Drekker Brewing Morning Ritual is a Coffee Stout by style. Morning Ritual was brewed with all of the darkest dark malts and a chef's kiss of lactose and then we conditioned it on a huge pile of freshly roasted & delicious coffee beans from our pals at Thunder Coffee. It's super smooth, rich & tasty and as black as our souls. This craft beer is 6.4% ABV. In this craft beer review, we will take a look at the color, smell, and taste.

I have a lot of conversations with folks around how they can integrate a spiritual practice into their day.My morning ritual is the most important part of my day. It is in this time between waking and work that I can find the most wisdom and insight. It has become such an important part of my spiritual practice, that I can't imagine being able to move forward without it.Here's what I do and how I do it.
In this week’s episode of Taste Radio Insider, we’re joined by Josh Zloof, the co-founder and CEO of Sudden Coffee, an innovative brand of specialty instant coffee. Founded in 2015, Sudden is attempting to revolutionize the $40 billion market for instant coffee by emphasizing its proprietary production process and by focusing on “scalable hospitality.” As part of our conversation, Zloof spoke about Sudden’s mission of using an instant product to democratize access to speciality coffee and why it was designed to be “Grandma proof.” He also explained how the company has zeroed in on Gen X as its key consumer demographic, discussed the challenges of managing both manufacturing -- Sudden operates its own production facility -- and marketing as a small company, and why he believes that the product attributes of Sudden are more important that the brand itself. Show notes: 1:42: A Few Sips of “Mud Water,” Canned Wine and Candy Milk — You know it’s a special episode of Taste Radio Insider when the host gulp Snickers-flavored chocolate milk and wash it down with chai and wine. There’s also discussion about people stealing John Craven’s Instagram photos, the emergence of the canned wine segment, how Abbot Kinney Blvd. in Venice, Calif. is the epicenter of food and beverage innovation, and why it’s a no-brainer for entrepreneurs seeking investment to attend BevNET Live and/or NOSH Live. 13:40: Interview: Josh Zloof, Co-Founder/CEO, Sudden Coffee -- Zloof was visiting from San Francisco to attend the 2019 Specialty Coffee Expo and stopped by BevNET HQ to record an interview with Taste Radio editor/producer Ray Latif. Zloof spoke about the origins of the company and how prior jobs in supply chain logistics and hospitality fueled his interest in coffee. He also discussed how speciality coffee roasters including Intelligentsia have supported its development and reshaped its business model, how Sudden is attempting to create experiential moments for its customers, and why the long-term vision is about “branding the process.” Brands in this episode: Snickers, Twix, MUD/WTR, Cha Cha Matcha, Four Sigmatic, Besa Mi Vino, Lila Wines, Oskar Blues, Sudden Coffee, Taster’s Choice, Folgers, Intelligentsia, Starbucks, Equator Coffee, Ritual Coffee, Spark Coffee, Keurig, Dunkin’
Eileen Rinaldi sits down with hosts Sunil Rajaraman and Jascha Kaykas-Wolff to talk about her journey into San Francisco. Rinaldi recounts how she ended up here, how hard she's had to battle to stay independent, and her view of so-called 3rd-wave coffee. Rinaldi shares some of her thoughts on her favorite 'local' San Francisco businesses, and why it's so hard to remain independent in the age of fast-casual.
David Cooper starts off by describing us a cup of Ritual Coffee, the shows sponsor. Its episode 51 today. Tracy Nguyen is the today's guest on the show, this her second time here. The kick off their banter over Chelsea Handler issue. They start to bash Jews, gays. They move on to the topic of Tracy going to Japan. Its almost halfway through the show but there is no caller yet. I am not surprise honestly, because they are not nice to listen or talk to. Some of their jokes are good but most of them leave a bad taste in the mouth. The first caller is orders a Pizza. They also discuss their childhood spanking, with Tracy being quite graphic in her description of it. Finally they receive a call from Ben from Tinder. The next caller, Miranda, discusses The Robot Unicorn, the Facebook game. Then come more Jew jokes. Looks like i wasted out an hour of my life on this stupid show, i wonder who and why do they pay for this show. This is Maru from India rating this episode 1 star. That went well, I think.
It's here. Eileen Hassi Rinaldi of Ritual Coffee sits down with Boss Barista and walks us through her coffee history and how she started the one of the most progressive coffee companies in the United States. Dave Eggers, venture capitalists, and creating family are all covered!
Recorded in March of 2017, Chris Schroeder from Somatik joins us to take us through his cold brew coffee with a flexible functional dose of cannabis. Regarding the delivery system, Chris is introducing newcomers to cannabis through a product with which they’re already familiar. Avid users have noticed the partnership with Ritual Coffee- a made in the bay area icon. Chris points out that there are myriad parallels between coffee and cannabis in that there are connoisseurs, there are people that drink it all day long and yet there are some that can’t drink it past 3pm. No matter what, if you have a relationship with coffee, you have a relationship with caffeine. Originally from the bay area, Chris came to cannabis as a patient and is happy to be operating a company in his hometown.
