Spiritual Healer, Margo Running, joins Josh Trent on the Wellness + Wisdom Podcast, episode 668, to share why it's so important to be in silence and in the present moment, how to learn to trust your fear, what blocks your awareness, and how we can create a connection with others by creating safety. "There are many layers of the human experience and it needs to be felt. That's the healing modality. It needs to be felt. But it needs safety in order to be felt because safety wasn't there before." - Margo Running

Fully remote work isn't for everyone. For instance, some people get their energy from having a community at work, whilst others get it from elsewhere. Some can deal with the ambiguity that comes with working remotely, and others struggle with it. Our guest this week believes that working remotely is not just a decision over having an office or not, but an operating system. And that means that you need to curate every aspect of your people operations. This week on The Melting Pot, we learned from Jessica Zwaan, author of Amazon Best Selling, Built for People, and founder of Being People consultancy. She's also the Chief Operating Officer at Whereby, a calm and user-friendly video call solution that integrates directly into your platform using our API or SDK. In this episode, Jessica joined us to discuss the importance of cultural responsibility and effective performance evaluation within organisations. She delved into the different spectrums of responsibility at different levels, emphasising the crucial role of HR leaders in driving strategic success. She also explores the challenges of traditional HR practices and shares the innovative strategies they're implemented at Whereby to encourage the team to book holidays in advance. James 5:12 - Being People of Our Word" - Pastor Jeremy Fuller
Raya and the Last Dragon (2021) is een Amerikaanse computer-animated fantasy-action-avonturenfilm van Walt Disney. - Prologue 5'44” - Young Raya and Namaari 3'26” - Lead The Way 0'30” - Gabay (single KZ Tandingan) 0'30” - Dragon Graveyard 2'54” - Being People is Hard 4'05” - Return 4'58”

This is the sermon from our Sunday evening service on 9/20/2015 titled "Being People of Truth" on Matthew 5:33-37 with Pastor Jeff Gill.
How do we wake up from our unreal 3D matrix? The media today seldom tells us the truth. More often they are a tool for control. Popular movies like The Matrix, Inception and Transcendence reflect an age of deception where 'transhumanism' is emerging as our genetics, bio-, nano-, and info-technologies are merging into a 'posthuman' vision of reality. What is the Truth of our Being? People who return from NDEs tell a different story of their reality beyond 3D. Discover how to access the Truth of your Divine Reality as David reveals the only way to know the Truth and be free to live it. Witness a HeartStream as David, a gifted clairaudient, is overshined by an Elohim whose Light represents the All Seeing Eye of God to deliver a timely message of Truth and Divine Vision for the new era.
