from 7th to 10th April 2022.
