God promises to open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings when we trust Him with every area of our lives—including our finances. In Week 2 of our Kingdom Builders series, Pastor Jason unpacks what tithing truly means, what it's not, and why it's a powerful act of obedience that opens the door to God's provision, protection, and purpose. This isn't about guilt or pressure—it's about learning to put God first and live under the open window of His blessing.

Rejoince, fans of Bob Dylan. Here's a lengthy, fascinating conversation about Dylan's formative time in New York City in the early '60s. Billboard's Behind the Setlist is joined by Sean Wilentz, a Bob Dylan historian who wrote the 125-page liner notes in the 8-CD box set, Bob Dylan's Bootleg Series Volume 18: Through the Open Window, 1956-1963, out Oct. 31 through Columbia Records and Legacy Recordings. Wilentz is a professor of history at Princeton University who penned the 2010 book Dylan in America. His detailed liner notes give the historical background and content to the collection, which spans 139 tracks, including 48 never-before-released performances. The Bootleg Series Volume 18 captures Dylan as he transitioned from an imitator of other artists' works to an interpreter who added his own character and imprint to others' songs. DOING LIFE: Daily Devotions For Finding Peace in Stressful Times
"Sin is crouching at your door, ready to pounce on you!" (Genesis 4:6-7 The Voice)
Relax to the soothing sound of steady rain falling outside an open window on a quiet night. With no thunder, music, or city noise, this peaceful white noise is perfect for deep sleep, reading, meditation, or unwinding after a long day. Just the gentle rhythm of rain in the stillness of night.
Comenzó escribiendo para periódicos como The Morning Post y The Westminster Gazette. The Chronicles of Clovis (1911). Beasts and Super-Beasts (1914). La ventana abierta (The Open Window).

The SPX has a winning week on Wall Street. Consolidation on Friday is something Kevin Green doesn't see as unusual considering the strong rallies earlier this week. What can give bears an edge is next week's economic data, which has a mix of soft and hard prints. That, on top of a slew of new earnings, is something Kevin expects will set up a turbulent week ahead.======== Schwab Network ========Empowering every investor and trader, every market day. The Open Window by Saki In this masterful tale by Saki, a nervous man arrives for a formal call, bearing a letter of introduction. Greeted by the niece of his intended hostess, he finds himself drawn into an unsettling conversation. As they await the lady of the house, the young girl recounts a tale of family tragedy, casting a shadow over the pleasant autumn afternoon. Despite his best efforts, the visitor finds his eyes straying to the open window, unable to shake a growing sense of unease. Saki's sharp wit and keen observations of Edwardian society shine through every carefully chosen word. Plus +++ The Return by R. Murray Gilchrist What spectres haunt the moors of Derbyshire? In this chilling Gothic tale by R. Murray Gilchrist, a man returns to a remote rural village after decades away, seeking his long-lost love. Mist-shrouded orchards and decaying manor houses harbor dark secrets, while ghostly figures flit through moonlit corridors. As he searches, reality warps and time unravels. Gilchrist's prose drips with dread and melancholy, weaving a tapestry of promises kept and promises broken. ⭐ Join my Patreon ⭐ https://patreon.com/barcud Go here for a library of ad-free stories, a monthly members only story and early access to the regular stories I put out. Several months ago, I received an email from a journalist in Washington. Eric Trent, who works for the Chronicle, informed me he had been working on an unsolved disappearance and he was hoping I could help get the word out. We were FINALLY able to have a conversation about the case and it left me with even more questions and a dropped jaw. Today I'll be telling you all the information publicly available regarding the unsolved disappearance of 11-year-old Louk Peeyoundday and how the FBI special agent assigned to his case hoped he could close it quickly as he had experience with finding missing 11-year-old boys- though the other disappearance I'll be talking about today wound up having a much darker ending than anyone expected.
