Doctor Ian Page is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Maryland, acquiring his PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics in 2015. After completing his studies, he founded a microeconomics research lab with the University of Maryland's First-Year Innovation and Research Experience team and is currently an Associate Director of the program. In designing this show, I read a great deal of research and consequently found Ian's work in the Journal of Wine Economics, on why distilleries produce multiple ages of whisky. As soon as I did, I instantly knew we had to have a conversation. You're about to hear why.
