The horror of the war in Ukraine has probably impacted the mental health of all of us in some way. The tragic stories we read and the gruesome pictures we see take their toll. For those who have experienced war first hand, the trauma is more direct. For Ana Tadger, who sheltered from bombs in Zagreb in the 1990s, the invasion lead to a repressed trauma coming back. For our mental health series “Where Is My Mind” she told Chris Cummins about her pain and how she, and others like her, are coping.”
