My long-term boyfriend is wonderful, patient, and always makes sure I finish, but sometimes I find myself not wanting to have sex at all because I don't feel like giving myself the time. When pipeline starts slipping and targets go up, most revenue leaders do the same thing: they panic. They launch new experiments, adopt the latest AI tools, and try to do more, faster, harder. But what if that's exactly what's keeping you stuck? This episode is part of a 5-part series exploring the journey B2B revenue leaders take from reactive chaos to understanding and measuring their full revenue factory, and transforming their careers in the process. Each stage represents a critical transformation moment that separates leaders who consistently hit their targets and drive real results from those who scramble every quarter wondering why nothing's working. This episode explores Stage 1: The Panic Response, and it represents the first stage in revenue transformation. You're likely in Stage 1 if you're asking questions like, "What experiments should I try next?", "What are other companies doing that I should copy?", or "What AI tool is going to save my pipeline?".What We Cover in This Episode:Why the question "What experiments should I try next?" is fundamentally wrongHow to recognize if you're trapped in The Panic ResponseThe uncomfortable truth about why transformation only happens outside your comfort zoneWhat it actually takes to move from reactive scrambling to strategic confidenceWhy adding more tactics to a broken foundation only creates more noise in an already chaotic systemThe real reason you can't measure the impact of your investments, and what that means for your ability to drive growthWhat fundamental questions you're NOT asking because you don't have the data model to answer themThe moment of decision that separates leaders who transform from leaders who stay stuckHow to stop copying what other companies are doing and start building what actually works for YOUR revenue factoryIf you've ever felt like you're working harder than ever but can't prove you're moving the needle, this episode is for you.—This episode is powered by Passetto. If you're tired of staring at dashboards that don't tell you what you need to know, you're not alone. Most revenue leaders are flying blind because of the Pipeline Black Box™, a critical data gap that keeps you from understanding what's actually driving results. Passetto transforms how you run your revenue engine, so you can finally see what's working, fix what's not, and scale with precision.Tired of guessing what's generating pipeline and what's draining your resources? Dr. E here with another asynchronous episode of Untold Physio Stories, featuring the great Dr. Wells! We're diving deep into the trenches of chronic elbow tendinopathies, specifically lateral epicondylalgia, and the surprising speed of response in a couple of recent patient cases. What We Cover in This Episode:The Power of Length and Load: We revisit the concept of using isometric contractions in a lengthened position (70-80% MVC) for superior tendon loading, inspired by Dr Michaud's excellent tendinopathy article.Dr. E shares a recent article on LinkedIn by Dr. Malliaras showing that this position creates significantly higher tensile force in the tendon compared to concentric/eccentric exercises, making it ideal for remodeling and managing inflammation.Case 1: The WFH Warrior (Lateral Epicondylalgia): A work-from-home patient with bilateral elbow pain from excessive arm raises found complete symptom resolution in just two weeks using the lengthened isometric contraction technique (wrist flexion, pronation, resisting extension). We discuss why this response was so much faster than typically expected for tendinopathy. Was it pain modulation, a true strength issue, or something else?Case 2: The Chronic Tennis Coach: A long-term case of lateral epicondylalgia that didn't respond to the initial lengthened isometric program or even repeated cervical retractions. We explore the eventual success with a Mulligan Mobilization with Movement (MWM) technique (lateral ulnar glide with gripping/wrist extension), highlighting the sometimes-necessary shift from exercise to pain-modulating manual therapy before resuming loading. The Big Question: Dr. Wells and Dr. E debate the varying patient responses, the balance between mid-range vs. lengthened loading, and why these tendinopathy cases can be so unpredictable. Dr. Wells also shares a cautionary tale about an athlete who didn't respond to conservative care, ultimately revealing a significant tear.

For years, I gave karmic astrology readings. I believed birth charts held soul contracts, past life wounds, and divine purpose. But the truth? It was never the stars guiding me—it was spiritual deception dressed in self-discovery.In this episode of The Illuminated Woman, I'm sharing why karmic astrology feels comforting but leads to confusion, how it distorts God's truth, and why only Christ—not Pluto, karma, or the 8th house—can bring true healing and freedom. We'll explore the spiritual danger of astrology, how it excuses sin, encourages goddess worship, and pulls us away from the authority of Scripture. Whether you've practiced astrology, followed transits, or just felt the pull toward cosmic “truth,” this conversation will illuminate what you've been searching for all along: the voice of your Creator.

I'm Chris, and in this episode Brandon and I talk about what year-end planning really looks like when you stop chasing perfect dashboards and start leading with purpose. We unpack what worked for Floodlight this year, how we intentionally ran lean to leap ahead, and why your team's buy-in depends on more than KPIs. What We Cover [00:01:12] Planning Q4 like an investor and how we turned red months into green growth [00:05:11] Why most leaders undervalue strategic planning and treat it like a checklist [00:08:57] Mission before metrics and how to build KPIs that actually drive vision [00:14:25] The “100 Point Week” system for sales reps and why simple wins [00:20:06] How C-suite dashboards actually work with 3 to 4 key metrics [00:31:38] Aligning sales and operations around customer experience, not just numbers [00:53:36] Tommy Mello's story about building a dream big enough for others to fit inside it Key Takeaways Plan on purpose, not by habit. Use fewer, clearer KPIs. Simplify tracking so reps can sell, not babysit CRMs. Make your mission about people, not profit. Audit your own leadership because culture is the real KPI. If you're leading a restoration or home-service company and planning for next year, this episode is your field guide for making 2026 different. Did you know... Only 30% of businesses listed for sale actually find a buyer? Even more striking, just 10% of those sell for the price their owners anticipated or higher, meaning only 3% of all business owners achieve their desired sale price. By focusing on understanding and enhancing your enterprise value, you can significantly boost your chances of joining that successful 3%. Healthcare is broken — and everyone feels it. Appointments are rushed. Costs keep rising. Clinicians are burned out. Patients are frustrated. And the system seems to be hurting the very people it's supposed to help. In this episode of The Health Feast, I'm joined by Dr. Todd Otten — a board-certified family doctor and Navy veteran — who nearly left medicine after seeing how deeply the system was failing both his patients and his peers. In this week's episode we're answering one of YOUR questions with a combination of expert tips and personal experience. The Question: “I'm 23 years old and have never had an orgasm. I have a wonderful boyfriend, whom I very much enjoy having sex with, but cannot finish, and have not been able to with the other people I've slept with. I also masturbate relatively frequently, and have tried a few different toys, and manual stimulation as well. I recently talked to my friend about this, who suggested watching porn to see if this helped, but I really just couldn't get into it. I have a pretty active brain, and sometimes will struggle to be fully in the moment. Even when I'm turned on, and enjoying it, I don't know if I'm able to be fully present. Am I broken? I know you usually say that everyone is different, but I often find sex and masturbation feels “nice” with smaller pockets of pleasure. My boyfriend is great, and priorities making me feel good with going down on me, encouraging me to use toys when we're together etc, but I still can't. Is it possible that I just am not capable of orgasming? I'd really appreciate your opinions and advice." What We Cover in This Episode: Not having an orgasm doesn't mean you're broken. We break down the orgasm trap and explain how pressure can make it harder to cum. The biggest orgasm blockers. Stress, shame, “shoulds,” and a wandering mind are some of the most common things that get in the way. How to get out of your head during sex. Grounding tools and easy practices to bring your brain back into your body. Pleasure beyond your usual go-to's. Why focusing only on our go-to's (like penetration) can stall your pleasure and what else to explore instead. Fun ways to shake up your routine. From massage to toys to new locations, we share fresh ideas to make intimacy exciting again. How to talk to your partner about orgasm struggles. Scripts and conversation tips that make asking for support feel sexy instead of stressful. Why small wins matter more than the big O.
