Austin's work primarily focuses on The Breaks Interstate Park, a unique 5,000-acre area park tucked away in Kentucky and Virginia's rugged, scenic borders and administered jointly by Kentucky and Virginia. Rural New South Wales communities are bracing themselves for another ecological disaster, despite efforts to save local fish populations. More than a million fish died in the Darling River at Menindee between last December and January.
